I actually took Introduction to HTML with a few other backend languages in college, so this course was a refresher for me. I will say, I'm glad I joined SheCodes!! I'm having fun learning new skills and utilizing them in the assignments everyday! The short lectures, the resources, and my even my girl Athena! has been very useful. I'm ready to dive deeper now ππ!! This is only the beginning!

This was a very interesting and sometimes challenging workshop. Sometimes I really wanted to give up but I thank God I did not. I also want to thank SheCodes for making coding less difficult and more fun.
Once I completed the SheCodes Basics workshop I instantly wanted to keep learning. This add-on course was so fun and I learned a lot more about HTML, CSS, and JavaScript during this project. I got to create a really fun page about something I really enjoy and I can't wait to continue to learn as I move through all the workshops. Thank you SheCodes!
Learning with SheCodes made me realize how much fun and useful it is to learn about programming. I loved every step of the way and struggle very little with this course because it was so approachable and easy to understand. Now I can say with confidence that I'm part of the community that understands HTML, CSS and JS, which feels pretty awesome.
This has been a very challenging but fun experience. This course definitely stretched me. It allowed me to get a feel for what a future in coding would be like. I know this was just the basics but it made me want to continue to learn through SheCodes and ultimately land my dream job working as a developer.
I had lots of fun seeing my codes come to life. Matt is really a great coach because his instructions are easy to understand and follow.
I feel super happy with my decision to join SheCodes! I did the basics and will do the plus courses, but I don't think I am going to stop there. I was always curious about how computer engineers build websites and people who are in stem create codes for robots and I wanted to see if I'd be able to take classes in order to learn them as I have adhd and I cannot focus on something unless I really love it. I also didn't have the time and money to go to uni for a degree in information technology as I'm already attending to finish up my degree in Business. I found the interface amazing and the courses are bite sized enough for you to understand key concepts quickly all you have to do in practice and create your own projects in the mean time. the best way I learned through out this course was opening up my VS codes file and typing out what was happening in the courses and also testing to see if I understood what I learned. I think most people are scared to start coding because they think it's super hard but it's actually quite fun IMO if you get the hang of coding formulas and the only major thing is debugging but that's really it! I think everyone who can get a certificate should try SheCodes out and if they need one for their job or just for fun it's deff worth a try. I can't wait to keep on with my studies towards becoming a front end web developer!
I had so much fun with the SheCodesPlus course. It was very challenging at times but was so much fun and I really learned a lot!
So much Fun! One thing that I know for sure, is that I love building websites. And this wonderful program makes my love for it become greater. Building a website this time from scratch instead of using Bootstrap was also a great building experience. I enjoyed it!

This workshop was really fun. Matt is explaining everything step by step, so I was able to keep up and successfully finish all challenges and my final project as well. I'm definitely going to continue my learning journey with Shecodes.
Building the project was extremely fun and I got to expand on the knowledge I gained during the first workshop.
The course was very clear and specific! I really enjoyed the process and had fun by learning.
It wasn't easy, but with Matt's explanations, I was able to complete my weather app. While it was a bit stressful, it was a lot of fun and the best part is seeing what you've created up and running.
Matt makes learning easy, fun and interactive! Breaking down the work into sections to make it easier to digest. Within a short span of time I'm now confident creating responsive webpages!

I really loved and immersed myself a lot more in the course. It was more challenging than SheCodes Basics but also a lot more fun!! Matt really guides you through the making of the entire project but you're also given enough freedom to make it your own and play around with the code, if you choose to. Learning how to implement API was one of the most challenging but rewarding parts of this course. Learning about GitHub was also very useful. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to get started on programming.

This project was fun to complete. It seemed intimidating at first but the easy to follow videos and resources provided were very helpful in completing the project. My confidence with coding has grown after completing this workshop, and I am proud of the project that I was able to complete.
I recently began my journey into the world of coding with She Codes "She Code Basics" course. With no prior coding experience, I can say that this course has been incredibly beneficial and has helped me build a strong foundation. By the end of the course, I was amazed at how much I had learned in such a short period. She Codes Basics not only introduced me to the fundamentals of coding but also gave me the confidence to pursue further studies in this field. I'm now eagerly looking forward to enrolling in the next course offered by She Codes.

A brilliant course! There was so much content and so much to learn. I loved learning all about animation. The challenges challenged me again, and Matt was so right when he said coding can be frustrating but really fun. Challenges and homework done simultaneously with the training are very useful and help to learn more accurately about programming. Dividing videos into shorter sections will help make them easier to understand. Programming used to be boring for me, but now it's fun!
