The course is very useful and comprehensive, and I had a lot of fun while learning.
I must admit this project was not easy but the knowledge I gained from learning REACT. I now know how useful this can be. I absolutly love REACT now. Now that I know, I will never see plain HTML the same again. My next goal is to learn PYTHON.Lets Go! Quick shout out to our fearless trainer MATT and all the wonderful Shecodes Team on SLACK got me through some tough code breaks. In short, get the course its worth it! I am officially a developer!ππ½

These exercises were more challenging in some parts, which required extra focus when coding and working with elements and functions. I had to retry and revise the code a few times, but it felt very rewarding when I finally got it right. The course was very challenging, but i was able to understand becaause for 8 weeks i had to learn it over and over again to understand the course, my challenge was JS, but am getting better because delan was explaining step by step and with a help of athena AI i was much much more easier.
I really like the teaching method. With this method I easily learn the lessons and use them in real projects. By participating in the Basics Add-on I easily learned the codes and lessons that probably took weeks to learn on my own, and with this workshop, it took only a week to learn them.

Matt has a very well structured course. It's structured as you should start programing any project. When starting a project it's overwhelming trying to do all in the beginning. But starting with HTML first, then CSS and only then JS is less scary. So not only we are learning programming languages, we are also learning good practices. Thank you! π

I began and finished the course with high enthusiasm because the instructor, Matt Delac was very clear with his explanations. Also, the leverage to learn at anytime made room to understand and grasp concepts with the help of google. It was an interesting journey of deep thinking and sometimes frustration because one mistake even an unclosed curly brackets could hault the code from running. I am grateful for the skills I have acquired thus far and I look forward to many more.

An excellent introduction to Python giving a solid foundation to build on in further workshops. Explored importing packages such as rich and getting data from an API . Understanding more about developing workflows ,interacting with users and displaying data. Excited to be learning valuable skills using this popular industry language.

The SheCodes Responsive Add-on provided good practice. To challenge myself further, I attempted to refactor my CSS and to add Spanish and Arabic translations. Working with Arabic for the web was different to working with Arabic in apps like InDesign or Word, and I'm sure there are better methods I have yet to learn to match the Latin script versions more closely. As I refactored my CSS, I would have benefitted from expert feedback to improve my skills and learn from any advice. It's a shame the course doesn't offer code review. Unfortunately, using AI for a code review was as reliable as I had hoped.
