Was a lot of fun and was not hard to learn. I thought it would take a bit to understand how you were able to animate some of the photos but turns out it is not hard at all.

It's a great coding course, it takes you step by step to learn. You can take the classes on your on pace and repeat the lessons if it's neccessary. It took me a long time to finish because I had a lot of changes in my life, I got married, I moved to another country, I got pregnant, so I'm really happy I finally completed it! I loved the coding journey.
SheCodes Plus has been a great experience. The lessons are just the right length, so that new information can be practiced and understood. I feel that I've learned a lot, and am excited to continue with my learning!

This was a really good course and I had fun coding my weather app. JavaScript was challenging at times, but the good thing is that I was always able to go back to the video and re-watch a lesson. I was very happy to learn how to host a website, how to integrate an API, and how to work with GitHub. Matt is a great instructor and gives simple explanations with examples for subjects that are difficult to grasp at first. I also want to add that Matt explains how the industry works, which tools they use, and how the workflow works in the industry. This has given me a real appetite to learn more, cannot wait to continue my progress with more advanced courses! Happy coding π§‘

Learning React was tough, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would suggest that you give yourself the patience to restart as many times as you can in order to understand. Ask for your extensions if you must because practice makes perfect

Basics Add on was wonderful. The JS did trip me up some but Matt was wonderful at explaining things, which helped process what I was learning.

I never thought coming from an entirely non-tech background that I would be able to use HTML, CSS and JavaScript to make a whole landing page from scratch in the space of just 3 weeks - I've truly shocked myself and that's all thanks to Matt and the SheCodes team! The content is SO clear to understand and I got help so quickly in the Slack channels when I got stuck, I cannot wait to continue learning with the SheCodes Max course!
Definitely the toughest course out of all I've done so far. Not sure if the pace was too quick for myself - I felt as though I understood the structure of React but I couldn't have gotten through it without Matt explaining every step of the way. I hope I'm able to bring some learnings from this course on to the next and gain greater confidence and knowledge in using Javascript and React.

I really enjoyed the add-on course! It gave me in-depth knowledge of CSS properties and how powerful CSS can be. With this added knowledge, I was able to code a landing page that was more interesting and interactive. I also learned some cool tricks on how to manipulate HTML code from JavaScript. Highly recommended!

SheCodes Plus has been challenging but Matt, as always, manages to explain the concepts so clearly. And if you still don't understand, they also give you code snippets and links that'll help you further understand. I love how he always slowly builds into it, and it makes sense to learn in that order. The little steps that you sometimes think are tedious will make you understand the bigger picture! I enjoyed it!

Working full time while trying to learn coding is no easy task, but the SheCodes team has been there to support every step of the way. When I needed help with finnicky codes, the Slack group was there to assist and get me on track. I also needed a few extensions due to crazy work schedule and getting covid, and it was no problem for the SheCodes Team to accommodate those needs. I appreciate that the video tutorials were updated so that the information was accurate when practicing.

This whole experience has been an exciting one for me. I really enjoy learning, and having an experience like this one where I can utilize the new info and actually see it manifest physically has had me doing backflips! I have enjoyed myself a lot and I literally cannot wait for more. The challenges had me excited to learn more and do even more coding. I'm excited for what is coming up next, I can't wait for more challenges and projects. This particular project had me screaming from happiness. Just seeing everything come together at the touch of a button on my keyboard felt like a miracle for me. I am so grateful for the opportunity.

In this course, I learned how to create a project starting with a prototype, build an HTML structure, and use advanced CSS with Bootstrap. I also learned how to keep my code clean and clear. Learning responsiveness was challenging in the beginning, but I got through it. I enjoyed the course. Highly recommend it!

I have completed other programs before but I didn't gain the self confidence I needed to apply what I learned into building projects. After completing SheCodes plus, I gained so much confidence in myself and my ability to code. What I struggled with before, was creating functions and know where and how to call them, after building the weather app with SheCodes(I created so many functions) that they are now my best friend (lol). Very interesting workshop. AI is a hot topic, learning how to create a generator based on this technology is extremely valuable as well as fun. It feels like a natural prosecution of the Plus program, I really enjoyed it.
I had an amazing experience. The tutorials together with the challenges were simple to follow and I learned a lot.
I already had some basics knowledge of HTML and CSS and some Javascript as well but this basics course really pushed me to learn more about just the basics. I hightly recommend if you have the time and money to directly take SheCodes MAX option, it will motivate you until the end ! It is not about the certificate but more about how much you are willing to learn and change your life ! :D

SheCodes Responsive has taught me all of the things that I wished I could have done with my projects from SheCodes Basic and especially SheCodes Plus. I recognise there are other workshops that could, no doubt, teach the same content, however, the means in which SheCodes delivers this program of learning is effective for how I learn. The delivery of a lesson, followed by a challenge with a marked result and a solution provides the learning examples for me to properly understand. One of my favourite things about SheCodes is that even Matt struggles to get code to work for him sometimes, and he is a professional developer. This gives me confidence in my own ability (as it shows anyone can make a mistake, regardless of how advanced they are) and I appreciate that Matt could have gone on to re-record these lessons but instead shows us how he fathoms out these issues. Overall, SheCodes Responsive has certainly been a great learning experience and I look forward to undertaking React as well as the further 'add-on' projects π₯³
