Great start to understanding the inner workings of a website!

Great SheCodes support. Challenging course, but easy to follow!

I joined SheCodes Basics with no prior knowledge of coding, and after just 3 weeks I was able to create a dynamic webpage using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The lessons throughout the course were easy to follow along with, and the challenges were fun and challenging to try. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in seeing what coding is about!

I was really excited to start this workshop, I didn't wait till the next Monday, I enrolled on Friday and got through pretty quick. It was really important for me to stay motivated and get things done (as I'm working full-time) - the weekly deadlines definetely helped me with it. I had some experience with HTML, but definetely not enough. I feel like I learned enough to know that I want to continue learning more - coding can be fun :)

I loved it, big shout out to the Shecodes team and to our teacher Matt! it was an incredible workshop!

Thanks to SheCodes Plus I learned a lot about programming. It's amazing to be able to create apps that can already be published and used by people all over the world. It may seem that programming and this course may be too difficult. However, step-by-step instructions, clear explanations and separate lessons for each topic help you to understand and practise everything, so you're not going to fail. The result is gorgeous!

Great basic course. I enjoy solving challenges step by step. It motivates me to learn more by myself and try more cool things in my final project.

I am most inspired by: Ada Lovelace, the world’s first programmer. Being able to see the original letters written by Ada at the British Library and she was moved by her intellect and trailblazing courage.

I absolutely LOVE SheCodes! I almost went to a different bootcamp/workshop and am so glad I chose Matt and SheCodes instead. He showcases the material in a really easy to learn and digestible way and I get so much satisfaction from completing challenges, homework assignments and projects. The deadlines are helpful at keeping me on track and motivated to complete the modules, and the Slack community is super helpful whenever I get stuck on something. If you're considering where to go to learn to code, stop looking and come to SheCodes!

This workshop met all of my expectations and has left me feeling confident in my abilities to pursue a career as a web developer.

I do not have any experience with coding, but through the SheCodes Workshop I've gained the confidence of working with code. The course was well structured and was easy to navigate. I could apply my knowledge from the course through the homework and final project activities. It was a very interesting and informative workshop.

Definitely found the Plus course trickier but have managed to finish the project and have learned a lot along the way. The forum is very useful and the SheCodes Team are very helpful.

I can't believe it's done... The projects we did on React were definitely my favourite, specially the Dictionary App! React.js is awesome. Suddenly JavaScript is made so simple!

It was really fun and easy to follow! Loved all the exercises because it really felt like I could put everything in practice.

I enjoyed this course. Despite the fact that I was a complete beginner, it was not too difficult for me due to detailed explanations. And I really liked the tasks that I performed. They were creative and very interesting.

I very much enjoyed learning with Matt on this course through the tutorials...his explanations are clear and easy to follow. The course is also nicely set up to learn all the basics needed to put theory into practice via the final project and help is always at hand if needed.

The course was amazing! It has all you need to know to create a website that is fully responsive. I highly recommend it.

This workshop was very useful for me since i work in an online beauty shop, so for now on i can understand a little bit more what happens in the front page. =)

Building your own website from scratch was such a rewarding experience! I love that this workshop gives such a strong backbone for how to create a clean, SEO friendly, responsive, functional website, yet still gives student the flexibility to let their imaginations run wild and design something totally unique. I also love that the SheCodes team always remind us that there isn't just 'one right answer' for a solution - this gives the students flexibility and a natural learning ability.

It was very engaging and fun! Can't wait to join new workshops.

I enjoyed the course. The only thing I am missing is a quicker response from the teachers. When I am having questions and/or being stuck, it is very frustrated when you have to wait more than a day for a reply and you can not move forward...

As someone in STEM, coding is clearly a very important skill to have, and I was very unconfident in my coding skills prior to this course, as it was limited to Excel coding. After the SheCodes Basics course I feel more confident in my skills, and motivated to keep practicing. It was actually fun!

This was a great program! Before this program I was new to coding. This is the first program I was able to create that helped me build a foundation. I look forward to learning more coding.

Coding my portfolio has been great! This has been my favorite project so far. I feel like I've learned so much from the previous workshops and everything is finally starting to connect.

I like the way how Matt teaches us to code. It is also very good way to improve English. Thanks a lot. I was really involved in it. Sometimes I didn't sleep till 5 a.m. trying by myself to do something 😅

This workshop was a lot more confusing to me than the other three ones but it definitely allowed me to learn and grow more from this workshop. I found React difficult but it's nice watching and then learning the different lessons Matt provided us. So sad I'm officially done with SheCodes

I think this course was great! Most people these days are phone users and I think this will come in hand in my developing career!
