I'm a young girl interested in the technology space ; SheCodes has provided me a safe space to explore my interest in the technology space. After; completing this course i have been more clear about what career path i want to be in . It sounds really cool to be that I'll be the first Female Software Developer. Knowing the high unemployment rate in South Africa ; learning coding has added value on my resume , in a nation and international scale when it comes to job opportunities

Really fun and enjoyable workshop! Matt explains the concepts clearly so even though there is a step up in level from the previous workshops you do not feel as though it is too much too fast as it is done in a considered way, incrementally and just the right speed. I especially enjoyed learning about Git and deployment, the whole workflow element was really helpful to understand the end to end process involved in creating an app.

l had a great time learning with SheCodes, this opportunity has made me realise my potential and l can say that l have learnt a lot, special thank to my teacher.

Matt Delac is a great teacher and helped me understand basic html, css and JavaScript coding in a few video lessons something I likely wouldn't achieve reading e-books. I wish Matt writes a book on coding! Thanks sheCodes for giving me an opportunity to learn.

I enjoyed this module so much because l got to see how important AI is and how many things would not be able to work without it. Being able to tell and run town through learning is an incredible experience.

I particularly liked how the last 5 learning videos of this course walked you through each stage of building your project. This not only reinforced new and previous learning but helped solidify my knowledge through applied practice. I appreciate the tips and alternate ways that Matt offers to achieve a coding task.

It has been an incredible journey of learning and growth. I’ve gained a deeper understanding of coding concepts, explored the exciting world of AI, and developed practical skills to create real-world projects.

Reponsive lessons made me more aware of what needs to be done to make website mobile friendly and/or with screen changes. I learned a lot and was excited to finish the final project all on my own with Figma design template guidance from SheCodes. I'm proud of myself for doing so, because i never thought i'd be able to do a full webpage with static links, header, footer, and SEO friendly all from scratch. Thank you SheCodes! Another amazing class SheCodes AI is an amazing experience. The course is well-structured, and explaining the AI concepts into detailed at the same time with an easy and understandable way. Definitely recommend this class great hands-on experience giving the opportunity to apply what you learning.

I really enjoy the experience and its really easy to start to learn how to code! The only thing I am really missing right now is the explaination on how to use the shortcuts on the keyboard, so you don't have to use the mouse.

I recently completed the SheCodes AI class, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! The structure of the course has really helped me stick with it and progress. As an art/tech enthusiast, this is one of the most fun workshops I've joined. I've learned a lot from simple to even complex codes. I've really enjoyed learning more with Plus Add-on, following Matt through the videos step by step on how to code has been so helpful and easy. It's helped me to gain the knowledge that I need but also at my own pace. So excited to continue learning more!

I really enjoy all the lessons here from week one to three as they are always simple and easy to understand. I also have a great time in doing the little challenges at the end of some lessons that really test my understanding of the lesson being taught. Overall this has being the most wonderful experience i have ever encounter in learning before. Kudos to the wonderful team that makes this possible.

I’m happy to have taken the step and signed up for this course. I thrive the best when I’m learning, and this has been a great way of doing exactly that. Especially because I’ve have a tendency to get overwhelmed and then not succeed. With SheCodes, I asked for an extension, got it, and ended up finishing the project 11 days before time, because I didn’t have the date looming over me.

I am most happy to have learned about AI APIs, It is fascinating, it provides great new features to add to any web applications. I am now excited to continue learning in the next workshop.

The Plus Add-On was a fun way to use what was learned in Plus while building the Weather App in a different way, through a new project, and using different tools. This project will definitely be included in my future portfolio.

Going in, I felt a bit intimidated and felt like I was in over my head. However, I'm glad that it turned out to be the complete opposite. Though some parts of the courses were challenging, I've learned so much. Coding really pushes you to use your problem solving skills and I appreciate that!

I enjoyed learning about AI and creating the poem generator.

Back in 2021, I did already SheCodes Basic and I already found it has ways to learn and goals easy to reach. That is why, now that I am looking for a new professional challenge, I came back to SheCodes for the Bootcamp workshop, in order to improve the skills I have and to learn new ones. Moreover SheCodes has a nice balance between flexibility and deadline and now that I have kids, I really appreciate it.

It is a very good approach to Python, it has helped me a lot and I hope to continue learning with the Advanced course. And of course Matt is an excellent teacher.

Joining SheCodes has been an incredible journey! I came in with little to no coding experience, and now I can confidently build a webpage and bring ideas to life. The lessons are well-structured, easy to follow, and super interactive. What I love most is the hands-on approach—every concept we learn is immediately applied in fun coding challenges and projects. The support from the community and instructors makes the learning process even more enjoyable.

This workshop was very challenging but also very interesting. All my other training has focused on front-end, so it was useful to get an overview of a back-end language. As always, the course structure was great, with topics broken down into bite-sized chunks of learning, and challenges along the way to put into practice what we had been taught. This course is packed full of information & Matt has delicately packaged it all up into bite-sized portions. The instructions to apply what you've learned at each step are encouraging, not intimidating. I couldn't imagine a better way to learn coding.

In the Basics Add-on course I was able to practice using the html, css, and javascript skills I've learned in a low-stakes environment.

I started SheCodes with no coding background or skills, but now I know the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Great learning experience!

I decided to enroll in SheCodes React development workshop to improve my coding skills with React framework. Learning to build dynamic, responsive user interfaces (using API and React components) was quite challenging but I enjoyed every step of it. I recommend!

As the classes go on, it is easier and easier to code. This was a great project to work on and learn tips and tricks while practicing spacing a technique.
