Building a world clock with SheCodes has been a great experience. I recommend taking the SheCodes Plus Add-On Course because you learn things not covered in the other courses. SheCodes React has been a fun and interesting course. It has been great to see the similarities and the differences with vanilla javascript, and has certainly been helpful to learn some modern tech!

I loved working on this weather app and spending time learning how API, Bootstrap, GitHub, Git, and hosting really are. This took most of my time but it was all worth it in the end. I hope to learn more.
SheCodes was a wonderful experience. The videos were very easy to follow and easy to understand. Matt is correct that it is fun to try and figure things out how to make your code unique and fun. I can now look at a piece of code and get a general idea of what it means and how it functions. I still have a lot to learn, but the basics is great and I feel like I learned a lot!

SheCodes Basic Add-On was a little more complex but used very similar coding styles as Basic. You do learn more tricks to snag up a page and it was very fun to create something based on something I liked. Can't wait for the next round of learning!

I didn't expect to enjoy coding as much as I did with Matt and the community. I had some challenges, but I learned a lot in the last two months and feel proud of my final projects. I really enjoyed this course! Matt explained everything very clearly and having access to the videos 24/7 allows you to learn at your own pace, which is very helpful. The challenges were engaging and allowed you to apply and test what was taught in each lesson. I felt this was a very safe space to begin learning to code.

Learning to code has been exciting! I like how the courses are brief yet very clear on what we need to learn. You can go at your own pace if you need more or less time on a lesson. You have access to all the tools and materials needed for the class. No matter what situation you may be in, I'm so thankful to have found this. This has been one of the most exciting and inspiring courses that I have done where it not only taught me so much in such a short period of time but, also pandered to my need for instant gratification. I say this as throughout the course, the challenges allowed me to see the fruits of my learning almost instantly and this spurred me on to learn more. SheCodes has given me a better understanding of coding. After following the Basic course back in 2021, I didn't do anything with my learnt skills. Despite that, I was able to complete the Basic add-on course relatively easily and had a blast during . It's amazing to see that Shecodes is able to quickly offer in-depth insights into coding that will stick with you for years.

There was some difficult parts but it was interesting to learn about bootstrap and API.
I struggled a little bit at the beginning but once I learned the basics and practiced, I felt more comfortable!

In this workshop, I experienced lots of fun and joyful yet challenging moments learning how to code through React and I could run my own weather app with the forecasting features.

I had a blast the past few weeks as a student of SheCodes. I came from knowing nothing about code to being able to read three coding languages, and even other languages I didn't learn about in this course like Python seem more approachable now. I'm learning a lot with SheCodes and I think that the workshop was great and highly educational. I could learn a lot and since there are challenges after every class, it helped me fixing the lesson and everything I've learned.
Loving it...learnt so many new skills.
Despite the course being a little bit spenny, it's still the best coding learning resource I have come across (and trust me I have tried everything lmao). Matt's teaching is thorough and patient, and unlike a lot of other resources online, actually talks you through the practical elements of say how to use other resources and how to host websites online etc, rather than just the care bones of 'this is how this particular language works'
I learned a lot in the Add-On. I thought it would be mostly review and extra practice but it actually adds more to your tool-belt for a more polished website. Challenging but worth it!

I loved this course, I've tried multiple other courses before but they all got me at learning JavaScript. It all seemed too complicated and there were no videos to help. Matt explains everything in a fun way so now I understand what I am doing and what I need to do to fix problems.
