What to say ? Again awesome content, great explanations and exercises . This workshop was the most challenging one so far but I loved it. I must admit, at times it was frustrating because you have to learn some advanced concepts, but once you get it you realize it is definitely worth it because with this approach your code is much clearer and more manageable. And it's even more fun to code now. I recommend it to everyone that has passed frontend development course as the next step :)

This is my 3rd workshop I finished from SheCodes - I am so proud of the progress I've made and how this course has helped me reignite my passion for coding! So far I enjoyed the Responsive course the most as building weather apps was not really exciting to me. With Responsive you can really make the project according to your own taste, which is really fun! As always, other students and people from SheCodes stand by your side. On to React!

Being a complete novice to coding, this course was quite overwhelming at first, taking me a lot longer than the suggested study time each week, however with lots of breaks and practice I was able to produce a some-what functioning page. Not the best or prettiest work but we all have to start somewhere! I have a much clearer understanding of behind the coding now, which was my ultimate aim!
Wow! its been an amazing Journey with SheCodes! React made me experience coding in another dimension. though i had to face some challenges and having to debug, but in the long run i had so much fun doing this! Joined SheCodes when my baby was just 3months, Am a proud nursing mum!

I have had so much fun doing this course! I procrastinated a lot before starting my homework every week but once I started, I was not able to stop obsessing over all the different things I can do with what Matt taught during the course. Joining SheCodes has been one of the best decisions of my life. I always found coding interesting but never thought I could do it as I have Dyslexia and struggle to stay focused, so I thought it would be way too hard to understand and learn. The way the lessons are built and presented makes it so easy to get things done because you can take your time, pause the videos and have as many breaks as you need, and Matt explains and demonstrates it in a way that somebody like me can fully understand. Having challenges to do was also really helpful because it's allowing you to practice and make sure you know what your doing before moving on. As a complete beginner, you easily get lost trying to learn from scratch through free online courses, which ends up being demotivating. This problem is gone with SheCodes. The guidance that is provided and the clean course structure has finally put me on the right track. Also, I didn't expect that coding would be so fun!
Developing a responsive webpage isn't so easy. But I already done my first steps in this with fun and almost without frustraiting. I feel very grateful whole SheCodes team and Matt Delac exactly. It is an amasing workshop and I want to continue my studying!

I mostly took this course for fun and with the thought that I might someday look into using these skills in a job. I really enjoyed everything I learned, and I will most likely be coming back to take the other workshops so I actually could transition to a career in coding.

Prior to starting SheCodes, I had no coding experience nor knew if it was something I'd enjoy, but Matt's videos are fun and super easy to follow. The challenges in between lessons are a perfect test of what was just learned. Even if I didn't grasp a concept initially, I could always go back and watch the lessons; even from previous modules. What I really enjoyed is I could watch the videos and do my homework from anywhere in the world, on my own time. I went in just to see what they had and they were the friendliest people! They helped me find the perfect way to rich my goals. SheCodes has flexible, understandable and at the same time rich material that helps to acquire the necessary skills and their team is the best.
Matt's videos were easy to follow and understand and it was a lot of fun to get through this project! It was definitely a learning curve but I look forward to the next part of the program!

The way the class is built is just perfeeeect! πIt's super easy to follow and to understand in a short amount of time (actually, a lot less than I thought it would take!). πThe classes are divided into bite sized videos, never too long, never boring, just straight to the point. πThe comprehension of the given material is helped (a lot) by the mandatory (and short) exercices. πThe fact that you have to send the exercises after each important class and that you have βspecific datesβ to give them back, makes me feel accountable for my own progress. πAlso, the flexibility of the curriculum make the workshops a lot more fun (for me at least!) because there is no pressure at all. Cannot wait to continue to the next workshops. π€

I appreciate how SheCodes doesn't underestimate the participants. In most coding courses I've followed, you have to 'copy the instructor', but here you get a challenge where you have to apply what you've learnt in a different scenario than the explanation video. I've had a lot of fun with the homework; and that's a first! The freedom you get in your solutions is great, since you don't have to deliver an exact match. If you have a solution that's slightly different than the suggested one, that's no problem at all!

I came to SheCodes because I wanted to learn coding, it was something I've always wanted to learn and SheCodes made it fun. I understand way more than I did before and now I'm going to use this knowledge to keep learning. I'm super happy that I've taken the basic's course.
Extremely fun! I got a CS degree in college and started these workshops because we didn't learn much front-end. I feel like I'm learning as much as my college coursework yet am having more fun while doing so!
