My journey to learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript has been amazing, what I love the most was the detailed video explanation by our instructor Matt😍, sometimes when my code didn't run I felt frustrated but what stood out for me in this workshop was when our instructor said in a certain video "Have fun and Google is your friend, research, don't copy code but use it as inspiration and that you can get help from us if you feel stuck". I love these motivational words because during my project, I felt down at some moments, but recalling those words motivated me a lot. I am so excited that despite all the hurdles, I was able to complete my project, and most of all, I had quite a lot of fun coding. If you really want to learn coding, then SheCodes is for you, because whether you are a beginner or intermediate, the workshop structure and standard is top-notch🎉so if I can code, then so can you, Up Up SheCodes. Thank you so much.

Becoming an adult learner has been a difficult commitment. SheCodes' self-paced Bootcamp allows the flexibility and freedom to set my own schedule. The materials are easily digestible for all!

I came into the workshop intimidated by AI, but the experience made it feel approachable and fun. It helped me dive deeper into UX — the more I built, the more I wanted to add, and the more questions I had. It pushed me to think more critically, and even though there’s still room to grow, I’m proud of how far this project has come and am excited to improve it over time.

As someone who never considered themselves tech-savvy, discovering I could actually understand the language of code has been revolutionary. My favorite part of this journey was searching for the perfect images for my Reiki healing project and suddenly understanding the CSS concepts that made them look beautiful on the page. I'll admit JavaScript seemed terrifying at first (and still feels like 'another level'!), but through SheCodes' structured lessons, I'm starting to see patterns and possibilities. Every time my theme toggle worked or an image animated smoothly, I felt a rush of 'I made that happen!' excitement. What makes this experience special is learning through real projects rather than just theory. Matt Delac's teaching style turns complex concepts into achievable steps, making coding feel accessible rather than intimidating. This one has been my favorite Workshop so far! Really easy to understand but most of all it has been fun!

I had a refreshing experience with the Basics Add-on Workshop, where I had the opportunity to code on a project and create a website. The hands-on approach not only enhanced my coding skills, but also allowed me to see the practical application of what I learned. Additionally, the numerous tips and tricks provided for improving and beautifying both the code and the website were invaluable. This program truly enriched my understanding and confidence in web development.

I recently completed the SheCodes Web Development Workshop, and it was such a rewarding experience! I had the chance to learn so many amazing skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, React, and how to work with AI APIs and more and more!! Throughout the course, I built several projects with guidance from our instructor Matt, who was incredibly helpful and full of great tips. Learning web development wasn't always easy, but it was definitely fun and exciting! Every time I completed a project, I felt so proud—and now I’m even more motivated to keep creating and improving my skills. I’m really grateful for everything I learned at SheCodes. I loved the SheCodes Responsive workshop! It was one of the clearest and most enjoyable learning experiences I’ve had. Everything was explained step by step in a way that was super easy to follow, even for someone still building their confidence. The responsive workshop provided me with new learning and understanding of the importance of making sure websites are built with responsiveness and its benefits to the user and developers. The workshop was easy to follow along and provided step by step instructions on how to create my own page with ease!

I chose the SheCodes Add on course to build my coding foundation, and it helped me develop solid skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Amazing Workshop and would highly recommend it. It was always my own personal bucket list as to how to develop a website and here is it I have learned the Basics. Definitely taking this learning journey ahead by going to advanced courses. I liked the week-wise learning approach and the submitting a mini project on each topic this gives a lot of hands-on practice.

Easy to follow along, allows you to complete projects you can have on your portfolio

Learning to program is easier with SheCodes. The lessons are easy to understand and very good.

This React workshop was very educational, challenging at times, following the videos, but using the SheCodes API instead. However, always possible to overcome and learn from the process.

This has been so much fun! I knew some basic html and CSS already but consolidating that knowledge and creating a webpage from scratch with JavaScript has taken me to the next level! Can't wait to move onto the more advanced courses.

The Basics Add-on project allowed me to combine all the accumulated knowledge into final product, this challenge was achievable and fun. Thank you SheCodes!

Was it a bit of a challenge? Yes, it was, but it was worth it. SheCodes React Add-on was great. Each video helped me ensure that I can solve every challenge by myself.

This has been a great introduction to the basics of Python taught in a way that meant you could practice along the way to solidify your understanding of what you were being shown.

Working on this real-world data visualization project using Advanced Python was exciting and rewarding. It pushed me to go beyond the basics, exploring file handling and dictionaries, and most importantly, using powerful libraries like matplotlib to visualize large datasets. I learned how to structure my code into reusable functions, manage data efficiently with dictionaries, and bring the data to life with clear and colorful plots. It was challenging at times, but seeing the charts come together made it totally worth it. This project helped me feel much more confident working with data in Python!

Doing these extra projects has been a really positive experience. Even though I completed the 'Basics' workshop some time ago and I'm currently busy with the Responsive workshop, I found it nice and quite enjoyable to work on these add-on projects. I appreciated the opportunity to learn more through them.

I came to coding from scratch after several months of using low-code platforms and wanted something to refresh my skills and this basic add-on was exactly doing that. The project is built in very reasonable chunks, and overall, the finished page contains very useful features for all developers. Could only recommend it!

It was a great workshop!

I have found my blessing in disguise after my position at the company I've work at for over a decade (my first job after finishing university) had been eliminated. During those 12 years, I have discovered that learning and knowing Microsoft VBA for Excel, something had taught myself and truly enjoyed (and up to my last day), gave me a better idea of what I wanted to do. Reflecting on new possibilities, coding seemed like a brilliant idea to pursue, and it helps that I'm pretty techie. Now that the basics of coding has been completed, I'm excited to continue onto the next lessons, and building my skillset from SheCodes that'll eventually help open the doors and allow great vocational opportunities for me.

I enjoyed seeing how quickly Python can create a variety of charts from complex data.

Great class, I felt like Python was an easier language to understand. Glad that they decided to add this backend class!

The Python AI course has been my favorite course thus far! As the world continues to advance towards AI powered tools, it is imperative to have the knowledge of how to build and ask the right questions for AI. This course has given me a better understanding of prompt and context statements, along with showing me how to use Google Colab.

Getting trhough this Python workshop made me understand how much more practical data analisys can be. The possibilities of interactions and data manipulation open a door for much more personalized insights and assertive decisions. I'm happy to conquer this hability and eager to bring it to may daily professional processes.

Working on this project was a lot of fun. It takes some time and there's a possibility that you will make a lot of mistakes, but you will learn a lot.

I find it a good start, but take care! This is a shortcut. There are some things you will need to learn in addition in order to understand them properly. Of course, by practice and challenging yourself, you get better day by day. Can't wait to take the next course. xxx

Coming from the field of languages and translation, where technology is increasingly taking over, I believe that broadening my horizons and acquiring technological and programming skills is essential to keep up and to expand my expertise towards new professional opportunities. The basic workshop with SheCodes was intensive yet easy to follow, clear, and engaging, even for someone like me with a background in the humanities. I really enjoyed the experience, and I am eager to continue learning coding.

I really enjoyed the She Codes Basics Workshop. The learning experience was fun and engaging, with plenty of hands-on practice that helped solidify the concepts. While some parts moved a bit quickly and I occasionally felt certain explanations could have gone deeper, it was still a fantastic introduction to web development. Be prepared to put in some extra effort on your own – but it’s totally worth it. You’ll learn a lot and gain real coding skills. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to start their journey into coding!
