I had a lot of fun building the project, learned a lot and practiced all the skills learned in the previous modules. This course is very easy to follow and very useful as you build things you can use for your portfolio.
SheCodes basics has been a great way for me to dive into another area of design, and to focus on functionality. I look forward to continuing the courses and expanding my coding knowledge to see what else I can create.

SheCodes is a great place for anybody who are beginners to the world of coding. There is amazing support from everybody which makes the learning process so much fun and motivating.
I was hesitant to take the course because it was during my vacation and I was worried that the assignments would feel too much like "work". This was definitely not the case and working on the challenges quickly became addictive and fun. This course is really great for beginners and I hope I can take more in the future.
The final project really pushed my limits and I found myself having some much fun exploring new ways to code. I especially loved the bonus challenges as it really made me think for a creative way to code my project. There's not one way to do a certain thing and that's really awesome! I really appreciate the videos from the instructor as well, it helped in case I missed something or there was a more constrcutive way to code my idea.
I've been needing a good introduction to HTML, CSS and the like and here I've finally found one! It's slow enough that you have time to soak things up, without being so slow that you get bored with it. Plus it's just fun!
Sometimes it was challenging, sometimes it was hard but it always was fun.

I loved this workshop as much as the previous ones, if not more. I just opened my own website for the first time on my phone and I am so proud of what I was able to achieve. I am so glad that every little mechanism and/or functionality of coding a website, making it responsive, etc. is explained on its own. And that SheCodes offers little challenges along the way, helps enormously with my kind of learning. Very recommendable to try this course!!
This was by far my favorite course! It was so much fun and was filled with information. Matt is an excellent instructor. The methods are easy to understand and it's broken down in easy to follow sections. Love that you can work at your own pace.

The SheCodes Plus workshop was challenging, but fun. I learned a lot in the past few weeks leading up to my completion of the final project. I signed up for SheCodes to explore the possibility of pursuing coding as a career. The lesson plans and assignments are very organized and asking for help is simple. I learned pretty quick and found the homework assignments to be fun. I am glad I started the beginners coding course to further my knowledge in the near future!
I really enjoyed SheCodes' lessons and challenges and the friendly community. Matt and the SheCodes team are great at helping and supporting you when you need it. I felt that the challenges were fun and the basic course is just enough to pique your interest if you would like to learn more. Even with the basic course, I felt like I was learning a lot while still being challenged.

Wow! What a fun challenge! As a graphic designer, it can feel particularly thrilling inserting codes into my design and watching it become functional. JavaScript can be frustrating at times, like solving a logical puzzle. I really enjoyed this course and Iβm so excited to be able to put new skills on my resume and expand my career path.

I have finally completed the React course of SheCodes. It's a lot of hard work, but it's also very fun (personally I enjoyed the React course WAY more than the SheCodes Plus course)! I was motivated with seeing my progress in real-time, and as always Matt's instruction is remarkable and easy to understand and follow. The rest of the SheCodes team is very helpful in answering questions as well. I love the fact that we can review course materials and videos as many times as we want, and that we have lifetime access to our completed course workshops! I'm definitely going to review and refer back to what I learned in my React course throughout my ongoing coding journey. I have learned so, so much. With SheCodes, I was able to learn to code from literally no experience at all, all the way to being comfortable with JavaScript React. I encourage any and all women interested in learning how to code to learn with SheCodes. It was a lot of fun, although of course there were also challenges and moments of doubt. I absolutely recommend it to anyone, even if they haven't seen themselves in this sector before.
This was very fun and informative experience for me, I started having interest in coding after attending the free workshop but wasn't sure if I would've been able to like it. at the end of the basic workshop I can say that I loved it and I have learned a lot from SheCodes. This SheCodes course gave me an excellent overview and introduction to the coding and tech world. Processes and practices are very well covered. I loved the motivational and positive atmosphere of the course environment. Really empowering! I needed a lot of time outside the course to research certain Java Script functionalities to really get it. There are probably better courses to learn Java Script but for me, it provided what I expected.
This workshop was so fun and interesting! I learnt so much and it kept me so motivated. Every time I finished a lesson I couldn't wait to continue and learn more! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to learn how to code. I'll start SheCodes Plus immediately!!

I am always excited for the weekend so I can continue doing the workshop. If only it wasn't for my day job I would've finished the 3-week workshop in less than a week, not only because I find the challenges fun but also because of Matt's enthusiasm. Well, this was fun! The creative side in me absolutely loved getting into designing and building my own website with SheCodes Responsive. In this course we learn the details of the whole process of developing a website, from Search Engine Optimization, to multiple page hosting, Media Queries or Boostrsap to make your site responsive, so it is usable from all mobile devices. Wether it was me personally, or the whole process of learning and evolving taking place, this course went more smoothly, with rarely any bumps on the way. I really enjoyed it and i cant wait to get onto the last one, React!

The Shecodes Basic Workshop was super fun and very thorough considering the actual lecture-videos with Matt are not that long. I did end up spending more than 5 hrs a week, but the challenges were engaging so I tended to end up playing around a lot.
The Basic Workshop was a great introduction into the HTML, CSS & JS world. The instructions were clear and it was fun to work on the challenges and the homeworks. I would recommend it! βΊοΈ

I've always felt the need to learn how to code and being a graphic designer people ask for that skill, but it seems too complicated. This course has helped me go step by step and I'm having a lot of fun.

This was so much fun! There were some challenging lessons, but once you get over those humps, you feel so accomplished! I cannot believe I actually created a weather app!! Also, the training videos and lesson challenges were all easy to follow, and the structure of the course made it easy to follow. I am so proud of my project! Whoohooo! I spent some time exploring other options to learn coding online, but SheCodes was the most fun since you get to put the code to use right away! I also appreciated all the tips on using real coding programs like VS Code since it makes all the learning quicker and more applicable in the future.

This is the best online course/teaching style I've found! SheCodes is so good at breaking things down into small, understandable chunks. Learning in small segments and then applying that knowledge with frequent small, fun homework assignments is so helpful for learning!
