I am grateful for this experience. The beginning of this course was very easygoing but along the progress, it became more and more challenging. This challenge was a lot of fun for me, and I loved the way that Matt shows step-by-step how he built the project, including the thinking process and trial and error. As a Graphic Designer I wanted to go outside of my comfort zone and learn coding to differentiate my self/skills from other graphic designers. I loved these coding workshops so much that I am now considering going into UI/UX so that I can do more of this! SheCodes made it so easy to follow and really fun to learn!
This course has gone by incredibly fast. I can not believe I can do some of the things we are learning. I was confident enough to add additional code to my final project that was not within the mainframe of the guidelines. I enjoy that there is room for creativity within our projects, it really helps make learning to code fun!

Creating a functional weather app was very challenging at times yet Matt made it as easy to understand as possible. I'm honestly in awe at how much i've learnt and what I've been able to do in such little time. 100% recommend!

It's just incredible to see how much you can achieve in such a short time. The course was very structured and the practical exercises helped me to apply what I had learned immediately. I especially liked the project at the end, where I could use all my new skills and bring them together to create a landing page on one of my favorite hobbies: plants π±. I can't wait to start the next part of the course, which will also cover HTML Forms, more JavaScript functions, Bootstrap and APIs. π€

SheCodes Responsive was hands-down the most fun, engaging and exciting workshop I had with SheCodes (and the previous ones were already EXTREMELY good). I had such a blast experimenting and putting into practice what I learned in these past months. At the end of SheCodes Responsive, I was able to build a complete portfolio project and it's just mind-blowing the amount of knowledge these workshops gave me in such a small period of time!
By far this was my favorite workshop so far, I had so much fun and really felt in control when building my first website. I felt confident to code after everything I've learnt so far. From someone who has never coded in their life to coding a full website is a proud moment!

This workshop has been the most fun I have had in a while. I originally signed up to learn something new and maybe start a new career, it challenged my brain in ways it hasn't been challenged since University. I highly recommend this workshop for anyone looking for something new, fun and challenging!

I was really nervous starting out at the workshop and I thought it would difficult for me but it has actually been the opposite. I have enjoyed every lesson so far and Matt has been a great teacher and the challenges have been super fun and very engaging! I started SheCodes with no knowledge or experience of coding and it has been a fun and most interesting journey ever, I am glad I choose to do it and only hope for the best.
I had so much fun working on this add-on basics project. I loved how the lessons are structured for the week of this project and how I got to work on a specific CSS property after every lesson . So, when it was time to work on the final project, I had already done most of the work through challenges. LOVED it!

It's a fun and easy way to learn how to code
I spent weeks trying to learn HTML, CSS, and Java script. Matt explained it clearly in 3 days. I learned how to implement new design ideas and use basic functions. I am extremely impressed by this workshop. Since the workshop is go at your own pace, I completed the entire workshop in 3 days time and built a basic functional website that is appealing. Thank you!

I love SheCodes!! Its beginner-friendly and I enjoyed the workshop a lot! The lessons are not intimidating as it it well-discussed. I just finished SheCodes basics and I've learnt so much! I am truly amazed at how quickly I was able to learn all of these javascript functions. I knew I was really catching on during the final project when I could pause the video, work ahead, and then watch to be sure I had coded that section correctly. I am so grateful that SheCodes is set up in such realistic and manageable sections.
When I first started coding with sheCodes Basic I did not have any idea what I was doing. But after completing basics I got some confidence in coding. Also, I found it super fun thing to do. Today after completing the Plus workshop I feel like I have chose the prefect career for me, all thanks to SheCodes and Matt. The way this workshop is designed is awesome from basics to advance level. The online slack community is very useful, whenever I get any confusion I ask question on the slack and someone from the team get back to me really fast. Recently they have introduced Athena AI which I believe is super cool and useful feature. She could even write you a code if you are not sure how or from where to start. I am really very excited to start my next workshop- SheCodes Responsiveπ.

I really enjoyed the SheCodes Basics Workshop. I found the lessons clear, fun, and engaging. I already had some knowledge of HTML and CSS, and the workshop not only allowed me to refresh my previous knowledge but the explanations really helped to understand the languages more and cleared up some doubts that I had. The Javascript lesson is a great way to get into it, and I look forward to learning more in the upcoming workshops!
