After finishing SheCodes Responsive I decided to catch up on the SheCodes Basics Add-On. I enjoyed the workshop very much. It was fun to learn about the transform technique and I was able to practise some things from the previous workshops straight away. Again: I highly recommend! Thank you for the learning experience.
I enjoyed learning the fundamentals of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The project was fun but challenging in a comfortable way. I can finally say I can create a landing page!

It was very exciting to learn something from scratch! I have never done any kind of coding before SheCodes and to be able to complete this was really amazing. This course was a perfect reminder of everything taught in the initial basics course. The add-on course provided additional knowledge regarding CSS and JavaScript and was overall a really fun course to participate in whilst gaining technical and practical knowledge.

I had so much fun learning html, css, and javascript. The occasional bumps in the road did happen, but I had access to all the tools I needed to find the solutions. This is a wonderful workshop and I'm excited to move on and keep learning more!
This was so much fun! I loved how the lessons built on each other, and the exercises were short steps so I could follow very well how it all came together! It was a relief to be able to get one extension, as I needed to spend more time on some exercises, and now I believe I got what it takes to continue!
How the workshops are structured is phenomenal, the fundamentals on web development are perfect for a beginner.

Great and fun way to learn how to build multi-page websites for any device.
I think what makes SheCodes different from other courses is that it keeps you interested. SheCodes shows you how fascinating it is to code and lessons are designed in a way that keeps you motivated. that first step that I took to take the SheCodes Basic has changed my life. now I finished SheCodes React and I came a very long way thanks to the well structured lesson plans and the way the complex topics were broken down and explained. I've had the opportunity to explore coding in a fun and supportive environment, which has made all the difference in my learning experience. Thank you Matt, thank you SheCodes team.
This add-on project was really fun! We learned a lot of cool ways to add more design and tweaks to our code to make a website look prettier and more functional. I really enjoyed this little project!
I had prior knowledge about the basics of HTML/CSS/JS coming into the course, but I had so much fun picking up new skills and getting creative on my own final project. This course is a journey, for sure. I went from feeling extremely frustrated to overjoyed in seconds by just being able to figure out Javascript functions. πͺ I'm really proud of the end result and of myself for understanding something that used to break my brain. And, of course, the self-pacing aspect will always be a plus, especially when life happens and you need an extension π€
This course was great! I loved the flexibility! Life happened many times and I kept pushing my start date back until over a year after I signed up, and then again a few times once I started. But because of this I was able to actually do the work and learn from the class! I really appreciate that I was able to do this class for my own enrichment amongst my insane and unpredictable schedule and not have to stress! Perhaps once things calm down again I'll take another class, it was fun to see a final project using all the techniques I learned!

I was super excited to create this project. I had so much fun and I gained so much experience and confidence to do "bigger" projects. I learned more in javascript and I am excited to go build different applications with what I have learned.
I started my coding journey a couple of weeks ago. I have a non-technical background and I have developed my career in client-facing and pure business roles. For years, I have told myself the coding world wasn't something for me. Needless to say, three weeks into the SheCodes course and I feel like I was completely wrong. Coding is fun, and brings out a lot of my creativity and makes me constantly think. I highly recommend SheCodes!
