I love love love shecodes. Its an awesome place to learn coding and believe me have tried several places. From udemy to codeacademy to youtube but none beats shecodes. Shecodes made learning code so easy and fun. Its quite funny but i sometimes dream about bugs on my line of code then wake up thinking how to solve the bug i have or how to complete an assignment. I recommend shecodes 1000% for any one who is interested in learning how to code. Thank you.

I had the most challenging yet fun time learning the basics of Front End with SheCodes. I'm impressed I actually got to finish the project which couldn't be real without the amazing SheCodes team assisting during the whole learning journey. Some of the parts were especially hard to understand, but Matt made sure each lesson has a detailed and step-by-step explanation. I will have a bit of rest and definitely jump to the next advanced chapter!
This workshop is amazing! Matt is a highly qualified teacher, every lesson is interesting and engaging, the assignments are fun and challenging. I've learnt so much and, even though programming does not coincide exactly with the field in which I'm working now, I know that the skills I've gained will come in real handy. This was a fun and extremely challenging workshop. I had to use embed websites, images and video and a lot of CSS to make all the homework and the final project Responsive but I am very happy with the result. Matt's help was crucial as usual and I can't wait for the next chapter!

I am a very creative and curious person but also love things that require problem-solving and cognitive stimulation. When I found Shecodes, I didn't know what to expect. I wanted to try out coding and see what it would be like to create my own landing page from scratch, but I felt like I was diving into the 'deep-end' with no prior knowledge or experience. I thought I would have to be super intelligent and love maths/science to code. I was so wrong! Shecodes showed me how taking the risk was worth it. I fell in love with coding during the 3 weeks of trying it out! Matt and everyone at Shecodes provide a welcoming and supportive space for beginners and people of all skill levels to dive into coding. Matt's engaging and easy-to-follow video lessons, as well as the creative and fun challenges/homework provided, have meant that I have gained so much confidence over the 3-week course in a field that I thought I wouldn't thrive. SheCodes is an amazing platform for all women to become curious and be creative through interactive coding workshops! I am intrigued by technology, coding and digital development but also have a passion for gender equality, and so I love the ethos of Shecodes at what they are doing for women worldwide; from opening up potential career paths to women in a sector where female representation is sparse, to even providing people with a starting point to develop and flourish within a new hobby/ interest. I am now going to continue coding and maybe look into careers in the Tech industry. I'd highly recommend giving coding a shot, especially through a Shecodes workshop!

The Responsive workshop was the icing on the top of all the SheCodes workshops. I learned how to optimize my webpages to become easier to view on various viewports and incorporate SEO friendly metrics. It was really fun putting all my past projects together into my personal portfolio. I can't wait to start the #React workshop and add to my portfolio.

Honestly this was a really fun course! It was easy to understand and do and now i have genuine interest in coding and what i could possibly do with it.
Learning the basics of coding has been as intense as challenging but at the same time really enjoyable and in a way, easy. The videos are really efficient and Matthieu's explainations cannot be clearer. I could not complete the week 1 homework and challenges in due time but it was easy to request an extension, and the team was very understanding. I found the course very flexible, fun and interesting. I feel like I really understand how HTML, CSS and Javascript work, and feel more confident for the future. I was starting a UX design course at the same time, and was hoping to learn about the basics of coding since employers often like potential UX designers to be able to communicate and understand developers. I feel so much more confident now with the basic but yet thorought and solid knowledge SheCodes gave me!
Creating this hobby project was quite fun and has helped me feel more confident in my coding skills! This mini-course taught a few more advanced HTML, CSS, and Javascript skills. Learning how to create a CSS grid, animations, and a dark theme toggle was especially useful and exciting.

The teacher explain the code simply so anyone can understand easily. Over this 3 weeks, It was exciting and fun to code.
While the challenges were difficult at times, they were also a lot of fun. I was able to get extensions on my project, which was a big help. This allowed me to work at my own pace. I was able to complete the workshop in my own time and felt truly amazing by the end.

I recently attended a coding workshop and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. While the challenges were difficult at times, they were also a lot of fun. The tutorials were very in-depth and Matt's teaching style was incredibly effective. He managed to break down complex concepts into understandable bits and pieces, which made it easier for me to follow along. One of the best things about the workshop was the Slack chat. It was an incredibly helpful resource, and I found that I was able to get answers to my questions very quickly. Additionally, I was able to get extensions on my project, which was a huge help. I recently completed the SheCodes program, led by Matt, and it was an incredible experience.
