Really enjoyed how this is course is set with the homework and the easy user experience of the website / uploading.

I have thought for YEARS that it is time to get more tech-savvy, but it has always seemed like an impossible mission as I don't really have any pre-existing skills. That was until I stumbled across SheCodes. I was nervous before I started my basic course, but it went so much better than I could have predicted! Matt breaks it all down and I really love the little challenges you have to complete as you go through the lessons. It's crazy how much I've learned over the last three weeksI have already signed up for SheCodes Plus + React and can't wait to start!

Learning to code on this course has been such a fantastic opportunity, and can't wait to see how I can use my new skills! Thanks SheCodes!

It was quite challenging for me to start this journey, I wasn't sure if I would be able to do it. So much loved the course, and the way Matt explains every level, slack also has been very useful, and always helpful.

I have always felt extreme trepidation around coding because it was something I just assumed I would not be able to do. I took a chance and came to a workshop and now I have to admit I am hooked. The workshops challenge me in a way that I have been looking for and I am proud of my journey so far. I cannot wait for the next set of workshops and to learn more.

It was a great experience and I´m looking forward to my next course starting in January. Everything was well explained nad I realy liked the challenges to check if Ireally understood the lesson.

There was a fair bit of debugging and JavaScript, so patience is needed. But React is a lot of fun and once you've got an app running, it changes your mindset especially all the times you might have pulled your hair out. Matt walks through everything so it's clear how things are done and why it's done that particular way. Highly recommend this learning path and SheCodes!

The Responsive workshop was a little bit challenging for me. But with a great teacher every thing looks fine.

I had a lot of fun learning coding. Lesson are simple, fun and effective. Matt is great and fun instructor. And if you need help, you can get it from excellent instructors and other students. I did not feel like I was only learning, but that I was part of something great. I am so happy I did this.

I really had lot of fun doing the project. Learning techniques were well explained. I have learned a lot by doing it myself. Looking forward for Responsive!

I've been trying to start learning code for a few years and each time stopped because it was overwhelming, boring, difficult and the end result was a little black screen with "hello world" written on it. SheCodes changed the whole picture for me. Not only I enjoyed the workshop, I also intend to finish all the available workshops. The whole learning process was fun, easy to learn, empowering and the end result is stunting. I honestly never thought I could build something like that.

The program was easy to understand and enjoyable. I feel that I learned a good deal, and have a much better understanding of the field of programming and what front vs. back-end developing is (I came here with zero background). I look forward to continuing to learn.

This was really fun. I loved working on one project for a longer time and making the website my own. 😁

I have really enjoyed learning about React and I am excited for the next stage of my coding journey. I'm so sad that my learning with SheCodes is now over but I am really inspired to keep learning about React and hopefully find a job in this field!

I think Matt does an excellent job of teaching the basics and providing you with the knowledge base to be able to go learn the rest! My only complaint is that I can't learn more languages from him and that this is the last class!

This has been a great experience and I'm definitely glad I chose this workshop!

This was my first time coding and I got hooked! The three weeks basic course was a great to way to get started. A big thanks to the SheCodes team for all the help along the way.

This project was definitely more challenging than SCBasics. There was a few times that even the the instructor Matt was figuring things out along the way with us and that was exciting/validating to see. I am proud of my project and what I have managed to achieve along side the SheCodesPlus program. I look forward to keep playing and tweaking it on my own in the near future with my newly acquired skill set.

It's amazing how much you can learn in only 3 weeks. It was all really well explained, I enjoyed the videos and exercises so much. Also had a lot of fun with the final project.

A great course with lot's of implications. Easy to follow and easy to integrate in the busy working day. The mixture between theory and practice, but specifically the constant practical application makes this course really special.

I really enjoyed SheCodes Responsive, it was a good addition to things I've learned before and great fun! I loved playing around with different layouts and even though it was sometimes frustrating if it didn't do what I wanted it to do, that feeling you get when you finally figure it out - it's the best!

SheCodes Introduction to Coding class was really interesting and easy to follow. I am a total novice in the world of coding, but the way Matt explains each part of the course really helps you understand what you need to do, and what is the point of it. Loved every moment of it!

A great way to learn basic coding! The videos are easy to follow but are filled with information. You really learn a lot in a short amount of time.

Matt Delac is a dedicated professional who makes programming look easy. This course has helped me understand and troubleshoot applications better. After these lessons, I look at everything differently, not only at a user-end way, but also on how to make improvements at a professional and functional level.

I found this project super rewarding to build and it really made me appreciate the complexity of some of the code required for weather applications like this one. The course was delivered in easy to follow sections and has hugely improved my confidence with JavaScript!

I've really enjoyed learning some new skills through the SheCodes Basic Workshop!

I feel like a have learned so much about front end development and API integration in just 8 weeks. It is great that the course is very hands-on, where you have to do everything on your own. 🙌 As a UX Designer & Business Analyst it is great, to get insight of what developers work with on a daily basis. The technical understanding will help me a lot when having to describe requirements for IT solutions in the future. 👩🏾‍💻

SheCodes Plus was a great workshop to learn different tips and tricks in developing a weather app.

Great workshop with basics that are suitable for any beginner to coding. I had a lot of fun completing the challenges!

I have learned so much valuable skills with all these workshops. My husband also went through a frontend bootcamp but didn't not learn half the things I was able to learn here. I am so grateful for this program and am excited to see how my career will go.

I have only done the basics 3 week course and already so comfortable and confident with HTML, CSS and JS. I can't wait to continue and learn more and make the much wanted career change.

I love how easy this workshop was to follow and that I learned with professional tools from the beginning. I can't wait to learn so much more from Matt and the SheCodes team as I progress through the rest of the workshops.

I am loving SheCodes so far. The quick pacing and due dates are exactly what I needed to start learning web development.

This is a very good course that will have you creating but, more importantly, understanding the basics of coding. There are, of course, positives and negatives of it being self-paced and not live, but all in all, it is a great experience!

I am happy to have taken the SheCodes Basic course. Lessons are short, well structured and based on real-life challenges/projects. Would highly recommend.

I am enthusiast to be part of such a multicultural platform dedicated to women wanting to grow and develop. Until now the Introduction to Coding activated my appetite for UI Development and filled my luggage of knowledge. I have finished this wonderful, enriching and enjoyable journey, the path was so good! The tools presented are of great value to me, I thank the entire SheCodes team for their effort, patience and performance, they have opened my eyes to better self-learning experiences, you are definitely the basis for my training in the huge world of web development, I highly recommend that if you are interested in discovering what is the world of web development, do it with SheCodes, everything is explained in detail and the tips are practical and applicable, maybe I would delve a little deeper into the use of commands in the terminal, always read the documentation helps a lot! My way through SheCodes was the right and necessary one, I have done everything from the beginning to the end, project after project from the basic level to the final project in React, and don't see how fast the time has passed, now I am able to find a place in the various projects that exist near me, and at the moment I am learning to work in a team of people with more tracks involved, this is another major challenge, to develop ideas. Even though I am entirely new to coding, I have learned a lot from this workshop in just 3 weeks. The workshop made learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are so fun. I extremely recommend these coding workshops to everyone.

I had so much fun learning to code. The workshop had a good pace, and the instructor demonstrated things in a way that made it easy to understand. I've been able to utilize what I've learned to help me at work, which is pretty cool. I'm hoping to continue to learn more.

knowing nothing about coding to being able to code a page by myself is definitely something i never expected. This interactive workshop of about 3 weeks of basics are definitely useful for anyone who is interested in going for front-end. Matt, thanks for being the coolest instructor ever. Though, these are recorded sessions, i personally found them very interactive. But one thing for sure, consistency is the key. Looking forward for the advanced workshops ✌️ 😁.

Hi everyone! Although I don't need coding at my work I thought it will be a great opportunity to learn something new that perhaps I could use in the future - you never know right? :) SheCodes is a phenomenal course! It introduces you to coding in a very understandable and clear way. Thanks to many challenges you can not only revise what you learned but also practise coding and get familiar with it. Matt explains everything very well. Furthermore you are a part of the Slack community where you can always ask for help if you are stuck with your code and the people there are always happy to help you! Before this course I didn't know anything about coding and now I created my very first page! I'm very happy that I joined it :) I definetely recommend this course for everybody who wants to start his journey with coding. I'm very glad that I could be here and I wish you all the best!!! :):)

Want to learn coding to focus on a new career path in something that I enjoy. SheCodes is such a great website and new way of learning, I'm so glad its flexible as I can work around my part time job and my two small children. Great for me to do while on maternity at the moment. The learning is so simple and easy to follow for something that seems complicated and can be frustrating at points.

I started my coding journey 6 months ago with SheCodes Basics and 6 months later I got my SheCodes Plus, SheCodes Responsive and even SheCodes React certificate! Matt and the SheCodes team taught me so much in such a short time. I highly recommend this course to everyone who wants to know and learn more about web development. The videos are easy to follow and the challenges and homework will keep you up to pace. I'm glad I choose to learn this new skill this year. Thank you!

I used to do a little bit of coding as a hobby (no real training) when I was younger, but never really pursued it professionally. Now I'm older, I thought I'd give it another go and see where it takes me. I definitely enjoyed the Basics program. I think it's a great way to get started, dip your toes in coding, and see if it's something you'll enjoy. It's beginner friendly, and is also a great refresher if you're someone like me.

The journey of the workshop SheCodes was quite long, but in that journey I accomplished a lot of tasks and projects. I consider this workshop to be very complete and accessible to the understanding of the contents. Matt Dellac is a great professional, a great teacher, as he allowed me to gain a lot of knowledge and practice in various topics throughout all these classes.

This workshop was super good! Well structured, easy to go back and consult again when needed... And doable on the side of a full-time job. I started this to get a feeling if coding was something I could do. The React Workshop was the final piece of the course that has cemented my newfound passion for coding. I loved the way the lessons were set out and how it tied everything together from the previous courses, enabling you to create new projects but with different methods. I have thoroughly enjoyed exploring the ways in which code can be written and the end results - the Slack forum has been invaluable. I am looking forward to the opportunities ahead of me and can't thank SheCodes enough!

I really recommend taking SheCodes Responsive if you have just finished SheCodes Plus. SheCodes Responsive provides all the tools and skills to make your projects mobile friendly. Since we are now developing in a mobile-first landscape it is important the projects you build is functional on mobile devices - that is exactly what this workshop teaches.

Thank you SheCodes Workshops and Mattieu (Matt) Delac Aussaguel! A few weeks ago I enrolled in SheCodes Basics, learnt the basics of HTML, CSS and Javascript. Lessons were well structured with plenty of resources and workshop videos were easy to follow. Challenges and homeworks were completed in a safe and supportive environment. Such a fun and easy way to learn coding! Only a few weeks and this is what I was able to achieve! Happy to have been able to learn and add a new skill!

This has been cleverly organised to curate the much-needed basic skills from a world of endless possibilities. It's a great way to kick-start the transition into this field. There is so much more to learn! Can't wait for the rest of the workshops.

I found the learning style worked perfectly for me - being able to go back and watch the lessons as needed helped a lot when completing the challenges. The bite sized lessons meant I could pace myself and take breaks if I began having trouble concentrating. I loved participating in this course and can't wait to begin the next one!

I highly recommend this course, it is informative and helpful without being too overwhelming and if you get stuck the support is great.

After finishing SheCodes Basics I felt like more... and more I got! It's not an easy ride, but it's so rewarding in the end.
