I found the 3 week beginner course with SheCodes really interesting. It was challenging at times, but broken down enough for a beginner to get my head round it. I'm a QA who doesn't necessarily need coding knowledge. But I did introduction to coding course a year ago just as a change for my routine work. I enjoyed it. This experience pushed me to think about proper coding which would give bit of knowledge on how to develop an application. So just dared to take up next level and joined SheCodesPlus. This course has given me a confidence of developing an app from scratch. I'm feeling great after completing today. This is opened new doors for new opportunities in tech field for me. I'm a 22-year-old new mom who is looking to start my career and began with SheCodes. I'm not sure where I'd like to be in the tech world, but this course was very fun to do. I felt like I was gently being walked through the course and also was allowed to be challenged a bit. This is just the beginning! 10/10 recommend this course.

Fantastic workshop! Easy to understand information for beginners with no previous experience (I am a previous speech therapist). Lots of content broken down into short, easy-to-understand videos. Plenty of support from the community so I never felt lost.

Finally, I got it! Congrats to everyone who have finished the last part! It was pretty hard, time-consuming, overload, full of informations and projects. But it really worth it! I like this courses and this challenge, it's allow me to gain new skills. I make my own weather app, liked this process so mush. This was a really fun project and I look forward to using it as a way to show my progress! This really got me into a design mindset and figuring out how to utilise design tools and really think about the process of committing changes and planning ahead. The deadlines give structure and I was happy to finally finish! On to React!

I took SheCodes Basics to try out coding and see if it was something I'd enjoy doing. The videos and lessons are packed with information, and the challenges taught me a lot.
I love how Matt walks us through the entire journey. Each lesson it's a baby step, but then, when you reach the final week it's impressive how far you went.
I took a JavaScript class at CSU and did not do that well. I thought maybe JS just wasn't for me, but SheCodes (& Matthieu) showed me that I *can*. I cannot wait to explore the other workshops! Thank you!

This is a very easy to follow along program for beginners. I think this really 3 week workshop has shown me that I can really enjoy coding as a career!! I can't wait to learn more and get deeper into this field. The instructor is easy to follow and gives great resources, so you never feel lost for long.
I've achieved more in the last couple of weeks on SheCodes than I have in the last few years when I've tried to learn through other teaching platforms. SheCodes breaks down the essentials into short and informative videos, and the demonstration challenges really help to build up the learning further.

This part of the course was very interesting. We made a website!!!! Perfect!) I loved the format of the course, that help was always available in Slack, and that assignments were not peer-graded like in some other courses. I was unsure about taking the plunge with this course but so glad that I did! While it has been hard work, I have really enjoyed learning the basics of coding. This was a very nice, beneficial and enriching coding course which exceeded my expectations! :) As a complete newbie into coding I was a bit afraid in the beginning I would not make it and understand everything, but Matt is really explaining everything very clearly and nicely and all the materials are also very helpful. It was not easy, especially in the beginning to cope with all the new information, but after a while, with some practicing and personal effort, it gets just better and will actually bring you some real joy seeing your own nice coding results :) Really glad I went for this workshop and definitely not end of my newly discovered coding journey :)
