I am animated for completing the SheCodes Plus program. This journey has been nothing short of transformative, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. Before I joined SheCodes Plus, I had a basic understanding of coding, but I lacked the confidence and skills to pursue a career in tech. However, SheCodes Plus changed everything for me. Learned a lot in this course again and saw how important react is for developing a great website. I rate this course a little bit lower than the others, since the documentation is not as complete and thorough as in the other courses. I had a great time designing my own icons and backgrounds for my project to mix it up, but it would have been great if this would have been a new project subject, not a weather app again.

I haven't taken time to do anything educational since I left school, I've just concentrated on working my way up through my corporate career which I have done with little qualifications, but I found myself wanting to learn something new and had no idea what; I don't know how I came across SheCodes but I am SO glad I did! I have really enjoyed learning a new skill and who knows if I'll take it any further than that, but for someone who isn't one for education, this has certainly taught me a lot!

I was an absolute beginner starting out, I had no experience of CCS or JavaScript and I've learnt so much. I really enjoyed the challenges throughout the course to help me test out my understanding and the final project was really fun to work out. I'm looking for a career change so this course was brilliant to help boost my skills and confidence in trying a new industry.

Taking this course was a game-changer. I went from zero coding knowledge to building my own websites confidently. The instructors were fantastic, and the hands-on projects made learning enjoyable.

I am so happy I started with the basic workshop because it helped me understand what really coding is and so on. I learn so much within these 3 weeks. I can't wait to start the other workshop and land my dream job soon.

Learning responsive code is so important this day and age when most people are looking at your site from their phone. What a good class to take!

I completely enjoyed my responsive workshop, I especially liked seeing my project respond to different screen resolution and feeling like I now understand a lot more how websites and apps can work seamlessly on different devices. I've learned so much and all this knowledge has increased my passion for coding and desire to become a front-end developer. A big thank you to Matt (our instructor) and the SheCodes team.

SheCodes has two important features that helps learners a lot: First feature is its well designed learning path that consists of many small challenges. These small challenges guide yo step by step to code an app. And the second feature is its kind and supporting team that help learners fix their problems in learning path. I think the second one is the main advantages of SheCodes. Maybe there are many resources for self-learn but not all of them has such companions along the way of learning. I spoke about SheCodes with many friends during the months I was using it to learn how to code. If you decide to learn coding with it, I wish you the best of learning experience in SheCodes.

This course has been a fantastic introduction to HTML, CSS and JavaScript and I've enjoyed every minute. Sessions are delivered in well explained segments with small recap tasks to really help consolidate the teaching, the challenges are well explained and build upon the skills learnt, and the concepts are taught and demonstrated through engaging examples. There's also a really lovely community of other students eager to help each other out, which has been super useful for learning how to troubleshoot and problem solve. I'm so grateful to the SheCodes team - thank you!

This one was so much fun, I feel like I was breezing past it! It was really interesting learning how to use APIs. Also, I'm glad I know how to use GitHub properly now haha. As always, Matt did a wonderful job teaching. I can't wait to move on to the next workshop!

It was fun and rewarding to build the app from scratch by learning all the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, JS, and API.

In this workshop, I became more familiar with Javascript, React, API calls, CSS styling and more. I learned the importance of folder structure and how to deploy a React application to Netlify. I am confidence my experience gained here will help me in my future projects!

The course was very informative and really helped break down everything. My only dislike is there is a time frame to complete each section. I would like to be able to learn on my own time, at my own pace but other than that It was very informative and easy to follow :)

I've had so much fun learning the content in this course, it's broken down into small chunks making it easier to learn all of the languages. Looking forward to making more progress!!

Completing the SheCodes basic course in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript was a game-changer. In just a short time, I gained practical coding skills. SheCodes' approachable learning platform and supportive community made the journey enjoyable.

This is an excellent class for an HTML, CSS and JS with simple explanation but, a lot of things to learn from it. I finished each lesson with passion.Now I feel fully confident in my ability to continue my HTML, CSS, and JS learning independently.

I've really enjoyed learning and working on challenges and finally my big project! I have also very much enjoyed classes with Matthieu and I am so thankful for this opportunity to work with him and the SheCodes team from the very start to this point.

I really enjoyed the She Codes basic programme. It was a great introduction to coding, and the lessons where enjoyable. I loved having little projects throughout the workshop and enjoyed working on the final project at the end, which tied everything you learn in the programme together!

What a rollercoaster! Challenging (and frustrating from time to time) 8 weeks, but it was such a boost of confidence to learn & build my own weather app. Finally I feel how wrong was someone who told me that programming is only for boys years ago. This was an awesome addition to the Weather App that we had to produce.. I was left wondering about time zones and displaying the date and time of other cities around the world, and the add-on course answered it! Really enjoyed learning an extra new skill.

I really enjoyed the basics course. I'm not a fan of e-learning usually, but the homework deadlines and little challenges throughout helped to keep me focused and motivated. I will definitely be continuing my training with SheCodes :)

I actually took Introduction to HTML with a few other backend languages in college, so this course was a refresher for me. I will say, I'm glad I joined SheCodes!! I'm having fun learning new skills and utilizing them in the assignments everyday! The short lectures, the resources, and my even my girl Athena! has been very useful. I'm ready to dive deeper now 😈😈!! This is only the beginning!

SheCodes Plus is a bit more challenging than Basics, it requires more time and lots of practice but it is definitely worth it. I learned so much and I am so much more confident in my coding skills and it's all thanks to our wonderful instructor Matt.

I was feeling a little scared of coding prior to joining SheCodes, and now that I've finished the Basics program, I am excited to say that I will be dedicating the next few months into learning more advance coding because even though it can be challenging at the times, the reward of finishing a project in which my personality is all over it, to the minimal CSS details, is pretty awesome. I learned to much from the SheCodes Plus course, it was truly a fulfilling and exciting course. I started my SheCodes journey with little to no coding knowledge and now I can confidently say I am familiar with HTML, CSS and JavaScript I successfully created my very first vanilla weather app. I'm excited to learn more and to begin my journey as a front-end developer.

The concepts are broken down into easily understandable and digestible parts. I never thought I'd actually have any interest in things like this. Yet here I am, eagerly coming back each day to learn something new.

I feel super happy with my decision to join SheCodes! I did the basics and will do the plus courses, but I don't think I am going to stop there. It was incredibly empowering to see the learnings of each lesson transform into a creation of my own. I especially had a lot of fun doing the final project!

I started with just doing the basic course but am considering doing the max course. I enjoyed the system of how we learn and like how it can be done on my own time and was totally up to me. Can't wait to see what I learn moving forward!

I would high recommend SheCodes self-paced workshops to every woman, especially mothers, who want to learn to code. YOU CAN DO THIS! Upon starting this workshop, I quickly realised React has a steep learning curve. However, Matt made the topic approachable and less intimidating through clear explanations and informative demonstrations. This workshop has been a great learning experience that has left me feeling much more confident in furthering my knowledge of React. The project was an excellent means of putting what was taught throughout the workshop into practice. It is also a great follow-on from the SheCodes Plus workshop, highlighting the difference between Vanilla JS and React.

Javascript has always been the programing language that made me doubt my becoming a frontend Developer ,i learnt Javascript through this workshop and i was able to implement it in developing a project . I wouldn't say i knew it all through this workshop but i would say it was more than an eye opening.And i'm always open to continous learning and knowledge.Thank you SheCode.

I was always curious about how computer engineers build websites and people who are in stem create codes for robots and I wanted to see if I'd be able to take classes in order to learn them as I have adhd and I cannot focus on something unless I really love it. I also didn't have the time and money to go to uni for a degree in information technology as I'm already attending to finish up my degree in Business. I found the interface amazing and the courses are bite sized enough for you to understand key concepts quickly all you have to do in practice and create your own projects in the mean time. the best way I learned through out this course was opening up my VS codes file and typing out what was happening in the courses and also testing to see if I understood what I learned. I think most people are scared to start coding because they think it's super hard but it's actually quite fun IMO if you get the hang of coding formulas and the only major thing is debugging but that's really it! I think everyone who can get a certificate should try SheCodes out and if they need one for their job or just for fun it's deff worth a try. I can't wait to keep on with my studies towards becoming a front end web developer!

Shecodes is a great programme for women who wants to start learning code. The classes are easy to understand as the instructor will take you to through each and every step to help you learn code and explains well.
