Very fun and quick course

SheCodes Plus helped me further connect the dots between JavaScript and HTML with a functional project that is relevant (because of API) and hosted online! I particularly liked learning about the workflows of connecting GitHub and a hosting platform to have my final project live online!

This workshop provided invaluable insights into how APIs can enhance functionality and streamline processes.

This workshop was very informative and interesting. The lessons were just the right length to not be overwhelming. And What is most important, I had so much fun learning.

I am thrilled to share my experience working on the final project of creating a functional weather app. This project has been an incredible journey of learning and innovation, pushing me to apply everything I’ve learned throughout the course. Integrating a weather API was both challenging and rewarding, as it allowed me to pull real-time data and present it in a user-friendly interface. One of the most exciting aspects of this project was learning how to work with API calls, handle data efficiently, and ensure the app provided accurate and timely weather updates. From designing the UI to implementing features like location-based weather and multi-day forecasts, this project has given me a solid understanding of full-stack development. The process of debugging and refining the app also enhanced my problem-solving skills, teaching me the importance of persistence and attention to detail. I’m proud of the final product—a weather app that is not only functional but also visually appealing and responsive. This project has solidified my confidence in developing real-world applications and has prepared me for future challenges in the tech industry.

Coding isn’t what we see on televisions but more fun in reality when you get to understand the basics and all I can say I had fun through out the project and definitely want to learn more.

This portion of my journey has really taught me patience, sometimes we just have to step back if there is a set back take a breather and try again. This experience has taught me to never quit and to keep on trying even when it gets frustrating. Seeking to expand my skills further, I joined the SheCanCode bootcamp offered by IGIRE Rwanda Organization. Here, I delved into mobile application development, learning how to create functional and user-friendly mobile apps. This experience was transformative, as it not only enhanced my technical abilities but also solidified my desire to make a meaningful impact through technology. Most recently, I completed a bootcamp in React, once again through SheCode. This intensive program equipped me with advanced skills in React, allowing me to build dynamic and responsive web applications. This course marked another important step in my journey, as it further prepared me for a career in tech. Through these experiences, I have discovered my true passion for technology and am committed to continuing my education and growth in this field. Python is such a useful language to know. I've always really enjoyed learning from Matt and how he has SheCodes set up with videos and challenges. I wish more had been explained in certain areas. After exclaiming that scope and functions are one of the hardest concepts, I feel like it wasn't explained super thoroughly.

Introduction to incorporating frameworks into our projects was very exciting and fun to work with. I am slowing seeing all the possibilities in the world of code and developing.

I really enjoyed creating an AI generator in this workshop, it's one of the best ones to do so far. Everything was explained very well and easy to follow, really spent more time using the AI generator than doing the coding, very fun.

React is more simplified than Javascript. It has been fun learning how to code! Always learning something new.

This has been super fun to lean how to code. Now I can understand how some pages work. I'm looking forward to what comes next.

I really enjoyed further delving into JS and the oppurtunities it provides to further the functionalities of the pages I've developed.

The experience was great, and it challenged me as I was required to have 2 functions on Java, which I have not done before .The code actually worked!!
