I had started my coding journey two years ago, a few months after giving birth to my daughter. My main motivation was starting a lucrative career that would allow me to spend more time with my baby. I have tried many workshops, online courses and bootcamps but none of them compare to SheCodes. SheCodes Basics has made my coding journey so much fun and I have enjoyed learning how to build my very own webpage in just a few days. The Plus Add-On was a fun way to use what was learned in Plus while building the Weather App in a different way, through a new project, and using different tools. This project will definitely be included in my future portfolio.

Hi everyone! I have finished the Basics course offered by SheCodes and it`s been a blast! I went from not knowing anything about coding and thinking it`s extremely difficult to get into it or learn it or that you need to be some sort of math prodigy, to having a complete new perspective. It turns out coding is really fun, extremely logical (so anyone can come to understand it!) and super interesting. And all that is thanks to SheCodes. The lessons are structured really well, organised in small lessons so you can learn everything step by step and it doesn`t feel overwhelming, and I love the fact that every lesson is followed by a mini-challenge in which usually you have an extra step derived from the lesson where you try to figure out the solution yourself. So you have all the support you need but you are also incouraged to go beyond what you learned and apply yourself. And of course there is help provided should you not be able to do it by yourself. It`s a really cool course! I`m glad I tried it and I would recommend it for sure!
