SheCodes is amazing. It was my first time coding and the classes were so much fun that I can't wait to sign up for the next course.
This week was challenging but so much fun. I am really motivated to keep going and learn more in next weeks.
This workshop was so fun! I was apprehensive at first because I did struggle with the previous workshops, but to my surprise I actually enjoyed the Responsive workshop so much. I was learning so much and having fun, I was able to grasp the lessons and feel challenged. Just as before, I was able to progress in my own time and utilize the support from Slack. These girls and administrators are some of the nicest people ever. If you are wondering if you should sign up for the next workshop, you should do it! I know I will.
What a journey!! Incredible weeks, learned so much and, like always, Matt makes everything seems so easy and straightforward. Can't wait to start the responsive course. Never thought that coding could be so fun!!

As a person who loves learning, this was the best! Matt is a gifted intstructor who will guide you into the world of coding with great ease and fun. At times, I felt like he was speaking to me in person, as he was predicting the mistakes I was going to make! It was a really fulfulling experience that I would recommend to anyone, despite what intentions one has career-wise. Coding is for everyone! Can't wait for the next workshop!

I really enjoyed this little bootcamp! It's a deepdive into web development and really lets you get a feel for the day-to-day of an engineer. I enjoyed watching the videos, found the challenges engaging and had lots of fun completing the final coursework!

Helped me learn the fundamentals, I thought it would be confusing and math heavy so I was overwhelmed but this course really broke it down well and now I understand the basics.
I really enjoyed the SheCodes plus workshops. I learned a lot and was very engaged the whole project. It's a lot of fun and I would recommend continuing if you can.

It was really interesting to learn JavaScript on such example as the Weather Application. And It's an inspiring feeling when you understand the logic of code and how to connect functions so they can interact. I had some doubts close to the end of the course, that I can't manage more information without forgetting previous, but last two weeks of repetition were very useful. Thank you, Matt!

This intro workshop was challenging and fun! The over-the-shoulder format of the lesson videos is super helpful, and the homework and final project really help to solidify everything I've learned so far.
After trying for months to teach myself just one coding language, I knew I had to rethink my approach. I signed up for SheCodes, and it wasn't at all what I expected - it's better. I'm so impressed with how much I've learned in such a short amount of time. Matt is not only an extremely knowledgeable instructor, but he also makes coding fun and exciting. I can't wait to learn more in the next workshops!

LOVED this project! This was so fun and so challenging. I found that I was stuck a lot less when it came to this project and got to make a lot of fun choices about the layout of my website. The workshop was educational, reflective and fun. The challenges that were designed in almost every lesson encouraged me to be creative. It's the learning-by-doing approach that I like! It provided me with new set of tools for starting designing my own website. Taking a coding class with Matt was definitely a great experience. I feel like I have strong foundation to start coding, and of course will not stop me to keep learning and progressing. So, if you want to learn coding and are waffling on a decision of which courses to attend, pick this one! Strongly recommend!
I have been interested in coding for years but before I started this workshop coding seemed pretty overwhelming. SheCodes is for sure the best and easiest and most fun way to learn how to code. I look forward to the next workshops!
What a great way to start my coding journey! Easy to follow videos and lots of great information that we can take and apply in other workshops! Not to overwhelming at all and was fun to create the projects along the way!

It was great fun learning how to build responsive websites and especially our own portfolio website. Responsive websites are a must nowadays, and I'm grateful for Matt and his team who teach the best practices for website responsiveness in this interesting workshop!

I really enjoyed this course. I have a hard time focusing on videos sometimes, but I love that they are very well divided and digestible, so it doesn't feel like too much information. Coding itself is so fun and I appreciate that SheCodes creates such a comprehensive guide to it.

SheCodes Basic a great way to learn the fundamentals of HTML, CSS and JS. I had great funn finishing my challenges and homework's. The lessions are balanced and formed in order to gradually teach new technologies without overwhelming with new information's, as it was the case in some courses I encountered before discovering SheCodes! I am looking forward on continuing my journey whit SheCodes PLUS :)

This introduction workshop is super fun and encouraging especially if you know nothing about web development like me. SheCodes allows you to finish the workshop at your own pace and in your own time. This is what attracted me the most. If nothing else, thanks to SheCodes for creating a bond between me and my brother, who is only 14 years old representing the gen-z!

I am officially a big fan of these "Add-on" workshops. They give me the experience and practice that I need to more fully comprehend what I learned in the original workshop, therefore, giving me more confidence. This particular workshop pushed me further into understanding functions and javascript.

It was very fun yet challenging to learn advanced coding skills. The real-life project helped me better understand web development as well as 'do's and 'not do's. I still feel there is a lot more to learn/explore and am excited about the next workshop.
Even a few months ago I would not have imagined that one day I will sign up for a coding course and will actually be very excited about it. For the past 3 weeks I've had lots of fun learning about the basic principles of coding and I've been already able to implement especially the HTML part at my current job. I already know that I want to learn even more!

I enjoyed this course as it was a good mixture of basic and advanced knowledge. The introduced libraries are extremely useful; it saves a lot of time! Playing around with the time zones and formatting dates was also fun.

SheCodes introduction to front-end development has been a fun and interesting journey. I totally recommend it to anyone who wants to start their coding journey.
The course covers the extension of html, css and JS issues. The API lessons were new and really useful. The project of the weather app is great and allows you to put all the knowledge into practice in an interesting way especially when you can use something fully functional created by yourself!
In this course I have learned a lot in the short time I have been. I like the classes with the instructor Matt, he is a good teacher and makes everything easy to understand. The methodology in which after most of the lessons a challenge is carried out and then the solution is explained is striking since it allows reinforcing the topics seen. The first project was challenging and I enjoyed doing it, I like the freedom that was given to do it since it allows us to challenge ourselves and let our imagination run wild. It is also fun to work with the tools that SheCodes offers, it makes the job easier.I am excited to continue coding and learning!

Wow, the last three weeks were fun and I really enjoyed coding (though these are just baby steps)! I'm very happy I joined SheCodes. All the lectures are so detailed that even a beginner can understand everything.

I learned so much from SheCodes, thank you Matt! Although the curriculum was challenging, I was able to learn 4 different skills in one week; I learned HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Microsoft Visual Studio. The feedback from teachers and students on the Slack channel was super helpful for me, especially when trying to understand JavaScript. Not only was the class educational, it was fun! I looked forward to going to class each day.
