SheCodes Responsive workshop is definitely one of my challenging, yet favorite one. I took a lot of time to finish this project, but at the same time, it was very interesting! Matthieu Delac's teaching skills, the tons of information to learn and practice he provides, to the guidance of the supporting team (shout out to João, Vlada, and Paul) have been incredible! It's a pleasure to see the final result and to know what I accomplished in the 5 weeks(creating my portfolio website with multiple pages that are responsive !) I've already enrolled in the React Course and am excited about the workshop! The SheCodes journey has elevated my desire to learn more, and practice my skills in real-life projects. Definitely would recommend this course!

Have always been interested in web development and coding in general. This has absolutely made me enjoy learning the beginning basics of it. Matt does a great job of walking you through and explaining the "whys" and "whats" but gives you the wiggle room to think for yourself too. Excited to continue learning here.
I would definitely recommend SheCodes for any woman who wants to learn more about programming. Completing the lessons was a very fun way to get knowledge. I was very happy when I finish my final project.

SheCodes Basic is a frontend web development course for beginners. Matt is really good at explaining and you can always go back, rewatch the videos, read up details using the provided references and resources. If you are interested in web development and don't quite know where to start, this course is a great entry point.
SheCodes has been the perfect introduction to coding! The course is easy to follow and understand and has been great for a beginner, like myself. I can't wait to continue with the additional workshops.

I had decided to learn programming many times before, but every time I failed. SheCodes taught me programming in the simplest way and made me go through all the classes with interest and enthusiasm and never get tired of programming.

As a complete beginner, I started my coding journey with SheCodes in April 2022, which was purely coincidental. I can't believe I've come all the way to completing the React course! The videos are super fun and informative, as Matt guides you step-by-step on what you should be doing. Even 30 minutes a day will help you get a long way.
I would like to describe the workshop as a full and deep immersion in coding. Thank you to the whole team for advising, and supporting in a friendly manner. And also for genuine real trust for each individual
Such a beginning was quite motivating to continue studying, everything was understandable and all tasks were quite clear. On the course the most valuable for me was insight that coding not so frightening as I was thinking. Main thing to know is basic structure, because a lot of things you can find in Internet if you know where to find and how to make a right questions.
It has been the most incredible 8 weeks of my life working on SheCodes Plus with the numerous tasks. I was able to get through some extremely difficult days, with lots of brainstorming and having to delete codes and starting from the beginning. I can confidently state that it is worthwhile, and I am delighted to be a part of this wonderful group. With the support of SheCodes' fantastic tutor and staff, I finally was able to create and build a Vanilla Weather App.😘🥰👩💻

In December 2021, with no knowledge whatsoever of coding, I applied to the SheCodes Workshop Foundation and was selected in January to begin learning coding with SheCodes. Today, 7 months down the line, I, Juliet Nnaji, am now a Front-end Developer who is proficient in interpreting designs and building functional, responsive, and user-friendly websites; and also familiar with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, and React. I can not say thank you enough to Matt and the SheCodes team for taking a chance on me.
I enjoyed the course, it was well structured and easy to follow.
An engaging, broad course - ideal for expanding on basic coding skills and understanding how websites are hosted. It's a lot of hard work, but it's great that the resources are there for all time, so you can go back and work on your skills.
Good course, everything is conveniently divided into blocks. Homework gives an opportunity to master the studied technologies. Everything is great.
Loved this course! I've tried others and SheCodes is by far the best – everything is well explained and demonstrated, and the weekly tasks keep you accountable. Can't wait to come back for further courses soon!

I always thought that coding was something that I would never get into because it's supposedly really hard. SheCodes actually makes it fairly doable to learn and the prices for the courses are not to bad. I do recommend this to anyone trying to learn as well even if it's just the basics course. You learn a lot in just 3 weeks if you put your mind to it.

I think SheCodes Basics is a great investment. It introduced me to the world of coding and taught me the basic fundamentals, all in 3 weeks! When I was learning by myself, through apps, it only taught me coding language, such as html elements for links, images, headings. However, it never taught me how to apply this language and create a functioning webpage. SheCodes filled in this gap and taught me through coding software that developers are actually using. I look forward to continuing my coding journey and thank SheCodes for giving me a great starting foundation!
A great course to get started with web development - no need to trawl through hundreds of courses to find something which is actually for beginners. This is the best course I've found :)

Building a weather app in this part of the course was very challenging but nevertheless exciting! Now I have a pretty decent project to put on my profile. I really liked that everything was well-explained, so I had zero problems while working on home tasks and the final project. Overall, I learned a lot and had fun in the process :)
