I'd never imagined writing a code would be so entertaining and enjoyable instead of dull and tedious. The most exciting part of SheCodes Basics is that within three weeks (four weeks in case of taking SheCodes Basics Add-On), you'll be able to put everything you've learned throughout the course into practice and build a page.

She codes provided a platform for me to sharpen my programming skills. The classes are easy to understand and the assignments and projects provide us with an opportunity to reflect on what we have learnt.

It was very exciting to learn something from scratch! I have never done any kind of coding before SheCodes and to be able to complete this was really amazing. Finally! I couldn't be happier to have completed this part of the amazing SheCodes workshops. It took me much longer than most people, I was in a really dark place mentally, and even though it was hard, I did keep pushing (pun intented) and I am extremely joyful that I did. I learned so much more about JavaScript, got acquainted with GitHub, Axios and APIs. Understood the importance of an organized code, now I'm confident that the flexibility of the code always comes first and beats aesthetics. Overall, I'm ecstatic to have learnt so much, and now I'm even closer to the world of coding! Thanks to the SheCodes Team for making it possible!

I have been looking for a long time a way to try to learn more and more about programming. I tried websites, books, youtube videos, anything I could get my hands on, but I couldn't find a more practical method with which I could not only learn more but also enjoy myself while learning. When I signed up for the Shecodes course, I enjoyed from the first video to the last. It has been an incredible experience, that I have enjoyed a lot and that has not only taught me more about HTML, CSS and JAVA but has left me wanting to continue learning on this site!
I enjoyed this course so much. It was a good experience, I learnt code from scratch: I mean I didn't know anything code related before this course. The duration(time) of each lesson is below 10 minutes and this helped me concentrate through out every lesson, and the challenges after most lessons made it easy for me to practice. I learned a lot in this workshop. I had been wanting to understand how to make pages responsive and now that I know how, I don't feel like it's an impossible challenge. At least, now I know where to begin and what to look for.
I loved this course! It was the perfect introduction to coding and I felt like I learnt so much so quickly. The set up of the course made it so easy to learn, practice and then put everything together and Matt's lessons were all really clear and easy to understand. I felt fully supported the whole way through the course, it's so well thought through.

This course was very informative and every aspect was broken down to make it easier for a beginner such as myself. I learned how to code and also the tools needed to complete these codes. Iβm excited to share my recent coding project with you all! As a beginner in the world of coding, I set out to create a world clock that displays the current location, date, and time using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It was a challenging but incredibly rewarding experience. This project taught me the power of determination and problem-solving, as I tackled various technical hurdles along the way.
