Enjoyed learning!

SheCode plus kept me on my feet. I would not lie it is interesting and keeps you thinking. It made me improve my analytical skills. Sometimes we over think things hence we see them difficult but once you do it you realize it is worth thinking and spending time on. This was definitely worth it and would still recommend SheCode to anyone who would want to learn to code.

SheCodes gave me the introduction to coding I was looking for! I'm thankful that I took a chance on myself to learn with the SheCodes Community!

Coming from my background as a musician, coding feels both unfamiliar and also similar to learning a new language, like French or music. Even if it all seems new at first, elements become more familiar with use. The lesson videos move quickly but they're packed with information and you can always go back to review.

An amazing course that learns you so much in a short period of time, but is still easy to follow. With descreptive videos and challenges throughout it is easy to keep up with all the information and new knowledge.

SheCodes React course was really curious and quite challenging. I got deep knowledges and learned a lot of vital and necessary coding information which I will use day by day in order to start my career in this field. As I had a several month gap between my coding courses, this course refreshed my acquired knowledges and gave me a hope for a great start.

It was quite difficult but dispute the challenges I really enjoyed learning about code and one day I hope to master it and Matt is quite the teacher.

I NEVER KNEW I CAN CODE because I tried to self learn years prior and it never worked for me. I loved my experience because SheCodes has a team within my reach for help and yet I chose frustration and tried to solve things on my own and I was happy with my choices because I never knew i actually have the mental capacity to solve hard things. oh... and I did somehow abused my extension but every frustration was worth it because some lessons were more harder to comprehend and understand than others FOR ME. :)

This coding journey has really been amazing. Looking at my final project made me smile☺I've always wondered how websites are designed so that they fit mobile browsing as well. Learning to make sites responsive was difficult, stressful but worth it. The Delac Foundation has given such a beautiful gift, I am forever grateful! Thank you to the team for all the support.

I have always felt intimidated by coding but it was something I knew I wanted to learn eventually. I am glad I shared my interest in SheCodes to my significant other and received the support and final push I needed to attend the introduction workshop. The responsive add-on workshop was challenging to me, but it gave me a lot of knowledge of how to create a responsive website. I had fun learning about embeds, and how a responsive website should look like. If you haven't learning that much about responsive website, this would be the workshop for you.

I like it a lot, very awesome! I have already some knowledge with the basic coding before I registered for SheCodes, I had a big fear that it's gonna be such wast of time, but I was totally wrong, the course was super fun, and Matt had explain everything in a very simple way, makes me believe that I can do it. also my whole life I was nurse and working in Hospitals. I never had work or learn anything about coding before last year, when I decided to give it a chance, and after maybe one or two months I gave up. SheCodes is the best option for any woman on earth no matter what you have been learned in your life and you want to change your career to coding, please come here and give it a try. now after I finished my first basic workshop and submit my project I'll continuo to finish the next workshop, I hope it's gonna be as much fun as the Basic one. all the best for you Matt and thanks for this great platform, also when I needed help, the team on Slack where answering my questions on time, I don't have to wait forever for an reply, they were very nice and happily helping. again thanks guys for this awesome opportunity. 🙏🏼

I have really enjoyed this course! I always thought I would never be able to code, since I have never been particularly good in maths or scientific subjects. However, Matt has taught us that there's no need to be good in these disciplines to learn how to code. And he was right! I am looking forward to seeing where this journey will take me next :)

It was a great journey. To be honest, at some point, I got confused but eventually figured out how to find a lot of information by my own using the tips provided by SheCoded team. Grateful for ability to learn independently and be creative.

There was a lot of learning in the SheCodes Plus especially on JavaScript and the tools for CSS makes it a bit easier to get through. At most times it the workshop was really difficult, it took me way longer than expected to complete this but I'm glad that my perseverance and determination is what got me through this workshop. I cannot wait to start with the next workshop. SheCodes does exceptionally well in teaching women how to code.

The eye cathcy name of this platform made me sign up for a basic course , which I truly enjoyed overall. The pace could be somehow too fast for someone that is making first steps in coding , but in a same time it is motivating. This course could be a tool to practice time managment , self -discipline ...what I missed here , as in any other online course I suppose is live interaction with the mentor, asking Why question , and generally I would imagine myself taking further step with coding- offline, rather than with prerecorded lessons...however for people enjoying online learning enviromnet I would greatly recommend SheCodes platform. Over the month I got basic insight in HTML, CSS and Java Script. Doing the final project was pure joy and happines ! Thanks for that :)

In this section of the course, I made a weather forecast project using React. I studied components, hooks, props, states. Lots of information to learn, the course covers React in detail. The knowledge gained is enough to create simple projects I recommend the course for students .

Learning React was challenging but the dopamine rush that you get when you fix those silly little mistakes such as forgetting to capitalize something or forgetting a comma, and then suddenly your app looks awesome and everything works the way you intended is so so so great! I will keep learning React because as Matt said, the best way to learn is to keep practicing it until everything makes sense.

SheCodes Basic was an incredible learning experience and a very good introduction to coding. The lessons are well-structured, mainly focused on practical knowledges and examples, and easy to follow (even for beginners like me); the online platform is user-friendly; the support system is great (you have access, via Slack, to mentors and a community of other students) and Matt does a wonderful job teaching. Therefore, I highly recommend SheCodes Basic to anyone looking to explore the world of coding, or to those who are in the process of changing their career.
