SheCodes is amazing! Matt makes each lesson short and sharp, but interested and interactive. I am just about to go sign up for the longer workshops because I have learnt so much in such a short time.
Very challenging but at the same time sooo rewarding! Honestly, before enrolling, I would have never thought that coding is that much fun. It is truly amazing, creative and limitless! I absolutely loved every little part of the course. Of course, there were some hiccups, as there always are and should be expected, especially when it comes to such a complex matter. Finding solutions when you were stuck is really beneficial. Gained so much thanks to this course truly couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommended!

Since high-school I had this crazy fear of coding, because I was sure it was related to Math. The Basic course was Amazing, and I had a lot of fun! The best parts was figuring out my mistakes and learning from them all at the same time. I would love to continue with the remaining courses. I have found my ultimate passion. This course was amazing, I enjoyed it so much and it made me realize how much I enjoy and love coding. Amazing course that is detailed and thorough! It really ensures that you learn each element of the code before moving on to something more difficult. I loved being challenged through the assignments and feel like I now have a great grasp on the fundamentals of coding.

This introduction to coding was a great training for the absolute beginner, I was. The videos are explaining HTML, CSS, and JAVASCRIPT functionalities very clearly concise and easy to digest. It really increased my interest for coding even though there were a lot of try-and-errors. It is just amazing to realize what you can do even with some simple code!

The biggest selling point for me about SheCodes is that you can learn according to your schedule throughout the week, but having the homework deadline gives you that push to prioritise it. Having no background in coding at all, i think it's amazing how much you are able to learn in such a short period of time. I also really appreciate that you can go back and re-watch the lessons when needed.
SheCodes is a perfect option for everyone who wantss to get into coding. Everything is well explained and support is amazing. Highly recommended! :)
Signing up for the SheCodes Plus workshop is probably the best decision I've made this year. After a free lesson with Matt, I knew I had to try it. The first workshops were wonderful. I immediately got into it. But SheCodes Plus made me feel really confident with my skills and I developed amazingly. Creating a weather app was very difficult at times, but I had so much fun doing it! I would recommend them to anyone, especially one who claims that coding is not for her. You never know!
Was again great experienced to finally completed this new amazing journey of coding on SheCodes workshop. This time I grasp all about Responsiveness of a website and making it SEO friendly which one of the essentials quality in building websites. What a ride this has been. I cannot believe I did it, I built an entire website app! It's crazy to look back to January, when my journey with SheCodes started and realize how far I have come, all the way from the intro workshop where everything was new and scary and amazing, all at the same time to today, finishing my project, delivering a fully functioning weather app. I am beyond grateful for this incredible experience, I feel SO accomplished. SheCodes opened up a path into a possible new career and I am looking forward to jump right in! Now it's time to get some well deserved rest and get readyyy to start the React course :)

SheCodes is amazing! I've completed a few other "beginner" courses online but Matt is the only instructor out there who actually focuses on the basics and doesn't try to teach too many new concepts in one go. I feel like I finally understand basic Javascript which has been a huge struggle for me in the past. Can't wait to learn more in SheCodes Plus!
SheCodes is just amazing! I had fun while making my projects, learned a lot and now I feel that I can really go forward testing my knowledge by developing new stuff! SheCodes Plus workshop is definitely much more challenging and demanding compared to the previous SheCodes Basic. Working step by step every week on your weather app, trying to understand more deep and complex Javascript you soon realize how amazing programming is π€© Thank you very much for this experience! I am very excited to move on and learn React π©πΌβπ» You are building a working weather app but at the same time is amazing that you finish your project with I had a wonderful experience with SheCodes. After completing the first workshop, I went onto SheCodes Plus and learned so much more! Not to mention the support you can receive via Slack is super helpful. Excited to move on to the next workshop and begin learning React!

As a single mother of 2 small children, I cannot rave enough about this workshop. For quite some time I had been wanting to do something different as a career that could really allow me to provide for my daughters. I've always been interested in STEM and with my background as a Science and Math teacher...I was so excited when the most beautiful Godsend appeared on my YouTube recommendation about SheCodes. At first I thought "What is this?" then I clicked and it was amazing to think that in a short clip I found myself wanting to join. I worried that as a single mom juggling kids, homeschool, and play time that there would be NO WAY I could do this and not fall behind but after back and forth emails with Matt I was reassured that I COULD DO IT and that was the moment I took the plunge. I attended the free workshop and as an artsy attention to detail kind of person, watching Matt really allowed me to see myself doing this and becoming passionate about it. I set out on a mission to start and finish and made sure to do so throughout the course of these 3 weeks and I can honestly say that I am so proud of all the knowledge I've gained, so proud of myself and being able to say that I didn't allow anything to stop me from working hard, completing challenges and submitting homework on time. JS is pretty challenging, but all of a sudden - it just clicks! Matt runs through an entire project from start to finish in week 6 of SheCodesPlus - which is amazing as everything you've learned previously is all put together with a better understanding as you've been using each section bit by bit. Love it!
While I had some prior experience with the material, it was amazing how the videos and interactive challenges helped me relearn and retain the information.
