I enjoyed the course. Even though I knew a bit of coding basics, the workshop helped me consolidate some basics and helped me learn even more. I really enjoyed the colorful website (keeps me motivated), the tools that came with it, and the challenges that we have to complete each week, which make it easier and fun to learn.

It was so much fun learn how to code with Matt and everyone else from SheCode. IΒ΄m actually a Midwife and doing stuff on the computer was long time not my favorite. Now I like to code new stuff and learn every day new things.
Really liked this approach on the add-on to create a responsive website with pure HTML + CSS, whith no Bootstrap. Was challenging and fun!! One more to my list!

The add-on project was very fun to work on. There were a lot of new things to learn that helped make a very nice looking and functional project.
I wanted to try it out and it was fun at times but the others a bit challenging. Now I can say I've tried it out. Though later I might like to do this again. It was pretty alright for the most part.
Shecodes was the best place for me to start my coding journey. The ease and fun of coding was made possible here. This experience was so enjoyable that I look forward to continuing to develop my coding skills.

I really enjoyed this workshop. Making weather app was really fun and satisfying. Matt is fantastic teacher and introduces you step by step in the begining web development. Don't forget about SheCodes Team that was very supportive and help me a lot in some problems. I really recommend SheCodes workshops for begginers.
I never thought I could ever learn coding but SheCodes made sure that one can learn coding in the easiest yet most practical way. SheCodes Plus was really fun for me. Even though some of the coding seemed hard at first but Matt explained everything so clearly and the results amazed me every single time. I still can not believe I was able to make a Weather application!! Thanks to everyone at SheCodes and Matt for all the amazing work.
I learned a lot in this workshop and it was really fun working on my own portfolio website for the main project which i can build off of and use to showcase my work going forward. I like that Matt troubleshoots things in the videos and lets you know what the best practices are and why so you can apply it to real world experience.
It's never too late to learn! I gained so much fun within the course. It's exciting and fascinating progress to create a website on your own

The Basics Add On course was both challenging and fun. I'm pleased with all the new tricks I learned and hope I will be able to apply them in the next course. I didn't think I'd be able to build a weather app in the beginning of SheCodes Plus. There were many trial and errors to get it working, but with the help of the support team and the videos I was able to complete the final project. Overall, it was fun to see it slowly come together and gave me the feeling of accomplishment. If you love to learn new things and enjoy challenges, this workshop is for you.

This was a great workshop that covered all of the basics. I had an understanding of some html and css from blog styling, but this workshop taught me how to understand placement, tidy code, as well as the wide possibilities and functions that could also be achieved with the basics.

I really enjoyed the React course! As always, Matt's explanations are clear and thorough. I liked that we were able to build two projects in this course, especially the dictionary application was quite fun. There's a lot to learn with React and I look forward to honing my skills.

I found this course to be pretty fun. But it's definitely pretty fast paced. I would've struggled if I hadn't already learned some basic html and CSS through other platforms. But I really enjoyed all the challenges and homework. I felt like with other platforms I was just coding along and doing what the instructor did. This platform allows you to learn and try out what you've learned, which is what makes instruction stick. I'm excited to go through to the next few workshops!

After successfully completing SheCodes React course, I believe that I have gained the required skills that will help me become more precise and creative as a Front-End Developer. It's been fun 5 weeks. I've been given a lot of useful information that makes coding easier and more advanced. Can't wait to start working on new projects to place them in my portfolio.
Working on this project was so much fun ! I notice that having a little bit of experience helps :) If a few months ago I would be really concerned whenever a bug comes up or I get stuck , now I know that most bugs have a solution or a reason, it's just the mind which needs a break. Leaving the project for a while only to return to it with fresh concertation power works like magic for me. Happy coding to all!
This course was amazing because it takes you by the hand and teaches you how to code, step by step. I love the Matt features in the course videos, making the learning fun. However above all, the course is well structured so it is easy to get inspired and implement the techniques. All in all, I expended a great time during this course.

We did it anyway! The wonderful ShΠ΅Π‘odes project allowed me to get acquainted with Web development, and this allows me to now plan my further professional path. Development was sometimes fun, and sometimes it was not easy. Thanks to the support of the team, everything worked out! Matt Delac explains the theory perfectly, gives a lot of examples, students have support in Slack I recommend this course to anyone who wants to tie their career into Web Development and is unsure where to start.

I have tried to learn to code a couple of times before but could never get into it. I signed up for SheCodes Basics on a whim, thinking a little bit of HTML knowledge might help me in my current role, but I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did - so much so that I am seriously considering changing careers! The way it is taught makes all of the difference. Short, well-explained, bite-sized lessons followed by practical exercises really help solidify what you are learning and make it fun and interesting. Plus, no maths in sight! I could not recommend the course enough!
It's a good refresher course if you have learnt abit of HTML & CSS. On top of that, learning JavaScript for the first time was easy & fun to follow/learn. Overall, a very good introduction course to coding.
