I'm really glad I've found SheCodes. The workshops are great: they are presented at the right pace by introducing and building up topics with lots of practice and fun. I've used the basic workshops as a refresher crash course, and I am very glad I did. I recommend SheCodes to not only those interested in an introduction to the world of coding websites, but also to those who need a refresher after being away from it for a while.

With the SheCodes, I learned how funny is coding :) This course has exceeded my expectations for simplicity of communication and the resources used! Thank you :)

I signed up for Matt's SheCodes free workshop totally on a whim one night when I was in the process of an entire life overhaul. Watching Matt code brought me back to my Neopets "coding" days when I'd create personal pages for my Neopets profile using AskJeeves for help on what I was doing. Something reignited in me and I realized that I missed the puzzle that is coding. After I attended that workshop, I signed up for the SheCodes Basics class. I had so much fun learning and relearning coding through this course. Not only did I have so much fun learning, I had a blast (are you allowed to say that about what is considered homework?" completing my final project for this course. I am so proud of my final project and hope to continue my coding journey in the future!

This Bootcamp has been really helpful! Now I have a better understanding of the basics and can go deeper knowing what to look for and where.

The training per module has been very well explained and guided that most of the time, i can understand and quote independently.

I started learning coding with no background experience in the field so that my resume could stand out amongst others during my job search in Marketing. I was surprised by how fun it turned out to be! As the class progressed, it was exciting to see things start to click and seeing the progress of my projects coming to life. I gained a new interest in something I never thought I'd be able to do and gained so much confidence! This is a great course for beginners and experienced coders.

Thank you very much for the whole course, I regret that the react section was so short overall because it was very interesting everything I learned.

I had a lot of fun using react and learning the ins and outs. It's challenging at first but becomes easier the more you use it. It opens up a ton of new and exciting npms which are ready to be used. I feel it has helped me to improve my coding as a whole.

Great beginners course! Knowing absolutely zero about coding I found it very easy to follow and understand. Matt is a brilliant teacher, who teaches in a fun and accessible manner :-)

great entry level coding , learning the basics of html, css and java. videos are clear, and there's always someone to answer your questions, sometimes within a few hours.

Good intro! A good balance of learning, challenges and project. Now i have a better scope of the importance of html, css, javascript, what each of them mean and look forward to keep coding.

Easy to follow, the way matt lectures is engaging

It's been fun to build my own website! I finished the course but feel like I want to keep on working on the website to improve it even better. It's a never-ending story. And all the hours spent on doing it pass by in no time! The best part of coding :) (and when things don't crash ofc hehe) Highly recommend it!

This course is extremely rewarding and challenging experience. The support and experience within the SheCodes community and support team has truly been amazing. I had a lot of fun taking the React course. I'm excited to apply to jobs, using my newly gained coding skills. Thank you again for the endless support on Slack!!

I found the workshop useful, but nice to have more exercises

Quite an immersive course, it helped me learn and understand new concepts in Coding and build on them, a very rich learning environment. I am definitely enjoying this journey.

SheCodes is the best online course I've ever had. one of the most important good things about this workshop was it's project. it's so practical and useful to have a portfolio. thanks to SheCodes team for all their help and support.

This is my third workshop with SheCodes. I've completed Basic, Plus and now Responsive. When concluding each one of them, the thought was always the same: great teaching method and good monitoring by the professors that make me have more and more interest in the area, even coming from a completely different area. I had procrastinate, about taking another coding coarse, because of past experience. Glad I finally went for it! I have learned so much in just a few weeks. The coarse workshop was well paced and made understandable to someone learning HTML and CSS for the first time; which I was happily surprised. I have taken coding courses years ago, and I did not enjoy it. Now, I'm looking forward to learning more code with the next workshop SheCodes Plus!

It was such an amazing experience for me! I learned so much in such a short time. This is a very practical course that contains a lot of information and challenges. This course was extremely challenging and rewarding! The support from other students and the support team has been amazing and I truly enjoyed the learning process. I especially love React and I can't wait to see where my new skills take me.

Was a great experience making my own portfolio. Followed along but was able to put my own personal twist on it. I still feel I have much to learn when it comes to front-end development, but after taking this class I feel I have made significant progress and have improved my coding skills and understanding greatly. I'm excited to apply to jobs with this portfolio now and I'm looking forward to where it will take me. I have signed up for the next course as well and aim to improve even more.

Learning Responsive was helpful to create a website that was dynamic for different screen sizes.

I had a lot of fun taking the React course, even though it was really challenging compared to the previous courses.

SheCodes helped me gain a basic understanding of coding with 0 experience or knowledge. It was easy to fit in to my schedule. Each topic was clearly explained, but Slack was available for help, and the SheCodes team is very responsive to messages.

When I started with SheCodes basics, I just enrolled myself to see if I can do it, I did not know that I would come so far with coding that I would enrol myself in SheCodes Plus and build an app on my own. I feel so happy that I was able to do something that I had never thought I will be able to do. Thanks to Matt for being such a good teacher and making it easy to understand. I am very thankful to the whole SheCodes support team for being so supportive.

If you have ever thought about wanting to learn how to code then I highly recommend signing up for SheCodes basics. Lessons were easy to understand and there are challenges to do at the end of each lesson. Planning to sign up for more workshops!

This was a tough one, but I'm so glad I'm doing this course. I'm learning stuff I never thought I would- I haven't even LOOKED at code since the MySpace days, when I was customizing my page! I highly recommend anyone of any background to give this course a shot!

SheCodes+ is an engaging and productive workshop. I learned SO much! While I am submitting my weather app project, I have a list of revisions that I will continue to work on. It's not easy, but Matt and the team make it very inviting. With patience, awesome video instructions, challenges with an answer key, and a solution video for each, it makes it possible to learn how to code. One thing that I really liked is how Matt doesn't edit out his mistakes in the videos. Instead, he shows you that he too, with all his experience, makes mistakes and shows you how he goes about fixing them. That makes me feel much better about making mistakes and makes me more confident to find a solution. I really enjoy these courses. They are not easy, but the learning process for anything new never is. I would highly recommend these courses to anyone who wants to learn how to code.

I once thought coding was too complex for me to even attempt to study prior to enrolling with SheCodes. However, after learning and working on the materials during SheCodes Basics workshop, with Matt's very easy-to-follow instructions, along with the great help from the technical assistants and fellow students, I have come to understand that coding can also be fun and informative. I'm very happy to have finished my first landing page!

Having no experience in coding and starting from scratch I am surprised at the information I have learned in the past few weeks. Matt does a great job in his videos of teaching different topics and other tips and tricks to make coding more efficient and enjoyable. I must say I have avoided this field because I did not think I had what it took to grasp the information, but after this experience I think I can see myself wanting to go further and potentially see this as a career option. I am very appreciative of Matt and his team for making this learning process enjoyable.

I always thought that programming is something that is very hard to understand, but as soon as I started, I realized that actually, it is very interesting and creative! It was really interesting to learn how to make my project responsive for all devices using different frameworks and techniques.

I love that this program is self-paced and interactive. SheCodes gives you a chance to practice each aspect of coding before moving on to the next lesson and it all builds on the previous lesson. Also, the Slack community is SO helpful when you get stuck on something.

This course was far harder than the Basics, but I found myself wanting to work on it. It was fun and challenging in a way that was somewhat addictive. I just wanted to see where I could go with the skills I learned, and where I could go was a lot of places.
