I had a small amount of experience coding previously, but this course really showed me how much I enjoy it. It is almost an artform how one can create online spaces to look and function as it is created. I am looking forward to learning more!

I love my SheCodes lessons. Responsive has been such a fantastic workshop. Learning about Flexbox and gaining more Bootstrap experience has been so useful. This class is very practical. With the skills and tools I picked up in this course, I can make any design look good on any device. This has been a pleasant challenge that I have needed and wantedβ5 big stars.
I love it. I always had a passion for coding but SheCodes has made it more easy to understand in bit size chunks. The mini challenges that go with each lesson helps some much more and lets me know if I'm understanding the lesson properly. Thats a bonus for me. Best program Ive ever paid for. I look forward to moving on with SheCodes.

This was the first time my frustration wasn't so overwhelming that it erased all the satisfaction of coding. Because I had all the support I needed, and the information was extremely well explained, I felt like I could complete the assignments which was never the case in the past. It gave me the confidence and self-belief I needed to start trusting the process, as well as myself and keep working.
I really enjoyed learning more advanced JavaScript through SheCodes Plus! The format of the course, which consists of digestible videos, short challenges to test your understanding, and a final project that lets you put into practice everything you learned is very effective. I'm walking away from the course feeling that I have built a strong foundational knowledge in HTML, CSS and JS.

I highly recommend this workshop for anyone who has interest to learn coding. I have attended the classroom workshop for SheCodes Basic back in 2019 (Lisbon) and before starting SheCodes Plus had doubts about it being online but enjoyed it as much as the classroom one. It was an (really!) intense 8 weeks, long nights, so much to learn, apply and submit but at the same time had great fun and enjoyed it a lot. I joined SheCodes Plus out of curiosity. However, I ended up absolutely loving to code, this was highly unexpected! It gets me up in the morning! The programme and teaching method are very well structured, in a way that keeps us engaged... so that may have helped π

I currently work in billing for a large company and have been searching for something new to utilize my creative side. The basics course has really shown me that I can code and tackle hard things. I took 3 weeks basic course. I had basic knowledge of JS but it was great to apply that knowledge and I say I have learned a lot more. This was a great course. I enjoyed doing the final project and using the techniques I wanted to use. Bruno was very help every step of the way. I am planning to take the Plus React course as well. highly recommend SheCodes. :)

Quite a difficult task but a very satisfying feeling when its done.
This workshop has allowed me to deepen my knowledge in coding with well structured tutorials and practical challenges. The final project of building a basic weather widget from scratch was the result of combining advanced HTML, CSS, JavaScript and different coding tools in a challenging but fun way.
This course is amazing it takes u by the hand and teaches you how to code.I love that features i course videoes,But above all course is well structured, so its easy to learn.

I'm very thankful to have chosen an unusual path and end up finding passion for something I've never thought before π. So, thanks to this amazing team and community, more and more women have the possibility to feel exactly like I do - unstoppable!
SheCodes Basic provides an easy and fun access to coding, I liked the challenges because they really helped me learning and it is a nice feeling when you can make things work. A big plus is the flexibility, that SheCodes provides, so you can learn and practise any time you want.
I finished the course feeling happy that I have learned something new and got a good grasp of basic coding concepts.
The explanations are very clear (but it's not enriching like attending a live workshop). Customer support is slow at answering emails when you're not a potential client (they're very fast at that) but had already bought the products months before. I also didn't feel like leaving a public review with my name and face on it just to access SheCodes Plus after completing SheCodes Basic, but apparently if I don't complete this review the site will keep asking me for money when I try to enroll to SheCodes Plus (?) even though I have already paid the SheCodes Pro package. I asked customer service if I could skip this passage. No answer.
I really enjoyed this journey and the progress I've done from the beginning. Build the apps using React was fun and enlighten. Thanks Matt for your videos, I found them very easy to follow and sometimes even funny. Hearing from you that coding is not rocket science made me really believe it!!
I've now finished all of the SheCodes workshops, and I'm actually sad about it! I feel like I've come a long way in a very short amount of time, and now I'm excited to continue my coding journey (although I'm still not sure where the path will lead).
Incredible beginner-friendly course with a great teacher. Matt explains things clearly and teaches you how to think not just what to do. I have learned a ton, had a lot of fun, and increased my web development abilities and confidence. I created my own Weather App! I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to start their journey toward web development.
Learning with SheCodes is fun! The videos and challenges are well tailored, perfectly divided into manageable bits and the course material is so nicely structured, clear and straightforward. I simply loved progressing further in the lessons building towards the final project. Matt is very good in explaining the topics and the team helping via Slack is doing a fantastic job answering any additional questions. It's so nice to move forward with the learning material at the own pace while still feeling perfectly guided. It was a real joy to learn about APIs, Netlify, Git and so much more in this course.
I find the challenges the best part of each lesson and the practice and homework helps recap things more easily. The lessons are so well structured it makes things much more interesting.
I had a lot of fun, and feeling very accomplished now that I am submitting my final project. The workshop is structured and taught so well. Once it starts making sense, it is really hard to stop. Looking forward to the next lessons.

In case you need an online coding institute with the best learning system, then SheCodes is the best you would find. From my basic lessons, I can proudly say I can build a page using HTLM, CSS, and JavaScript. I am happy to say I am a web Developer thanks to SheCodes!
SheCodes Responsive was great! I really got the hang of using media queries and creating something that looks great on a desktop as well as a mobile device. I am looking forward to starting SheCodes React!

This course was a great introduction to React for me! There was a lot of information and new things to learn, but it was divided into manageable lessons that made it easy to progress steadily without being overwhelmed. Matt shows everything step by step, which I really appreciated.

This workshop was quite fun! It was so cool to start from an empty canvas and end up with a fully functioning weather app. Seeing it change every week was the best! Eventough the workshop is fully online, the homework deadlines really help you stay on track. And when facing any problem there is lots of fast support from everyone on Slack (and also Dr. Google π). I cannot believe how much I have accomplished in a few short weeks. I have come from a nursing background so this is all completely brand new to me. Matt breaks lessons down into small and achievable sessions so it's not too overwhelming and gives you plenty of opportunity to practice. I keep showing my friends and family what I can do already and they cannot believe it as I am really not a 'techy' person. Anyone who is nervous about taking that first step, don't be! You won't regret it :)
SheCodes is a great resource if you'd like to learn basic coding skills. It's the perfect platform to use if you've never coded before but would like to see what programming is all about.
SheCodes Plus provides hands-in approach to learning how to code. It is well-explained and sometimes demanding. What I really like about SheCodes is flexibility and possibility to get help if we stuck with our coding.

This course is great to learn more about JavaScript and more advanced HTML and CSS. It had a fun project to make your own weather application (working with real data!). I would recommend this course!

What a ride! I have to admit that the JS-part of SheCodes Plus was very tricky and I needed to rewatch Matt's instructions over and over again. Also having access to the source code helped as a last resort sometimes (damn you, missing semicolons and curly brackets!). But ultimately I overcame those difficulties and now I am super happy (and super proud) to have my own personal weather application! I really enjoyed coding alongside Matt again and can't wait to continue with SheCodes Responsive. Thanks βββββ!
