It's a brain twister and super challenging, but soooo clearly explained in a fun way. After this project I feel like tuning my app and make it more complicated with the only purpose to get more training. Thank you!

It was cool to learn how to make my projects nicer and neater with these new skills. Definitely a lot to explore and learn...Creative people will find this add-on great fun!

Things get even more interesting with SheCodes Plus. Here, we start building on the foundations learnt in SheCodes Basics and also start applying real data. There's a lot to learn but the course structure is well-paced and you never feel overwhelmed with information. SheCodes Plus is more challenging for sure but that's where the fun lies.

I’ve had a lot of fun completing this course! I’m very thankful for the ability to complete it at my own pace, and re-watch the lessons when needed. The lessons were super informative and well presented with clear instructions, while leaving just enough out for one to need to problem-solve to finish the project. I enjoyed it immensely and look forward to starting the next course!

I really loved the workshop! Everything was explained really clearly and it was a lot of fun to learn. I would totally recommend it for everyone who is curious to try coding. I had no knowledge at all but even only the basic workshop gave me confidence to stay on the path and pursue a career in this field. It is still a way to go but this definitely got me hooked and excited to explore coding.

This has been a very fun workshop with a lot of html and CSS learning. Overall a great and valuable insight to put on experience, that did not disappoint.

Thank you SheCodes and Matt Delac for this fun filled and engaging program. The concepts were really broken down into easy to understand concepts and the videos were really great and interesting. I especially enjoyed the challenge at the end of each video and the homework at the end of each week. This has been an amazing experience.

I did had a great time and I learnt a lot though I had little or no time to study sometimes but I was able to sail through. Matt made it easier and a fun moment whenever he is teaching, that really gives me more courage and I had fun while coding. I'm really grateful for this opportunity!!

A fun way to test the waters - flexible schedule with reasonable goals.

As a digital marketing professional, I took on the SheCodes Basics course to broaden my skillset, and also because I learn for fun😅. Like many other people, women especially, I believed coding required a certain level of, I don't know, knowledge base or intelligence, and so I came in half expecting to quit after a few days. What it really took though, was interest and the belief that I have what it takes to be successful. I believe my analytical and problem-solving skills have been enhanced, and I look forward to what new opportunities will come through. I highly recommend! And yes, it was fun.

This was a really fun add on. course correcting when working with APIs is a must and this course gives you the knowledge to know what to keep trying at.

Just as SheCodesBasic it was a lot of fun and I learned much about coding in js, css, html, adding real live data with API to my project. Matt explains everything very presized so it is easy to understand and to follow up. It is an awesome step by step explanation.

SheCodes Basics gives me so much hope and excitement for what the future holds, if I continue to show up and put in the work. I would 100% recommend this course, as Matt Delac makes it so easy to follow and learn. I thoroughly enjoyed this course, so fun, challenging and interactive. Can't wait for the next workshop.

This was a fun extension to solidify web design skills in order to understand what is happening if I use a tool like bootstrap.

Great Course! I had a lot of fun!

I liked this project a lot! In the first place because I like languages and dictionaries and I had a lot of fun creating 'my own' dictionary, but also because I got to practice a lot with API-calls, looping through arrays and creating and linking new components. Great course!

Just finished the SheCodes Basics Add-on. It was very informative and I learned some useful tricks! Would recommend this for anyone wanting to learn some more technical CSS functions 😊

Coding is challenging and something I never dreamed I'd be able to learn but I had so much fun working through these projects and learning that I could do it. I feel confident enough in what I've learned to use this knowledge as a creative outlet and I'm very excited to start building my own designs and projects.

I would highly recommend this coding workshop to anyone who is new to coding and looking to gain a strong foundation in the fundamentals. SheCodes Responsive was by far my favorite learning workshop so far. I felt I was able to dive into my creative side and also my coding side to develop my portfolio website. It was fun, challenging and I was able to learn a lot about what a responsive website is whether for a mobile phone or tablet.

I'm thrilled to announce that I've just earned my SheCodes Basic certification! The learning experience was nothing short of amazing - the short, interactive videos and hands-on coding exercises made it both fun and practical. I was able to absorb each lesson quickly and immediately apply it to real-world scenarios. This certification has not only boosted my knowledge and skills but also my confidence in tackling my fear for the tech field. Excited to put my new expertise into action!

The clock app was tricky but fun! Lots of new techniques discovered. Honestly, I re-did this probably 3 times because I was trying one way and then went another. As always, great course!

SheCodes was definitely not an easy course. It was fun and a really great experience to understand a bit of what front-end developers do on a daily basis! I will continue to learn if time lets me! I did learn a ton and Matt is great instructor!

SheCodes was a fun learning experience and a great opportunity to try something new! There was a well-defined structure to the lessons and a good timeline. I enjoyed the opportunity to learn coding in a fun and interactive way. I probably would have never consider learning this subject if SheCodes hadn't made it so smooth and accessible.

What seems to be complex coding is broken down to easier pieces to understand. Always satisfying to be finish the workshop with more knowledge and a fun working app added to my coding portfolio.

Short but sweet. Definitely a fun and aesthetically pleasing course. If you want to learn how to make a cool website (and not just a functional one) this course is great for you.

React is not an easy tool and certainly requires a lot of practice, but the project touched plenty of functions, tools and errors that may happen. The Slack help was certainly a plus with some VSC errors with react.

I just finished the Shecodes Pro and it was an amazing opportunity for me to dive into the programming world, and I learned a ton! The course content was really easy to follow and covered a lot of essential topics. Matt is a great intructor, and the support team was always available to answer my questions, which made learning a lot of fun. The hands-on approach was super helpful, and it gave me the confidence to take on more complex projects. Shecode showed me that coding is for women too, and that it can be a pink and colorful world! I loved how inclusive and supportive the course was, and it really gave me the confidence to pursue coding as a career. You all are doing an awesome job breaking down barriers and making tech more accessible to everyone.

Was really fun to play around with time and dates this time, after having some experience from the Plus Workshop, the Add-on was an added layer of great practice. And the addition of a World Clock to the portfolio is a big plus as well. 😁

I loved the workshop! It's really organized and helpful. Matt has the ability to take difficult concepts and make them accessible in a fun and supportive environment.

This course was both challenging and exciting to learn about. There was a few hiccups along the way but the structure of the course affords you the opportunity to apply your mind and think out the box to solve whatever challenge you face at a particular time. Overall the course was very fascinating and the delivery of course content is logical and you can follow the flow of the code make sense of how each function works and what output you can expect from that delivery.

I really enjoyed this course and the way it was taught. All the information was broken down into very digestible videos that were easy to follow, and we were provided with lots of of resources and ways to get in contact if there were things you didn't understand. This course really highlighted the scope for creativity, both in the extent to which you can personalise the design of a webpage, and also in the ways you can combine code to create really interesting functions. Overall, this course was very engaging, and I would really recommend it to anyone looking to broaden their skillset, or just looking for a new challenge!

Had a lot of fun building the React Weather App. I could understand everything Matt explained, but I definitely need more practice to really remember the code and to know when to use which code.

SheCodes Basics was soooo fun! I found it very interesting how HTML elements and javascript works. Exploring all CSS options, color palettes and gradients was super fun playing around with the colors and refreshing the page to see what it looks like! I would totally recommend SheCodes to all women who work with developers and who wants to learn how to create web pages. I am 💯 keen on learning more & participating on the monthly challenges! 🤓 SheCodes has really opened a whole new world for me! As a professional Marketer, I have always been fascinated with website building and design. Thanks to SheCodes, I discovered a fun and accessible way to learn a new valuable skill. This was really great! I'm very visual so getting to really customize the app was fun. Some of the features took me almost all day to figure out sometimes but ultimately it worked! And as usual, Matt is a great instructor. It's great to have the individual sections and build on each.

I had a great time working with this project. It was quite fun and entertaining. The instructions given were pretty straight forward as well, hence giving me an easy time.

I Have taken a few other coding classes but I must say that the SheCodes classes are fun and direct. The content are well explained and easy to understand and the tutor's encouraging words keep you going as well.
