I was a bit apprehensive at first about doing the program, being 52 and out of the workforce as a stay at home mom. Iโm so glad I took the leap! The lessons are concise and I love how you can replay them as many times as needed. Matt is an outstanding instructor and I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a challenge, as well as marketable skills.
