While Python didnβt have quite the same instant fun factor for me as front-end coding, Iβm glad I stuck with it. A lot of the concepts felt quite instinctive, and I found myself able to guess my way through more than I expected, which was encouraging. I appreciated the way Matt broke things down, the challenges kept things engaging, and I enjoyed the sense of progress you get from building something step by step in the project. SheCodes Basics Add-on was a great short course that helped reinforce the fundamentals you'll need for the rest of the program. Itβs easy to follow, well-structured, and Iβd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a solid foundation. Iβm almost done with the main courses, but I decided to take this add-on as a small break between the more advanced ones.

It was great to experiment with an AI API and external plugins for JavaScript. This module helped me to get an clearer idea of how you can integrate other developers work to add more complex functionality.
I definitely recommend doing the Responsive workshops before this one, as bootstrap is used. It was a fun workshop with a lot of challengers and new ways to structure code.

This course was SO much fun! I loved getting to work with multiple APIs, integrate AI, and apply everything we learned in the Intro to Python course. The faster pace was exactly what I neededβit really tested and strengthened my foundational knowledge. One of my favorite parts was being introduced to Google Colab. It made the entire coding experience feel more streamlined and accessible. I'm leaving this course feeling confident, energized, and ready to dive into Advanced Python!

Python AI was so much fun! Building a travel itinerary with code? That was nothing short of amazing. I still have a love-hate relationship with indentation (it continues to be a pain), but this time around, the concepts started making sense. I don't even know how - but wow! It all clicked, and I actually felt powerful writing code that could think and plan.
Learning Python was a surprisingly fun experience. I didn't have a lot to say at first, but one thing that stood out is that indentation was a real struggle! It tripped me up more times than I would like to admit. Still, I pushed through, and I am proud of how far I have come.

I was a bit intimidated at first because it's been a while since I last did a SheCodes workshop, but the steps were easy to follow and I just kept remembering everything Matt taught in previous workshops. What a tough one but I am incredibly proud of the skills I've gained and applied in building my recent Python project, which successfully visualizes global internet population trends. This endeavor honed my proficiency in data handling and processing using the csv module, enabling me to efficiently extract and prepare raw data. I further enhanced my capabilities in data structuring, expertly leveraging dictionaries to organize complex information by continent for seamless access. The project culminated in my adept use of matplotlib.pyplot for data visualization, where I transformed numerical data into an insightful and professional line graph, demonstrating my ability to create clear, customized, and compelling visual narratives. Overall, this project significantly deepened my command of core Python fundamentals and reinforced my passion for data-driven problem-solving, it was not easy with so many breaks, but definitely worth it.

I found Python basics relatively logical after my initial struggle with JavaScript. It's really nice to be able to spot the parallels between the two coding languages. With the addition of new concepts such as grids, CSS transform, and class manipulation, Add-on has been a great addition to my coding journey. One of the most valuable things Iβve learnt is how to improve the consistency of styling via the use of fraction units within grids to ensure that images displayed in a grid are of the same size and take up the same space. Being able to utilise the information that has been taught throughout the course within the Final Project has been a great way to apply my knowledge and learn how to rectify coding errors.
