It's nice to learn how to make things functional with API
This workshop was a lot of fun. Working with real-life data and actually making a functional app/website has been top-tier. I would recommend the works of Matt and the SheCodes team any day. Learning about libraries was also very insightful.

A very comprehensive review of Javascript fundamentals carefully taught with relevant scenarios. It was fun learning version control and hosting with Netlify! Learned a lot of concepts that I am excited to practice with.

It took me longer than I expected with these workshops as it is quite a challenge for me, understanding how javaScript works but I did really enjoy the process of learning and the final result when all of the functions working properly and I can finally see my project online π₯³ Big thank to Matt for the great instructions and sheCodes team assisting when I got a bit stuck with my code ππΎ
NEVER GIVE UP! It was a very interesting project. When I was having a hard time, or when I was getting discouraged, I would play the video again and Matt would say, βWatch it! This is fun! I am delighted to share my experience with the Delac Foundation as a female biotechnologist who was fortunate enough to receive their workshop scholarship. From the moment I was accepted into the program, I knew that I was in for an incredible opportunity to expand my coding skills and network with other like-minded women in the tech industry. As someone with a background in biotechnology, I have always been fascinated by the intersection of science and technology. However, I had limited experience with coding and programming languages. The SheCodes workshop provided me with an invaluable introduction to coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Through hands-on projects and real-world examples, I was able to grasp the fundamentals of web development and design. One of the standout features of the workshop was the supportive community of women who were all striving to excel in the tech industry. The mentorship and guidance provided by the SheCodes team were invaluable in helping me navigate the challenges of learning a new skill set. I was able to connect with other women who shared similar interests and aspirations, and together, we were able to collaborate on projects and support each otherβs progress.
This Add-on Workshop lived up to its title. It does add more valuable knowledge and lessons to what you already been learning and does it so perfectly. Although there is more I need to learn, I am so happy that I can build a landing page. It was also really fun

The SheCodes Plus workshop was so much fun! There were moments when some of the activities or challenges were a little difficult but I could debug and figure out the problem myself most times. I love the weather app that was built and I am so excited to learn more. I understand the concepts taught more and more as I proceed through each challenge and homework assignment. I am happy that I can say I can code!

I've been studying Front End development with SheCodes since early 2024 and it's a lot of fun. The method used by Matt Delac is structured by learning sequence, so progress is gradual and lasting. As an Education Sciences student, I'm also fascinated by online learning methods, and this one is particularly effective. The Responsive workshop was so captivating that it was impossible not to stop coding. It's incredible to be able to build your portfolio on your own.
I'm not going to lie, this add-on was tough but fun! I feel very proud of myself because i'm learning things I never thought I would understand but Matt simplifies it and makes the class as easy as it can be haha Thanks Matt!

I just had the pleasure of taking the Basics Add-On course and when I tell you it was fun, I mean it. One thing about the instructor: He will walk you through everything you need to know about CSS and HTML. My advice would be to not be scared to ask for help because even the tiniest mistake can frustrate you.
This program gave me strong coding fundamentals and the confidence to build real-world projects. I gained practical skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and developed a problem-solving mindset that I now apply in every project I take on.
I had no experience in coding and wanted to try out a new career path. Matt made it fun and easy to understand. I was able to learn so much! I'm very excited about what more will come! I highly recommend shecodes!
The course is a fun way to learn more about HTML, CSS and JS. It could go a bit more in depth or slower through the concepts.
Mr. Matt makes coding fun and easy. Being able to finish this project with all the elements and attributes I learned I feel like I am a developer already and that I can conquer the world. Truly if your code is not running as expected just catch a breather and come back because its the little mistakes that makes you furious and hysterical. Do not give up!

Not only it gave me a full-insight into working with Moment().js library, but also how to critically debug my code, and work independently on projects as a developer. This 3-weeks workshop was a really good experience to learn the basics of coding in a simple, easy and funny way!
This has been an incredible experience for me. At first I was worried, because I have absolute zero idea about math and I thought numbers were necessary to code, but SheCodes taught me that no, I don't need to be a math genius to be a coder. The classes are entertaining and easy to understand and coding itself is relaxing and funny. I've learned so much in just a few weeks and I can't wait to keep doing so. What I thought impossible once, is now becoming a reality and that's thanks to SheCodes.
I learned a lot about the basics of coding and had a lot of fun, always having someone to ask for help and being able to extend the deadline helped a lot! My plan was to understand just the basics, but I enjoyed learning how to code so much, I decided to enroll at university to study computer science. Fun course about how to make websites responsive to all devices. It was challenging at times and sometimes frustrating but I feel able to make my future websites responsive!
