Great challenges, short but clear videos, lots to learn afterwards by doing one's research online

I absolutely love SheCodes. It has made coding so much fun for me. The lessons are very well structured and easy to follow. 🙏Grateful for the journey so far.

This was a good introduction, I am eager to learn more!

I really enjoyed the SheCodes course, the format of the course with videos and homeworks splitted into small steps makes easier to learning for those who have no knowledge in coding like me. In my first project I decided to create a website for small business and so take a first step to learn how to create a real business website in the future. I'm very excited to start the next step with SheCodes. Thank you Matt for giving this opportunity to all women in the world! 👩🏻‍💻🌎

For me as a design student, SheCodes was a great opportunity to dive into the world of programming. Now I'm able to include this knowledge in my creative work.

First of all I'm so happy I could see a lot of Brazilians around here. I loved everything, these last 3 weeks went so fast and I was so excited. Matt is an amazing teacher and all the support people who helped us in Slack are amazing too.. Thank you everybody. Can't wait for start SheCodesPlus.

I found the progressive lesson format very accessible and user friendly. Mat breaks down the languages into bite-sized easy to understand videos and challenges.

This course was very easy to understand. I have never done coding before and from afar, felt it to be intimidating. How Matt taught it and built the knowledge up from the foundational skills was smooth and easy to understand. This is course is great for anyone who would like to keep their full-time job and learn a valuable skill on the side.

SheCodes Basics was a great experience for a first-time coder like myself. I found the format engaging, easy to follow, and doable even with a full-time schedule. I am excited to continue my coding journey with the next SheCodes workshop!

The SheCodes Basics workshop has been amazing! I have learned so much and have truly enjoyed every homework and project. I can't wait to continue my learning through the other SheCodes workshops!

I am very surprised how easy and fun it is to learn coding with this course. The courses give you very detailed explanations, are easy to follow, and aren't boring like other courses. And there's more. You can ask a question in Slack, where you have support. They also have a live support team in Slack. It's great. I highly recommend it to women who want to learn coding. Thank you so much to Matt and the team at SheCodes for offering us this course.

The Responsive course has been my favourite SheCodes course so far! The Portfolio project was so helpful in pulling everything I had learned together and gave me the tools to go back and make my previous projects responsive too.

The SheCodes workshops were easy to follow along with, even if they took longer than the five hours a week at times. I learned a lot and I'm glad there were a lot of resources I can use in the future.

This has been one of the toughest yet incredible journey so far. I started my journey with SheCodes having zero knowledge in coding but already feeling like a pro after finishing the SheCodes plus workshop. I didn't expect to learn all this within this shot period of time. I feel ready for the job market 😎🦾.

I highly recommend as someone who's new to coding. Everything is well explained, there is a lot of support from the team and from other students. It definitely makes you want to learn more.

The SheCodes Responsive workshop was the final workshop for me to take and I again really enjoyed it, combining all knowledge of previous workshops to build my own portfolio. I loved learning more about coding!

I would highly recommend SheCodes to every woman, whatever nationality. At this course age is not an issue, whether you are 15 or 60. As promised this is basic, step by step course for beginers and women only. You can learn when you have a free time, there are no rigid time frames, though there are deadlines. Expect hard work and frustration, but in the end it pays off.

It has been an intense journey for me, however, it is a very interesting world to discover and I am sure that it will get easier and easier with practice, like everything in life! Looking forward to the next step and becoming a great front-end developer!

I knew I'd like coding, but I didn't realize how much I'd love it until SheCodes. I've already signed up for the next set of workshops and can't wait to learn more!

I really recommend SheCodes Responsive workshop. It is well structured, approachable and teaches to the Important details about making a professional website.

This workshop has taught me a million things and not only about coding. I had a great time meanwhile learning about HTML, CSS and Javascript. It is amazing and fun.

Signing up for this class has been one of the best things I have ever done. The class was so smooth and very enjoyable to learn, Matt made every class very simple breaking down every word in every class step-by-step. I am proud to say I can code, this is the best experience of a lifetime every woman has to try this.

I am so glad I've signed up and committed to this workshop. I am astounded at the amount I have learned these short 2 weeks.

The Responsive course has been my favourite SheCodes course so far! Grad student not sure what to do about future career. I have been pursuing coding on and off for years, but I decided to really pursue coding by completing SheCodes basics. Now with SheCodes basics, hopefully this will open doors for me to work in high tech.

That was by far the most challenged I've felt since graduating university! But with my newfound coding knowledge, I feel ready to make a career switch, and I'm so excited for what the future holds :)

SheCodes has completely changed my previous perception about coding. The workshop is structured in a way that is approachable and easy for students to understand the fundamentals about coding with good exercises to practise what you learn. There is also a great community out there where the SheCodes' team is quite responsive to your questions and you can also interact with other students and help out each other. I found myself spending more time in practising what I've learnt and I am eager to learn more. And most importantly, I have a lot of fun throughout the process!

This workshop was so challenging and fun. I'm excited to continue learning about React, hopefully with an internship or entry-level position!

I have struggled with learning code for a while now. I came to learn about SheCodes and decided to give it a try. My love for technology and what it brings forth has been drive. The courses at SheCodes are sectioned into small and very clear videos and after every class we have a challenge giving one a chance to put into practice what they learnt. That has been really fun, quenching my thirst for learning coding and at the same time keeping me curious about what the next lesson has to bring forth. My coding skills have really improved and i believe this is the begin of something great and I am happy and grateful to SheCodes.

Thanks to SheCodes, I have begun my journey of becoming a full-stack developer. And it was much easier than I anticipated!

I learned a lot during SheCodes Responsive. Finally the projects look good when I resize the window or open them on mobile devices - that was frustrating to me before.

I really enjoyed this workshop, it allowed me to introduce myself to the world of coding, and realize that with some practice it's pretty achievable!

When I received a message from SheCodes I was happy and scared at the same time because of what I have heard about coding but with the help of Matt and the entire team it was made easy but not that easy though 😂😂😂.Thank you people so much I am grateful.

This was an amazing experience! Matt was a wonderful teacher and explained how to code in a way that I could understand. I love that students have access to the SheCodes staff and support from other "SheCoders". Learning to code can be overwhelming initially, like learning a new language. It's totally worth the effort though. I've created something that I'm proud of, and I learned skills that I can use now or in the future.

Given the fact that I never coded in my life, SheCodes Basics gave me a great introduction to coding that wasn't too overwhelming for me to learn.

I am really really enjoying learning with SheCodes. The videos make it easy to follow along, with a written source code. On top of that, whenever I struggled, they were so quick to answer my questions. Even though this is entirely online, I never felt like I was doing this on my own!

SheCodes teaches coding in a precise way that allows the student to gain knowledge and practice on their own time. The breakdown of lessons, homework, and projects per week is optimal for anyone looking to expand their coding knowledge while working full time. As a mechanical engineer, I'm grateful for the opportunity to expand my skill set.

Great workshop! I really enjoy the format of the lessons, they are broken down into manageable chunks and it doesn't feel too overwhelming even though you are learning so much.

SheCodes has been the best learning experience, even for someone with a busy work life. The flexibility of the program and willingness to provide help when needed was amazing. I highly recommend SheCodes if you are looking to gain some coding skills!

I really enjoyed this introductory workshop - it's given me real insight and experience into how to put together html, javascrcipt and CSS. The lessons were very engaging, and I loved the little challenges!

I love it! I do notice that it does get a little bit more challenging as we move week after week but nevertheless, I really enjoy learning coding! I am a seasoned Digital Marketer. I work a lot with dev teams on website development from UX/UI stand point so knowing coding will benefit my career greatly! 🥳 <- that's my favorite emoji BTW.

I enjoyed this introduction to coding so much! Every lesson was clearly understandable and everything was explained in a short and fun way. I really liked being able to put everything into practice with challenges after each lesson. This was my first introduction to the coding world and it was so much better than I had expected. If I'm being honest, I thought coding will need a lot of math knowledge and would possibly be even boring, but teacher Matt showed me that it's a fun and very creative skill to learn! I learnt a lot in just a matter of weeks and now I want to recommend this workshop to every woman who wants to learn something new in their free time or even start working in tech!

SheCodes was great! I struggled to learn coding basics on other websites, but something about SheCodes just clicked. I would definitely recommend it.

Its a good introduction for inexperienced programmers to build a single website. Also, it teaches them how to use Axios and other the basics of javascript.

I've had such a positive experience with SheCodes! Since the workshop is completely online and asynchronous, I was able to work on coding in my free time. I would definitely recommend the workshop to anyone that is looking for a self-paced, introduction to coding.

SheCodes is fantastic. I attended the basic course, which offered step-by-step tutorials on creating a web page. The lessons were clear, simple, and very helpful. I especially love the way Mr. Delac teaches.

This course was a great way to get a couple of quick projects in to add to my portfolio. It was fun!

Responsive was a great module, it surely made me understand a lot better how Bootstrap works and how to apply it as well as the CSS and HTML flex. I could not be more happy with it.

Really interactive and beginner friendly! Hugely appreciate all the help from the tutors on Slack, they've been responsive and patient. Matt's teaching style is also very easy to digest and well designed. I would recommend it to anyone interested in coding but intimidated by the complexity.

The course was very fun and very well explanatory.

I really enjoyed this course! While the course takes you through the steps to create your very own portfolio, it leaves a lot of space for your own creativity and self-learning. Learned a lot about flex, responsive grids and more of bootstrap.

I have to admit I was a little sceptic because all of the testemonials were so positive. It just sounded to good to be true. But I gave SheCodes a chance and didn't regret it. I really enjoyed the Basic Workshop and was able to finish early. I liked the short lessons and the challenges after each one. Now I'm excited to keep learning with SheCodes Plus!

This is the first time that I've completed a workshop like this and I'm feeling so excited about my progress. I've already enrolled in SheCodes Plus and I can't wait to see what projects I'll be working on.

I can't recommend this workshop enough! This was my first introduction into the coding world and it was so much better than I had expected. I've tried other coding courses before, and I can 100% say this is the one where I understood most and felt the desire to finish. It's fun, the community is awesome, and the teacher is great! I would recommend this course for beginners. The lessons are broken up into digestible pieces. It is convenient to take this course at my own pace and being able to review the lessons when I need to. It is challenging to learn something totally new but by putting in the work and time, I can see that I have learned a lot.
