I liked this project a lot! In the first place because I like languages and dictionaries and I had a lot of fun creating 'my own' dictionary, but also because I got to practice a lot with API-calls, looping through arrays and creating and linking new components. Great course!
Just finished the SheCodes Basics Add-on. It was very informative and I learned some useful tricks! Would recommend this for anyone wanting to learn some more technical CSS functions 😊
Coding is challenging and something I never dreamed I'd be able to learn but I had so much fun working through these projects and learning that I could do it. I feel confident enough in what I've learned to use this knowledge as a creative outlet and I'm very excited to start building my own designs and projects.

SheCodes Responsive was by far my favorite learning workshop so far. I felt I was able to dive into my creative side and also my coding side to develop my portfolio website. The clock app was tricky but fun! Lots of new techniques discovered. Honestly, I re-did this probably 3 times because I was trying one way and then went another. As always, great course!

React is not an easy tool and certainly requires a lot of practice, but the project touched plenty of functions, tools and errors that may happen. The Slack help was certainly a plus with some VSC errors with react.
I just finished the Shecodes Pro and it was an amazing opportunity for me to dive into the programming world, and I learned a ton! The course content was really easy to follow and covered a lot of essential topics. Matt is a great intructor, and the support team was always available to answer my questions, which made learning a lot of fun. The hands-on approach was super helpful, and it gave me the confidence to take on more complex projects. Shecode showed me that coding is for women too, and that it can be a pink and colorful world! I loved how inclusive and supportive the course was, and it really gave me the confidence to pursue coding as a career. I loved the workshop! It's really organized and helpful. Matt has the ability to take difficult concepts and make them accessible in a fun and supportive environment.
This course was both challenging and exciting to learn about. There was a few hiccups along the way but the structure of the course affords you the opportunity to apply your mind and think out the box to solve whatever challenge you face at a particular time. Overall the course was very fascinating and the delivery of course content is logical and you can follow the flow of the code make sense of how each function works and what output you can expect from that delivery.
I really enjoyed this course and the way it was taught. All the information was broken down into very digestible videos that were easy to follow, and we were provided with lots of of resources and ways to get in contact if there were things you didn't understand. This course really highlighted the scope for creativity, both in the extent to which you can personalise the design of a webpage, and also in the ways you can combine code to create really interesting functions. Overall, this course was very engaging, and I would really recommend it to anyone looking to broaden their skillset, or just looking for a new challenge!
Had a lot of fun building the React Weather App. I could understand everything Matt explained, but I definitely need more practice to really remember the code and to know when to use which code.

SheCodes Basics was soooo fun! I found it very interesting how HTML elements and javascript works. Exploring all CSS options, color palettes and gradients was super fun playing around with the colors and refreshing the page to see what it looks like! I'm extremely happy to see how my web portfolio turned out. Creating a beautiful and responsive website showcasing my work, fully coded from scratch by myself is a milestone reached. As a homeschool mom of 2 I wasn't sure if I would have the time to try to learn to code. I've been out of college and the workforce for a few years now and I looked at a handful of possible bootcamps to try. I'm so glad I went with SheCodes. Not only is it perfect for people who need to do lessons at random, odd hours, but the content is great and easy to understand. Matt is seriously the best instructor I've come across so far in this field. I've done a few self learning courses and youtube tutorials and other things but learning from Matt's videos have definitely been the best experience I've had in the last 2 years of me trying to decide if I wanted to do this or not. It's really great to be able to do this around my schedule and to learn in short, user friendly lessons with fun projects. I highly recommend SheCodes.
