This Plus add-on workshop helped me build on the JavaScript skills I learned in SheCodes Plus. It allowed me to create a brand new project which is a fully functioning world clock packed with cool features.
This Course was one of the best decisions I've made for my career and personal growth! I liked how Matt explained a concept and immediately we had to try to implement it. It makes memorizing easier, the explanations were concise and easy to understand.
The workshops are thought out well. Matt is a good instructor and his videos are thorough with good examples. I have tried many video based courses to assist with becoming a web developer but I find myself losing interest. I like the fact there are due dates with the homework assignments and projects. That keeps me more focused and willing to stay motivated.

I had already learned Python before starting this module, so it was a nice little practice for me, and I enjoyed the final project! I was introduced to a new Python library (RICH) and compared using Python vs. Javascript after focusing solely on JS for a while. Once again, Matt does a wonderful job of breaking the learning into easily digestible bites, which makes the learning feel easy while still challenging.
React is definitely challenging, especially when you're just starting out, but itβs an amazing framework that helps you learn a lot of important skills in front-end development. I recommend it to anyone looking to improve their coding abilities, but be preparedβit takes time, dedication, and a lot of patience to really get the hang of it.

What a rough module. I almost gave up on the whole course. I cried i felt frustrated but determination and resilience came over me. Really hated sandbox after passing all those sandbox challenges everything after that was smooth Thank you.

SheCodes Responsive Add-On was by far the most challenging course Iβve taken, but also the most rewarding. I learned the true value of building responsive websites from scratch instead of relying on pre-designed templates like Bootstrap. This approach pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me gain a deeper understanding of web development fundamentals. Itβs an experience thatβs made me a more confident and capable coder!
I thought coding was difficult until I joined in SheCodes, they made the learning process to code easy and straight forward. They also have tools put into place to assist their students if they got stuck. I would like to thank Shecodes for providing this life changing opportunity to women and for teaching us valuable skills that could open new doors in this modern age.

The SheCodes platform made it so much fun to learn html, css and javascript. I feel very confident and the way Matt sir explains with examples from actual websites is a very great way to make our understandings even better. I have all my concepts very clear now, after having made a landing page on my own!
I found the AI add-on very helpful. As always, the videos were clear and easy to follow, slack is available for extra help. I found the prompt engineering and the user experience areas especially interesting.
Completing the Plus Addon was beneficial. It helped me to solidify my knowledge taught in the Plus course. I was able expand my technical proficiency by learning and incorporating moment.js.

It was a great introduction to python. The complex concepts were made simple and clear through the instructional videos and exercises. This course created a great foundation upon which I will continue building.

This Responsive workshop form SheCodes has been a deep dive into the exciting universe of making your site look great on ALL devices. The lessons are well paced and a pleasure to follow. I have learnt an absolute TON of new things and am really happy with my new skills! Before SheCodes, I tried other coding courses and I always felt frustrated because even the beginner courses were complex. Thanks to SheCodes, I finally feel capable of learning more about coding.
It was ok. It's not SheCodes fault, but replit's new pricing structure made it difficult to really get into the coding; the work arounds were good, it just took some of the fun out of it. It felt a little too basic.
Once more this module was delivered in a simple and fun way. I totally recommend SheCode Academy!
I really enjoyed the lessons. Matt is easy to understand and uses great examples and comparisons to help you wrap your head around seemingly abstract concepts. His team are also quick to respond and help. All around, great people working here and an enjoyable learning experience.
I enjoyed this program so much especially as someone who had no idea about coding. The step-by-step tutorials made everything better because if I didn't understand anything I could watch the videos as many times as I would like. I am ready to level up in the coding space and if it wasn't for SheCodes I would've never thought that I am capable to thrive in it.

After completing the SheCodes Plus Workshop, I feel confident in creating interactive web applications. Integrating a weather API taught me how to handle real-time data, and I now understand how to make API calls, parse JSON responses, and display the data dynamically. The app I built is responsive and visually appealing and provides accurate, real-time weather information for any city, along with a forecast for the upcoming days. This project has greatly enhanced my web development skills and given me a deeper understanding of how to work with APIs and asynchronous JavaScript. Huge thanks to Matt Delac and the SheCodes team!

The JavaScript workshop on APIs was valuable for building my coding confidence. I came in eager to deepen my understanding of JavaScript, and by the end, I felt empowered to interact with APIs and bring data to life. The hands-on approach, and practical exercises made complex concepts like fetching and displaying API to show different weather icons feel achievable and easily understood. I now have a solid foundation to build more solutions and have more fun!
What an exciting and yet a bit challenging the Plus-Add On workshop has been! I have now built "A world clock" using javaScript and it feels really good to have been able to use JS at an advanced level. It was a deep dive into the JS where my brain was challenged in a good way. I have learnt how to use moment js, timeZone, Select and much more. I highly recommend to all coders that have taken the SheCodes Plus to do the Plus-Add On workshop as well.
