I have really enjoyed working on my weather app. There were challenging times, however, Mat definitely explained for everyones understanding. Personally what I enjoyed most, ware the weekly challenges where I had to put my mind at contribution to find solutions that work. Slack was another amazing tool where I got answers to any of my questions from SheCodes Team. The support is there is you stuck.

It is an amazing course, whichever workshop you want to go for. Even if you already know some coding this is the most fun and useful workshop to continue with. And if you have no experience in coding the SheCodes Basic workshop is (to my mind) the best way to start with. It requires nothing and at the end it leaves you with a project that is coded by yourself and you’ll be much more confident for the next levels and you have had a lot of fun and enjoyed the learning. It is so easy to allow and it step by step, with challenges to make sure you learnt the subject which is super helpful.

I recently completed a short coding course with the Delac Foundation and it was an amazing experience! The course was well-structured, easy to follow, and provided a solid foundation for coding basics. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and always available to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the course. The course touched a little on coding topics, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and provided me with practical coding skills. The course also helped me to build my confidence and gave me understanding of how coding works and how it can be used to build websites and applications. However the knowledge is not very applicable in the work world. It provides a glimpse into coding and one would need further studies to be able to put the work into practice.

By far, this workshop was my favorite one. I really enjoyed learning React and it made me realize how much faster coding can be using React because I have built two weather applications, one using only CSS, HTML, and JavaScript and the other one with React and although the latter seemed complicated at first but was much easier once you get the hang of it. Of course, thanks again to the SheCodes team and Matthieu for this amazing workshop.
I just completed the She Codes Basics and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The program was easy to follow, with clear instructions that made it a breeze to understand. The material was helpful and practical, and I was able to apply what I learned immediately. And the best part? It was actually fun to do! I think I have finally found my 'thing'! I work full time, have two dogs and a one year old as well as renovating a house and the flexibility of this course is amazing! What an awesome way of learning code, every challenge is intended to help you grow and learn code step by step, i would recommend this course to everyone as it is detailed, structured and focuses on syntax based in Javascript, HTML and CSS. I learnt so much information but it was not overwhelming as a summary is done to help you progress in each step. Matt is an amazing teacher and i can't wait to get to the next phase.
