This project was so hard. Sometimes I thought that coding is not my thing and I should quit the course. But as soon as I found and corrected a mistake, I got pleasure. I am satisfied with my work. Of course it's not ideal. But I have a lot of lessons learned behind me and much more new things to come.
I have learned a lot. the classes are in bite sized pieces so that you can take your time and digest. the concepts are new to me and SheCodes courses makes it all easier. This was a major experience for me, as I had the opportunity to explore the inside of web page creation. This course was not an easy take for me, but even more, valuable. I appreciate the active and friendly support while solving my coding issues and the way how it is all structured, customized, and well explained (by Matt), and just created an easy way to have more fun while learningπ. I barely finished SheCodes Basic workshop and I cannot wait to start the next one. I truly enjoyed everything about it! The weekly homework made me repeat what I've learned and also pushed me into searching other videos on Youtube and learning more in-depth. At the end of the workshop I couldn't believe how much I had learnt. It seemed really bulky initially but with the instructors step by step approach, I was able to understand relatively fast.
I saw an advertisement for SheCodes just at a point in my career when I was wondering how much longer I would start conversations with "I am not super technical..". She SheCodes Basic program introduced me to all these scary techy topics at a great pace and in a fun way. My goal was to demystify coding and it has definitely done that!
SheCodes is one of the most affordable and effective bootcamps out there who is also willing to work with your financial situation. Truly helping the under represented community. Everything was at your own pace and I never felt rushed. For my final project I was so excited that I stayed up late to complete it!

I was a complete amateur when I started the SheCodes workshops and I've learned so much since then. I thought learning React was going to be a bit more difficult than it was, but I got through it with ease and Matt explained everything well. When I did have issues, I had good support from the team through Slack. I'm bummed that this is my last workshop, but excited to see where this coding journey will bring me.
SheCodes Basics was very accesible and useful for my learning. The lessons were easy to follow and the challenges really contributed to my understanding of the concepts and processes to follow. I would definitely recommend for beginners!

Very good interface, you can easily find the video. Things are described very well, so I could understand. Good structure of studying material, all things are followed after each other. Helpful challenges even though not every one was funny to do.

After becoming quite intrigued about the dazzling world of Information Technology through my expat students, I decided to take this course to dip my toes into coding. I REALLY enjoyed it! i think discussed functions were really useful, but the learning process is a bit off. tasks basically require you to repeat everything you have already done in the video. We build up functions in a very confusing way, add them, and get rid of them. We have spent so much time to learn how to switch F to C just so we can get rid of that at the end......
I attended very interesting workshops. The explanations were easy and good. Also there were interesting tasks.
I really enjoyed Shecodes Basics and highly recommend it to everyone who want to get an idea what coding is about! It was fun to watch Matt's videos as they are easy to follow/understand. The challanges were a lot of fun too. But mostly I enjoyed doing my own project, because you can already play around with the skills you learnt. I will definitley enroll for the SheCodes Pro course as I now know that I absolutely wanna move on and become a professional front end developer!
It was challenging but still fun because it helps you think out of the box and help you do hard things. Putting my growth mindset to use was one of the things I loved most.
