The course is very useful and interesting. All lectures are short, and clear, with a lot of additional information. The main thing is to understand how to search for information, and how to learn on your own.

Great course, lessons are well-structured, and you are able to follow the content and test your own ideas. I have enjoyed challenges and the short videos were more than suitable. Coming from academia, I must say that SheCodes course is a great "learning by doing" process. I have a digital marketing degree but have always wanted another skill to distinguish myself from others. Hence, I have taken up coding despite having no prior experience. This course has really helped me improve and refine my capabilities as a beginner coder and I could not be happier! Javascript was a bit trickier and sometimes frustrating, but it was the right kind of difficult to help one improve upon their skills. The videos from lessons were always detailed and easy to follow as well. In the worst-case scenario, the Slack group was very useful in me solving any difficulties I had. There are many tools at one's disposal in the event that they are stuck on anything. I learned a lot in the past couple of weeks and would recommend this course to anyone wishing to learn code!

We did it anyway! The wonderful ShΠ΅Π‘odes project allowed me to get acquainted with Web development, and this allows me to now plan my further professional path. Development was sometimes fun, and sometimes it was not easy. Thanks to the support of the team, everything worked out! Matt Delac explains the theory perfectly, gives a lot of examples, students have support in Slack I recommend this course to anyone who wants to tie their career into Web Development and is unsure where to start.
I'm really glad the course allowed me to accomplish so much. I had no idea before the course that I would one day be able to create my own web page, and now I'm just happy to see the outcome and understand how the web pages work.
Massively enjoyed this workshop and had a lot of fun completing the final project and sharing my love for mechanical keyboards with others!
SheCodes Plus is the perfect course for anyone who wants to learn the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The lessons follow a logical structure and it was nice to get to build my own weather app one step at a time.

I never ever suspected to love coding. It wasn't until recently, when i discovered "SheCodes" and signed up for the free coding class that i discovered exactly how creative the process of coding really is. I felt excited in a way i never would have imagined and so i signed up for the course. I have a long way to go and i'm in search for a balance between my full time job, after work activities and SheCodes courses now as well. thankfully, Matt created a safe space here on the platform to ask as many questions as you need in order to get where you want to be. And thanks to the entire SheCodes team i was able to follow the Basics course on my own time. I am very excited to continue my journey and i am looking forward to the next course!

I have tried to learn to code a couple of times before but could never get into it. I signed up for SheCodes Basics on a whim, thinking a little bit of HTML knowledge might help me in my current role, but I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did - so much so that I am seriously considering changing careers! The way it is taught makes all of the difference. Short, well-explained, bite-sized lessons followed by practical exercises really help solidify what you are learning and make it fun and interesting. Plus, no maths in sight! I could not recommend the course enough!
SheCodes is brilliant! This course is challenging but so well constructed, I really didn't believe how much I could learn in such a short period of time.

It's a good refresher course if you have learnt abit of HTML & CSS. On top of that, learning JavaScript for the first time was easy & fun to follow/learn. Overall, a very good introduction course to coding.

I started SheCodes while I was home very sick, alone, and dwelling in my all to common desperation for change. Mainly change from my unfulfilling and physically taxing job. SheCodes was the new and exciting change I had hoped for and would love nothing more than to continue to learn and grow as a coder. I truly feel this is the change I was looking for.
This workshop was easy to follow because lessons were split in a practical and convenient way, which made is so fun to learn. Can't wait to continue the journey with Matt and other SheCodes team members.
I can't believe that I finally finish all the workshops from Basics to React in just a few months! React is one of the latest requirement for web development. I'm proud to start learning it in SheCodes. Thank you Matt and the SheCodes team for helping and teaching women like me who wants to build up coding skills while working at the same time. The support team has been a great help for any technical issue during the process. All the lessons, challenges, support and the community contribute a fun, direct, challenging and exciting overall learning experience. I think this is one of the best investments I made up for myself!
I cannot believe I was able to do this. Through the help of the amazing SheCodes team, community, and of course the guided instruction, I was able to code something more complex than I ever thought capable. While I know my coding could be more efficient, I'm excited that I'm going to be continuing to learn for some time!

Initially, I was afraid that I couldn't keep up because I'm a total beginner. To my surprise, the instructions in the video lectures are very easy to follow! The more I learn, the more I'm looking forward to learning new ways to code. Creating my project from scratch is a total eye-opener and it definitely has helped me to be more confident in coding my website going forward.

I approached SheCodes because I wanted a change of career, I have always been fascinated about coding and everything it entails. Starting this course I did not believe in my self enough that I would be able to go this far into looking for certifications to be a full stacker. Until I decided to take this course for SheCodes. In taking the time to not only try but to be more intentional to get the work done; I gained hope in my self that maybe i could learn this skill to show myself patience and dedication . Towards the end of this course, I still showed doubt in being able to learn the skill to accomplish the Weather App. Until I was told today to not give up and to finish my certification. Now I have a certification because of this person and finish what I started because this person gave me the push that I needed to not give up. Thank you SheCodes for the opportunity to have this certification to finally accomplish what I have always wanted to do. That is to finish what I have started.
