I recently attended the SheCodes workshop and it was an amazing experience. I learned so much in just a few short weeks and feel much more confident in my coding abilities. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone who is interested in learning to code!

I always have fears to do coding. My friend recommended this "SheCodes". The instructor, Matt is great at explaining the concepts and now I feel have strong foundation from which to keep learning and progress with the projects that I became more interesting. So, if you want to get start coding and are waffling on a decision of which school to attend, pick SheCodes!!

I was excited to learn how to properly make websites responsive for mobile devices. I really enjoyed this course as I now know how to make websites work for both web based devices as well as mobile. Once again, Matt did an excellent job at organizing the five weeks for this course in a way that flowed perfectly. I am excited for the last main workshop!

I would highly recommend this course to anyone even remotely interested in coding. There is so much to learn and it is incredibly interesting! It is a great workshop for a beginner to learn, and you learn so much in a workshop. If you have any questions you can ask in slack so its a great opportunity to learn to code. I would highly recommend if you have no experience the basics workshop from SheCodes.

Matt puts everything we've learned from SheCodes Basic, SheCodes Plus, and SheCodes Responsive into two big React projects. It was challenging but also really fun to see my code come to life. If there is one thing I have taken away from this second project, it's that the best thing to do when one gets frustrated, is to step away for a few moments, relax or do something else, and when you return the answer often times just comes to you.

SheCodes helped me realize that I wanted to make coding my career. Easily accessible, easy to use, and FLEXIBLE. I never would have finished this certification without the ample opportunities presented to me to truly finish this at my pace. If you are really serious about learning to be a front-end developer, you also need to study more about coding by yourself. Take advantage of the internet, there are so many free resources. Consistency is the key. If you want to be successful, no one can stop you.

I really enjoyed the SheCodes Basics course! My only previous experience I had with coding was when I designed blogs 10 years ago, which required some understanding of HTML and CSS. JavaScript was completely new to me, but Matt's way of teaching made it easier to understand. SheCodes basics definitely made me want to continue learning about coding and I stay hopeful in a future career change into tech / design!

I had no idea how SheCodes would change my life. Before it, I was filled with doubts and insecurities, especially when it came to learning something new, like coding. I believed I didn't have the necessary skills to face this challenge and that certain areas were beyond my reach. However, since I started taking classes at SheCodes, my perspective has completely changed. SheCodes helped me build my self-confidence, not only as a programming student but also in other aspects of my life. Gradually, I began to realize that the only limitations I had were the ones I imposed on myself. By overcoming the obstacles of learning programming, I discovered that I could overcome many other barriers that once seemed insurmountable.
