This workshop made the introduction into HTML, CSS, and JS so easy and fun! Thanks to this workshop, I am feeling very confident, and excited going into the more Advanced workshops that are provided by SheCodes.

What I loved about the workshop is that it teaches you how to code but also tells you how coders work. This, along with developing an app using real data, felt like a great preparation for a future career. I've had so much fun and am exited to move forward.

Creating a weather application was not so easy but certainly fun. Vanilla js is quite difficult but I've learned a lot and can recommend this workshop to anyone who's seeking to improve their skills

I enjoyed it, the photo gallery and dark mode features are really cool. They seemed complicated at first but then with some repetition through the exercises, it all became clear. It was fun!
I have been curious about coding and She Codes was a great place to start , there is so much information presented in a way that is fun and easy to understand. The workshop taught me the made me feel confident and want to learn more independently to become a front end developer in the future
I would HIGHLY recommend SheCodes to anyone interested in either learning a new skill or just taking the first step into changing their career! This was such an amazing experience and Matt is a great instructor! He was able to break everything down in a way where it was very understandable and fun! Although I already had basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, I felt like I really understood everything better with this course than I have with others! This was incredibly fun ! I really enjoyed learning this new technique, and the course makes it look so easy! As someone who enjoys front-end a lot this was incredibly satisfying. I did She Codes Plus before coming back to this add-on and honestly I really loved the Java part as well, it's incredible how SheCodes helps you become increasingly more comfortable with complicated techniques without you even realising it!
I would always see ads on social media so I thought why not give it a try! Having extra time in my schedule I enrolled in the Basics. This was a challenging experience but, so fun at the same time! You get the help you need not only from the SheCodes Team, Atheana AI, but, also from other gals on site! SheCodes Max is the next step!! ^_^

Learning React was challenging at times! It is like making a million Jigsaw Pieces and then putting it all back together to make one large whole puzzle Lol. But I had a lot of fun and enjoyed Learning React. I can't wait to learn more about React and build more React projects in the future!

The course has a well-structured layout, beginning with the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . As a learner, I found the coding exercises and practical projects to be extremely helpful in reinforcing the concepts and maintaining my engagement throughout the course.
This class was definitely a doable and challenging at the same time. Although it lets you be your own boss this class required lots of time management and independent learning. Matt has done his best to explain topics.It was definitely a fun and selfish liberating class. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone interested in working as a front-end engineer.
This project was fun to work on. Had a few obstacles to overcome, but was able to move forward and finish successfully. Can't wait to start working on the next workshop. ππ

SheCodes is the place to go! When I started it help me refresh my memories in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I have went to college for Information System. I graduated during the pandemic, I wasnβt getting any luck on looking for a job because everything was remotely. I was lucking to get a job as a IT Audit at a bank. Sadly at the very end it doesnβt work out and wasnβt what I wanted to do. I was looking for the Data Analytics or anything do to with coding. After leaving the bank I was jobless for also a year. Then I look in to the Phlebotomy program and heard it was easy to get in. I needed a job to pay payment that I have and saw some online program for learning to code again. I needed the money, so I went to the Texas School of Phlebotomy and got certified and got the job. So now I have the money to do the online program. I have come across SheCodes on any social media. It kept popping and popping up. So I decided to do the basic and I enjoy it! It was fun and I remember how much I love coding. Finish off the basic I feel so proud of myself and knowing how much benefit is going to help me. Thank you SheCodes for making it easy and fun to code again and looking forward to more coding.

This Responsive ADD-ON workshop was definitely challenging but pretty exciting! Working on the project along with Matt while he explains do's and dont's, and why's.... makes it really comprehensible and fun. Moving on to React! :D
This was a great beginner course to learn the fundamentals of coding! The slack channel was incredibly helpful for troubleshooting any issues with my code. I also found it very beneficial that you can get two extensions during the course. As a working mom of two, some weeks were busier than others, so this gave me flexibility on weeks I couldn't dedicate as much time.
I really enjoyed the SheCodes Basic workshop. I never thought that I would enter the world of coding and did not expect that it would be this fun. I am looking forward to the next program. Thank you SheCodes for the opportunity.
Matt could not be a better, more precise teacher/instructor! He simplifies code and skilfully relates it to every day life. All learning should be this practical and accessible. And the SheCodes staff and community at large is truly the best there is, so much support. I've not had this much fun and clarity while learning to code. I wouldn't waste a second more not signing up if this is something you fancy.

I was surprised how easy and fun it was to take this course. It helped that we could get extensions on our homeworks. This made the course less stressful and manageable, especially for those running from job to job.
When deciding to begin learning how to code with SheCodes, I was adamant, mainly because I thought the classes and overall course would be heavily saturated with advanced material to learn but played off as beginner. I can attest that I was completely wrong! The course not only gave ample time to get your work done, along with extensions of said course with later deadlines, but the material was so beginner friendly with repetitive information to help you to continuously remember past information. I had a fun time overall and couldnβt be happier for joining. I 100% recommend other learning through SheCodes!!!
It has been a really challenging workshop for me in so many ways, but getting to translate to a website what at first was a simple sketch on paper and see how your creation works as planned and is functional has been truly satisfying and has made me want to keep improving and learning about web development.
For years I have been trying to breakthrough my barriers to tech, always with meagre results. But there's something about SheCodes training that works for me like nothing else. For the first time I'm genuinely excited and glad about tech and coding, its been fun and amazing. Thank you SheCodes.

After completing the SheCodes Basic Course, I feel much more confident in my coding skills and believe that I have improved significantly from a beginner level. Really enjoyable course to do. it does get very complex, with using some of the map functions but with a little help from the team and a small break, it all worked out.
After doing the SheCodes basic workshop I was excited to continue to learn more. Thinking of building an app can be overwhelming, however, SheCodes Plus breaks that process into several steps which makes it so easy and fun. Everything is extremely well explained in the videos, and the challenges not only allow you to practice coding, but they help you understand the content better. Further, if you get stuck on something, the SheCodes team will help you. Additionally, there is also an AI coding assistant available, which can answer your doubts, explain code, fix your code and so much more. I have tried it, and it was easy and useful to use. I highly recommend this workshop and I cannot wait for more!!

I had a great experience learning with Shecodes! I think the idea of making a Weather app is a great one. Everyone uses it, so it is an interesting subject. Fun to know now how it is made. A great way to learn how to use and apply code.
