I had a lot of fun coding in this course as in the previous ones, but this time I loved seeing how everything I learned in the earlier workshops was taking shape and was configured into this little project that would hopefully be just the beginning. Thank you SheCodes!
Coding is expained in a simple way, homeworks are fun and interesting, everyone can learn at their own pace and revise the content over and over again if necessary. The whole course has been very helpful.

Very fun and interactive. With this workshop you don't learn by listening or watching, you learn by DOING which is always the most effective. I have absolutely no background in any sort of computer knowledge and this course was extremely easy to understand and very entertaining. The way that Matt explains the concepts and rules is really easy to follow. This course honestly felt like I was playing a game the whole time. Would recommend to anyone.

I did this workshop while working full-time. Although it takes a lot of will, I also believe that the course structure helped me stay motivated. The explanations are comprehensible, and the tasks feasibly get more challenging so that you can feel the progress. If you struggle, the slack community is there to help you figure it out. All in all, I had tons of fun working toward building the final project.
That was a fun and pretty challenging experience. The videos are really detailed and much helpful.
Learning React was a lot of fun! Slowly but surely the course takes you through the set up, structure and functions, and all of a sudden you have created two applications. I highly recommend the course to anyone who would like to get a React certification!
I like learning more and more about coding. I love the SheCodes Responsive course! My website looks great on mobile devices. And creating your own profile is very fun and creative. Highly recommend!

Happy to boast i have finished SheCodesPlus. It was really hard for me to deal with functions and API. I have actually managed to create my own Weather App, fully functional and everything! Learning API calling and integration was the most fun of all. This workshop has allowed me to bridge the gap between my love for both technical and creative disciplines, from Front-end to UI development. The ability to go back to previous lessons and see how you've built upon past concepts to develop a fully functional app is truly empowering. Just to know where you've come from and to imagine how far you can go!!
Plus course feels amazing! Compare to the basic course it's more challenging and progress is more noticeable. All additional features like slack communication, coding tools, radio... make the process of studying less frustrating and kind of fun. it's a huge support. Coding allows you to immerse yourself in technology. Several searches led me to becoming interested in it. Currently, I'm studying computer science and coding is one of the most important parts of this field. Additionally, coding is fun and educational at the same time, which is awesome.

I've wanted to get into a career in tech over the last couple of months while unemployed. I wanted to see if I was even capable of understanding coding, so I decided to give the SheCodes Basics course a try. The course was great for teaching software development fundamentals such as HTML, CSS, & Java. I still have a long way to go in my journey, but it's nice to know that I am capable of pursuing this.
Loved Plus! It was great making a functional website that generates real time weather data using an API. Matthieu's instructional style is great, the staff on Slack are so helpful and patient. Really demystifies web design and gives you a way in without getting overwhelmed. Plus - it's so fun. Highly recommend!
I really enjoyed learning from Matt. He made the concepts easy and fun to learn. I love all the emojis everywhere too haha! π Each lesson was a good length, and the challenges were rewarding to figure out and complete. Every time I sat down to go through some lessons and challenges, I just kept going and going, getting through more than I thought I could in one sitting. I liked listening to SheCodes Radio while coding too. I think my brain really loved learning to code; I got to be creative and logical at the same time! I am a working full time and a mom of a 1 year old girl, but learning this basic course was so fun that I am always looking forward to do my homeworks and the activities. I didn't imagine that coding is fun and exciting.

Frankly, SheCode is amazing hands-on Coding Workshops for Women. Participation of this workshop was a fantastic experience. If you want to actually learn HTML, CSS, and Javascript in an easy and fun way - take this course together with SheCode and Matt.
SheCodes Plus pushed me to my limit and further! There were quite a few times where I wanted to give up but I went back and rewatched Matt's videos as many times as it took until the concept stuck and I could replicate or make changes on my own. Seeing my fully functioning weather app after only a few weeks of lessons and knowing I can add or change anything I want is such an amazing feeling! I can't wait to move onto Responsive and see what comes next.
SheCodes makes learning how to code fun :) The challenges can be a little...challenging, but the support you get from fellow coders is amazing. I would highly recommend SheCodes to anyone who is interested in web development.
What an AWESOME program! I'm usually an in-person learner but the SheCodes format makes learning and (most importantly) *practicing* these new concepts so easy. The short video format let me squeeze in as much practice as I wanted any time of the day. The structured challenges helped me memorize each new bit of coding before I was given the opportunity to create something original and fun with it. I had a blast creating my final project (I had been scoping out everyone's web pages and brainstorming from day 1), and I can't wait to start the next workshop!
I loved taking this course! I am excited to continue learning with SheCodes. The instructor, Matt, made learning the material fun. I really appreciated how each challenge continues to re-expose you to the previous skills and build on them. Learning each concept in chunks and getting practice with the challenges really helped me retain the information.

I had fun and learned a lot but this course seemed slower than the first two. I think with these concepts, I needed more visual lists as to the function of each modifier and less of watching someone code. I needed more structure.
This workshop took the foundations I have learned in previous workshops and brought them all together. This project was fun to work on and made me feel proud of what I have learned in SheCodes.

Fun and easy to learn!
I've been self-teaching front end development for the past 2 years, and realised the need for a really good program that would take me from "knowing nothing" to actually understanding what I was learning and build my skills. After searching for a good, structured, international and flexible coding program that made learning engaging and fun with a good support system for almost just as long, I happened to come across SheCodes. I love that it's for women, and the Customer Success team was very helpful in answering all my questions before I decided to signup. Matt is great with giving bite-sized lessons without the information being overwhelming, and the Technical Team has been really helpful whenever I get stuck with the challenges. I'm looking forward to completing the other workshops!

SheCodes Responsive was a really fun class! I highly recommend this class. It was very informative and gave me the ability to create a multipage website.
This was my first time learning anything related to coding, and I enjoyed it a lot. I wasn't sure if this was for me, but since the first class, I got really excited to learn more every day. I want to apply for a Masters's degree and want to share my experience in a blog, so this was the perfect excuse to start my journey. SheCodes made it easy and fun!
So grateful to Matt and the team for their expertise. I started as an absolute beginner in March, now at the end of July I have been able to make a functional weather app and responsive personal website. I'm excited to learn more with the next workshop!

SheCodes is amazing place to start learning about coding. I thought it was something I could never understand. But Matt is a great teacher. He gives instructions step-by-step in an understandable and light way. These 3 weeks were really enjoyable, fun and productive. This course raised my interest and helped me gain more confidence in this sphere.

This course was very helpful for understanding how to make websites responsive. People use the internet a lot on their phones, so it's very important that a website works on small screens as well as on desktop. Building websites from scratch was also really fun!

I had an amazing time coding with SheCodes! I like that I was able to do this program around my full-time job and that it was segmented into short lessons that I could pick up whenever I wanted. Coding is extremely fun, I have always had an interest but did not want to go back to school. I hope I can continue coding and apply this in my career! Nearly 5 years ago, I had a brain anuerysm, which put me out of work and made me re-think my career. I decided I wanted to be more creative and have more fun in all aspects of life. I took she codes basic in 2020 , did some self studying, and soon realized I needed to complete the entire shecodes pro. I am delighted to study with shecodes and positive this is only the beginning of more greatness to come.
