It's been deep learning, getting the insides of React was i most say not easy but very rewarding after going through. Instructor Delac and the shecodes team, i don't know what i would have done without you. Each day as i go through the shecodes workshops, my confidence rise more and more in this tech journey i wish to take. Thank you shecodes team, thank you instructor Mathieu, you are an instructor i'll choose over and over!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed these last 8 months or so learning all of what SheCodes has to offer me. While this React course was difficult at times, I feel it has helped me become a better coder. Matt has been an exceptional instructor and all the SheCodes staff have been excellent whenever a question arises. I just wish SheCodes had even more advanced React classes to take. I'm excited for the last add-on course and will be forever thankful to SheCodes for helping me find my passion in Front End Development!

I would highly recommend this course if you're wondering what is like to code or if you have a busy schedule but are eager to learn. To me, it was extremely useful and super fun! I learned a lot and now I'm 100% sure I will continue coding. 👩‍💻 I loved the way lessons are separated into short clips because it makes it really easy to follow or rewatch if needed. Matt is a very good instructor and I found his explanations very clear (thank you!). Also, I loved the Radio station 🎧 and Athena was a life-savior when I couldn't figure out what was wrong with my code. 🤖🙌✨

After trying so many frontend bootcamps and watching so many youtube videos, I believe that SheCodes has been the best. The instructor explains the concepts so well that in less than in a week you can do a lot. I really enjoyed this workshop. I have a learning disability and haven't been in school in years, so I was nervous I would have difficulty, however it was pretty simple and straight forward. I actually had a ton of fun creating the last project, even so that I finished super early and tried to add in extra things that were taught, and things I googled to figure out. It was really fun! I did have issues with how the videos would teach us one thing, but then the work you needed to submit asked you to do something that wasn't even taught to you yet. I also didn't quite understand why an entire workshop for teaching women to code is taught by a man. A woman instructor would be better, though I understand Matt is the creator and therefor he teaches it all. I would really like to continue with the other workshops, however they are unfortunately not something I can afford.

I admire how organized were all the lessons. It was easy to follow the instructor & the written instructions whilst having lots of fun. Whenever I am learning something, the biggest obstacle is to overcome my resistance, if the course is boring. In this scenario, however I was very excited for each upcoming part. SheCodes Plus is a bit more challenging than Basics, it requires more time and lots of practice but it is definitely worth it. I learned so much and I am so much more confident in my coding skills and it's all thanks to our wonderful instructor Matt.

Shecodes is a great programme for women who wants to start learning code. The classes are easy to understand as the instructor will take you to through each and every step to help you learn code and explains well.

Before taking this course I had heard many negative things about React. However, as soon as I started coding and completing challenges, I realized that React is much better than vanilla JS because there were no long codes anymore (which was annoying to me) and I was able to categorize different parts of my code (It's more concise and maintainable). The SheCodes React workshop was well-structured (as in previous workshops); with comprehensible and easy-to-follow learning videos, multiple challenges, and a practical final project (updating the weather app). I would like to thank the instructor, Matt, for his excellent teaching and guidance. I learned so much from this course and I am grateful for the opportunity to participate.
