GREAT LEARNING

Continuing from my initial usage of the SheCodes Basic Bootcamp, I utilized the Basic Plus program to further strengthen my skills and found it a great and strong help to my coding abilities. I loved working on the final project. Being able to work with a topic that I love rather than a pre-planned topic feels good because I am able to flex my creative muscles within the confines of what I am learning. I will be continuing the SheCodes Plus full Bootcamp to completion. SheCodes fuels my greed for learning. Highly recommended!

Learning web development with she codes is one of the best opportunity I got. The instructor really made learning fun, fast and easy to catch up with. Looking forward to learn more and work with what I have learnt.

SheCodes Basics was a great start of my new journey in the world of coding and I couldn't be more excited to see what else is to come! It was very well structured and so addicting that I manage to finish the three weeks worth of content in just one. The fact that we have so much flexibility and full power of when and where we want to do our classes makes it the one of the very best platforms for learning.

Before this course I had absolutely no experience in coding, but it was set up to be super user friendly & easy to follow along. I am so surprised with how much they covered in the basics course and am very proud of how much I have learnt in such a short time. The timelines & projects ensure I kept on track and helped me with goals to work towards - thank you!

I never thought I'd be able to learn how to code especially in such a short time. It looks intimidating in the beginning but it definitely isn't, it's fantastic. This is a whole new way to show your creative side.

I was expecting to have a difficult time understanding the course but instead I was met with such a fun learning journey. Matt explains everything very clearly and makes the experience enjoyable. React add-on reinforced everything that I learned in the class previous. Building the dictionary was a fun experience and I can't wait to build my own future projects. Learning from Matt was a blessing. He taught things from a beginner standpoint and even how to find the answers you need when you get stuck. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor.

I had soo much fun learning, please if you start finish it as its worth everything. I enjoyed learning how to code and building websites , I am still learning to make sure that I do more that are more beautiful than the one I have done , but this a steping stone which was worth everything and I learned soo much. I loved that the lessons were bite-size and the challenges really helped me apply what I had just learned. As a UX/UI designer, looking to become more knowledgeable with development to improve my collaboration with developers, I felt like I learned a good amount in the three weeks.

I really enjoyed learning about how to make a website responsive. In this workshop you will learn a lot of tricks and tips on how to create websites that will work on all screen sizes exactly as you want them to; an asset which is really important nowadays as you never know what device the user is using to access your website.

This was an incredibly enjoyable and engaging way to learn. The thoughtfully designed course structure made it exceptionally easy to grasp concepts incrementally, bit by bit. This step-by-step approach not only facilitated understanding but also made it significantly easier to complete the entire course successfully.

a phenomenal experience once again. This one was definitely tricky but a great learning experience. Creating something from scratch without using other platforms offers students an insight of the meticulous details added when creating these sites.

This has to be the most informative and effective coding workshop I've ever had to go through. The instructor is clear and easy to follow and gives you room to learn and explore coding. Applying for this coding workshop was the best investment I've ever done for my career in coding!

I was certainly nervous to venture into learning about Python, but Matt made it easy to understand and implement in the challenges and final project. If you're keen on learning Python, this course is definitely worth it to get the fundamentals down.

I enjoyed SheCodes Basics-AddOn! I loved learning about the different transform properties, and grids, implementing background images into the design, and more. I took the Basic course almost 2 years ago but then life got busy and I couldn't continue. I'm so thankful for the lifelong access, and Matt brilliant explanations. The first two lessons were a bit rough, but as they progressed I felt that what I learned started coming back. The project was a lot of fun and Athena is a feature that I've come to really appreciate!

This was an incredibly useful workshop on the basics of integrating AI into an application. I really liked it and would reccomend for anyone wanting to learn more about actual use of AI in app development.

Challenging yet enjoyable and fascinating. I've learn how to build a functioning basic weather app with the help of detailed step by step walk through videos. Excited to move on to the next course and learn more.

I have found the AI Add-On workshop to be been incredibly enjoyable and fascinating! I'm intrigued by generative AI and how it can be integrated into a webpage, and I learned so much from this course. Working on the final project was great - I learnt a lot about prompt engineering and I was also able to build on the previous knowledge I've gained through my other SheCodes courses. Definitely give this one a go!

Another great learning experience! More challenging but that is to be expected as you advance on the coding journey. Matt breaks it all down into to very manageable and informative pieces.

Shecodes Front-end Bootcamp is still my favorite way to learn how to code. The Responsive Camp was particularly impactful, providing me with the skills and confidence to create adaptive, user-friendly websites. The curriculum was well structured, and the hands-on projects allowed me to apply what I learned in real time.

This was a great experience. Challenging but not impossible so long as I stuck with it. I started SheCodes Basics in January of 2021 as I had an interest in learning how to code. In my day job I work as a CRM manager, and it's important that we have a basic knowledge of HTML + CSS. However, in January 2021, I only got as far as week 1 because I was discouraged. I thought to myself I'd never be able to fully grasp the concepts I was learning, especially without a CS degree. The same curiosity about coding came again 3 weeks ago, and I figured I had nothing to lose. Knowing and understanding HTML and CSS is such a valuable skill. I'm happy I committed this time around. I've also enrolled in the full SheCodes bootcamp, and I'm excited to see where it takes me.

This SheCodes course covers essential coding topics with clear, engaging content and the video lectures and interactive assignments ensure in depth learning opportunities. I really enjoyed creating my first application.

While it took me longer than expected (due to some outside challenges), I learned quite a bit more than I expected in the three-week program. The tasks were enjoyable but grew increasingly more difficult as the course progressed.

SheCodes has really been awesome so far. It's made me more analytical and good at problem solving absolutely loved every lesson. So excited to learn more.

What a bomb of information! This workshop was a lot of work. Fortunately, Matt managed to simplify it and bring it as close as possible to the knowledge we've been acquiring, but I now have a better understanding of what programming is. It's time to keep working and solidify SheCodes' learnings!

My name is Chante Swartz and I am from South Africa. I have started my coding journey with SheCodes about two weeks ago. I have been interested in coding for a while but just could never take the jump until now. I love learning new things and I also like challenging myself and so far my journey has been amazing and I cant wait to learn more.🤗💜.

Learning React with SheCodes was a rewarding challenge. The learning curve was steep, but Matt's bite-sized approach, made everything much clearer. I've had a great experience with Shecodes. The learning style is easy to follow and provides you with a lot of support if you encounter challenges.

I'll admit that when I did the React workshop, I struggled. I didn't have much time and I felt frustrated with the application I had delivered. For this Add-on, I left to start once I had more time and I got to say, it made a difference. I felt that I learned from my first experience and could structure the code more easily. That made me more confident to try new things, such as building an error modal and loader. I guess it's true that practice is key and I felt happy to see that slowly but steadily I am progressing in my journey. And SheCodes easy-to-follow workshops help with getting started if you don't know how to.

I loved the SheCodes Plus, I learned so many new things about coding and its very exciting. Also I really like how Matt is actually coding on real time while explaining everything, and he doesnt just have a code ready. I cant wait to start the next lesson with SheCodes!!!!

The SheCodes learning format of tutorials, challenges and deadlines for homework really gets you in the zone for learning and committed to achieving success. I found the content engaging and easy to follow, putting into practice what I learnt as a final project was very rewarding.
