I enjoyed the SheCodes AI workshop and the knowledge I gained is valuable. The AI product description generator I built is so much fun to play with and putting it all together was a bit challenging but fun.
Wow, this was the most fun Iβve had learning in a long time. I come from an HR background, where we tend to live in the black and white. But coding? Iβm loving it, because gray is more than okay. There are so many ways to solve a problem and it gives creative minds the freedom to think outside the box. Little me, who used to code her MySpace page, would be extremely proud that we came back to this passion.
Everything in the workshop was easy to follow, even as a beginner. The lessons were clear, fun, and super engaging. I genuinely enjoyed building the weather app step by step! It was exciting to see my progress come to life, and Iβve learned so much along the way. (Also did external researching as well!) This AI project has been my absolute favorite coding project so far. I was so excited and captivated by the process that I couldn't take a break and ended up pulling an all-nighter! Working with the SheCodes AI API, implementing animations, and perfecting the user experience taught me invaluable skills. This project was honestly one of my favorite parts of the course. I got to build a landing page about one of my hobbies, and it felt so good to bring my personality into the design. I went for a soft, girly vibe with a touch of dark aesthetic, which really represents my style. I experimented with CSS background properties, added some fun transform effects, used grids to structure the layout, and even included a light and dark theme toggle. It took some effort, but it was worth every second. Seeing my name at the bottom made it feel truly mine. This project gave me the confidence to say, βYes, I can do this,β and Iβm so proud of how far Iβve come.
