Very interesting and easy understanding course

Thanks a lot for this experience! The education platform is made as cool as possible, on the website I cold always find everything i need and even the radio ))! Video tutorials from Matt were very clear, everything is organised perfectly!

I think this course was once again great! I would have liked a bit more of the focus to be on the responsive portion, but overall I can see that I am clearly progressing and getting better. I hope to continue progressing even after SheCodes is over.

SheCodes is paced in a great way to continuously learn and build on skills.

It's been great to step out of my comfort zone and trying something new! I use basic HTML and CSS properties with my job but I was surprised at how much more I learned. Its been hard to put aside time to work around my normal workload but it's been very enjoyable!

These workshops have been so much fun to go through and learn new things. It has been fun to let the creative side come out and to be challenged at the same time. When something goes "wrong", you have to problem solve to try and figure it out. If you still stuck then you have an amazing community to reach out to that can help you!

After almost 2 months of intensive work, I finally finished all the modules of SheCodes. I have learned so many new skills and I can say that I am proud of myself. React was something new and initially frightening for me, but I have done it—almost 2 weeks of really intensive work. I created two projects on the program and one for me. I want to keep learning and create more projects that would assist me to transition to becoming a front-end developer. Thanks to the whole SheCodes team for all.

SheCodes is interesting, fun and sooo useful! I've learnt a lot and am very grateful to Matt and the whole team for the opportunity to master coding with you guys. Very excited to continue my journey here :)

Best course so far.

I work a full-time job so I'll admit I wasn't too sure about how much information I would be able to absorb with this workshop, but, I was able to get through some of the lessons daily and complete each week challenge with ease. I was genuinely surprised at how quick I picked up the basics! It felt really rewarding to clear each week and I am really excited to see what I learn next. Seeing the actual creativity behind coding also really opened my eyes to what it is, I had fun making cute pages.

Easy to follow course content.

I really enjoyed SheCodes React it really pushed me to try new things and use stuff learned in previous workshops in different ways.

As a person who has come to the United States to live here with absolutely no knowledge of the language, I would highly recommend this course to other people. Not only does it help move along my studies as a student learning the English language, but also as a student learning how to code. I am completely invested in the manner of how the lessons are taught, the rigorousness of the classes can be tough but SheCodes has been so understanding and kind to our situation. I have learned various techniques in SheCodes, and was even able to create my own business card website. Thank you for another interesting and insightful journey through responsive web development! As the other two workshops I really enjoyed consolidating and refreshing my knowledge. It's very helpful to be able to go back to some videos in terms you forgot how to build something. I also believe the documentation is quite handy. As I have coded with RoR before I can't wait for the last one, React, which will probably be my favourite! (Frameworks 😍)

I am happy with every small victory on my way to IT. Unfortunately, I do not know English, but even I succeeded. Thanks to Matt and the SheCodes team for this experience and opportunity to learn!

The closest I've come to coding was editing html back on myspace.. needless to say I barley understood what I was doing. Fast forward years later and today and I just completed the SheCodes Basics 3 week program and I am in awe of myself on what I was able to create in this short period of time. Matt created this program in short digest-able lessons that make it so anyone can learn and enjoy learning it! If you think you can't do it... I promise, YOU CAN! I am excited to move on to the next workshop.

I`ve learned a lot during 8 weeks, I understand how to work with API and bootstrap better. I created google`s weather forecast clone and it was not as hard as I thought

All was interesting and very good explained. I'm glad to have the opportunity to enter this field and experience the changes and revolution myself.

This part of the course was exciting.

SheCodes helped me to fall in love with programming :) The biggest benefit of this course is that you can produce something after only 10 minutes of videos --> that really gives you extra zeal to go further and learn more.

Before SheCodes I used to be a student who just recently graduated from high school and had absolutely no clue on what I was going to do in life. I was introduced to SheCodes via tiktok and it has helped me figure out my career path. Now I know that I want a career in tech but more specifically I am on a path on becoming a web developer thanks to SheCodes!

I've always wanted to learn how to code. Thank you SheCodes for this great space provided for women. The explanations were so detailed and letting us learn at our own pace. It was a great experience and I loved it.

This was the most fun I have ever had learning something new! Yes, at times it was a lot of thinking and hard work but so fun and it just makes you want to keep on learning. I learned so much!

It was a good starting of the coding journey. Sometimes it was challenging but at the same time easy to follow. I definitely would recommend SheCodes to everyone.

Here you will learn the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from scratch. Matt is a very good teacher. You won't be bored.

I really didn't know anything about what "tech" is and essentially didn't know what coding was until this workshop, and now in just three weeks I feel like I have a solid foundation to base my future knowledge upon. The way Matt breaks down the content really helped my understanding and helped me gain confidence to begin coding and allowed me to realize it is actually fun! Now I know this is something I want to continue pursuing. Based on how much I learned, the flexibility of the course, and the cost, I would highly recommend this program for beginners!

I can not believe how much I learned in this program! I do wish there was more coding with JavaScript prior to this course because I was not at the level I needed to be at before beginning React, but I was still able to work my way through the course. I will miss these workshops so much but I can't thank Matt enough for creating this program. While I still have a lot more to learn, I feel leaps and bounds ahead of where I started 5 months ago. I've built things I never thought I would be able to. In high school I tried coding and was told by my teacher that I was a hopeless case (I kind of was, lol). But I am sure that he would be very proud to see that even I, a useless case, was able to build React code and finish several projects in the SheCodes course. I am so happy and excited for the adventures to come in tech!

I just loved the flow of the course. It was organized in a way that made sense. However, I do have one criticism. In our homework and final project assignments, we were asked to do things that were not covered in the lectures at all. I appreciate being able to look things up on our own to make something work, but I wish that expectation had been set at the beginning of the course so it wasn't such a surprise.

Amazing course, would recommend to everybody as it gives the real experience and practice.

This workshop clearly and thoroughly equips the student in preparing and using their coding skills to cater for a world where handheld devices are becoming the primary tool used in everyday life. Utilising the skills taught in this workshop will definitely give you an edge in effectively building websites and applications for the future. Both challenging and fun, with help every step of the way, you finish the workshop with a final project you can be proud of.

I completed the SheCodes React course and although the learning curve is steep, tutorials are clear and foundations from previous courses really show. Now that I've completed it, I feel confident enough to build projects on my own and pick up an extra language or 2. In this day and age a framework is really important, so I cannot recommend the React course enough!

This is a well directed course that provides a great step up from basic html, CSS and JS and leaves you with a functional basic weather app that can be extended with the skills you gained along the way.

Passing these courses is like a magic trip to creating web sites. Information is given in a clearest way. There's no boring lectures and practice not connecting to reality. We made real stunning projects. Working projects which could appear in google search very often. The most complicated things are explained in the easiest way. Mr Matt is very, very good at coaching!
