This was very fun for me. I have previously tried a little bit of coding, but nothing like this. And this workshop made me more interested in starting a career whithin coding and programming. There is a lot of work behind making a simple page and seeing how you can twist and change a page is very exciting. I would recommend this to every woman out there.

Before this course I had no knowledge about coding and now I have a good feel for how it works! I had a lot of fun with the challenges, and can recommend this course for everyone who does not have any prior knowledge about coding.

Learning HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and how to use VS Code to build and style my own website has been an empowering journey. Thanks to SheCodes, the learning experience was not only simple but also incredibly informative. Their structured approach and hands-on projects helped me grasp the concepts quickly. Now, I can confidently create and customise websites, making them both visually appealing and functional. SheCodes has truly demystified coding for me and opened up a world of possibilities in web development.

Stimulating add on - more in depth coding, and ultimately rewarding. You gain a larger understanding of all of the components that come together to created a functional product.

I was looking for an opportunity to change my career path and this course was a perfect to start that journey. The SheCodes course made coding much less intimidating to tackle in easy to digest lessons and with fun challenges. I have learnt so much in a short time!

I've been trying to learn HTML and CSS on and off for a few years. Every time I would dive into it, I would not finish because I found it to be too confusing. This course is laid out in a way where you learn very easily. You're learning concepts and how they work instead of memorizing functions. I really loved it and found it easy to learn HTML, CSS, and Javascript. I'm very excited to continue on and keep learning in the next courses. The basic course alone is well worth the money. If you're thinking about doing it, you should.

It is very interesting and fun to learn. It is guided step by step so it is easy to follow along. It has some challenges to overcome but it is very satisfying after u overcome them.

I came into the SheCodes workshop with minimal experience, primarily looking to diversify my skills in development. The workshop was structured in a way that made HTML, CSS, and JavaScript not only accessible but genuinely fun to learn. Each lesson built on the last in a logical, manageable way, allowing me to grasp the fundamentals while gradually tackling more complex concepts. The video tutorials were clear, concise, and engaging, making it easy to stay motivated throughout the course. What stood out to me the most was the hands-on approach to learning. The projects were challenging yet exciting, pushing me to apply what I'd learned in practical scenarios. Completing these projects gave me a sense of achievement and a tangible way to track my progress. I wholeheartedly recommend SheCodes to anyone looking to get started or advance in coding. The skills you gain are immediately applicable, empowering, and open doors to new opportunities.

SheCodes Plus was definitely a challenge because of the amount of new knowledge and techniques that needed to be applied to the final project. There is definitely a lot going on during those 8 weeks of workshop. So it is always good to take the time to go over the videos and challenges several times to make sure it is all clear. But it was great fun building the weather app and playing with API integrations.

I love it. It is much challenging than before but it was fun😊

SheCodes is user friendly and so much fun. Just 3 weeks ago, I had no knowledge about coding, and I was not sure if it was something I was prepared to learn. Surprisingly, I'm confident enough to say that I made the right choice by joining the SheCodes programme. Each lesson is brief and focused on a specific item, making it easier to understand every topic before moving to the next one.

I love this project-based learning approach. You can see the real-life application of what you are building, which makes it more fun to learn more about other features that you add to make it better. Google anything you don't know or remember 😆. Creating this App with friends in mind made it even more fun to learn.

I graduated from my SheCodes Basic last year and today it feels amazing to be finish the SheCodes Plus. An excellent course and has definitely sharpened my skills as Front end but also my Javascript knowledge improved greatly since I completed this workshop. Matt is a fantastic teacher, I found each module to be highly informative and the assignments good fun.

Those 8 weeks were a real challenge! But it's still fun to learn more and more things, and amazing what coding can do. Thanks to Matt, the projects are super intuitive and fun to learn 👏🏻!

This was a funny project, I made an AI vegetarian recipe generator with basic ingredients we can find at home. It is very basic but it is useful.

As I continue with these workshops, I realize that there's so much to learn. The hardest pill I had to swallow was that of understanding that you could be having fun writing your code and still make an error so keep going!

This is the second course I have taken with SheCodes. It's all new for me, it's a great challenge that is often frustrating, but on the other hand, it is very motivating when you see what you have created. Challenging but fun!

This project is fun! I had a bit of trouble understanding the AI prompt and context but with practice, I will get better.

It was fun, frustrating, exciting and rewarding. I have new skills now! Google is your friend as well as MDN. The best lesson I learnt is that it's better to take a break and come back with fresh eyes than to be working and frustrated. A nap is not a terrible idea at all.

React has been the most challenging learning experience so far, but this course provides a good overview to start getting familiar with React tools and functionalities. I'm looking forward to the next workshop!

Undertaking a comprehensive project from setup and design to the integration of a search engine and API was the culmination of all the skills and knowledge I had acquired. It was a challenging yet immensely rewarding experience that tested my abilities and pushed me to innovate. Planning for a forecast feature in my project, I employed HTML/CSS, JavaScript templates, and API integration to create a user-friendly and visually appealing application. Looking back, I am amazed at how much I have learned and grown through the SheCodes Plus program. It has not only provided me with cool and relevant skills but has also ignited a passion for coding that I am excited to continue exploring. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of this program and am looking forward to applying these skills in my future endeavors.

I was applying to college when unfortunately, the college I wanted to go to stopped taking secondary schooling students. So, when I started looking into other options. I remembered seeing a lot of She Codes adds a lot on YouTube a year ago and thought it was really cool, but I had other plans till I didn't. So, I looked into it. Surprised by how reasonable the prices were and read a bunch of reviews. And decided to just go for it. A leap that I'm glad I took. I really liked the pacing of the lessons and how I was able to fit them into my schedule while working full time. It was easy and hard at the same time, but I wrote a lot of notes. I found it really fun to tweak everything and kept having to remind myself when I got frustrated. That I only started learning a little while ago. But I kept at it and was surprised to see how much I learned in such a short time.

The topics were a bit challenging which is good. At least I understood some complex JavaScript and now I am able to come up with beautiful app designs that function correctly. Otherwise the course was great, tutor was amazing!
