I have really enjoyed SheCodes learning structure consisted of videos, challenges and helpful solutions. Matt does a great job of breaking down the material into smaller topics which have made it easier to learn and apply to the challenges. Looking forward to doing the SheCodes Max workshop.
This course was challenging, but I really enjoyed it! I have to create my own portfolio website using everything I have learned so far. If you need to create a multi-page website, this course is for you.
The most challenging project this far but I'm grateful for the journey and all the lessons. I have come a long way and learnt a great deal.
The Responsive workshop is another fantastic course from SheCodes! As with the previous courses, I can't believe how much I learnt in just a few weeks, and although it was challenging it was a lot of fun! Creating a portfolio site was a great final project, can't wait for the next course!
I loved this workshop!! Although it took many requested deadline extensions, it taught some useful coding tools, tricks, and also taught how to think outside the box to find solutions. The project was also really fun to build and rewarding.
The SheCodes Responsive course is a good starting point anyone who wants to learn how to create responsive and SEO friendly websites. It is filled with a lot of practice labs. SheCodes makes learning fun; I will recommend SheCodes courses to anyone who wants to learn how to code.
She codes has been an amazing learning experience. I love how connected we can be in the slack channel and can collaborate and learn from fellow students. I have been able to practice what i learn each time and go back to the notes when i struggle, i am super excited for each module. I can't wait to see what I will learn next from the great instructors
it was very interesting, the idea with the project is great, but the course needs to be updated, although it was painful to look for information to understand why the API does not work
SheCodes is the best coding workshop I've found so far. Matt is great at explaining everything, even the more complicated parts like Javascript. I was able to follow all the lessons and finish all my homework with no problem.
These courses are something very special. The teacher helps not only to remember all the problems and learn later to look for solutions on your own and, most importantly, to enjoy what you are doing.
I've had so much fun with this class, I loved that we could work on a project on our own for this one.

This introductory workshop really helps understand the basis of html, css and javascript. You learn at your own pace (love that you can speed up training video and pause when needed). I felt engaged owing to the online slack support as well as challenges and homeworks. Also, challenges and homework are great, practice is key in coding to understand how all these languages work together and is needed to actually retain the info (at least for me^^) I loved the format, not too easy not too hard, just challenging enough to want to dig into it more :)!
Amazing course, especially for the price point! Would recommend to anyone!

My third workshop with SheCodes! This responsive workshop was challenging but I really liked it! I got to create my own portfolio website using everything that I learned so far. Quite Challenging but Matt made learning easy.
It's a great course. Unfortunately, there is no JS on this one, so it's not very challenging or useful in IT; maybe for a UX. But it helps you to understand advanced HTML and CSS.

The beginners coding workshop was perfect for someone like me, looking to see if coding was something they were interested in pursuing. With no experience in coding at all, the combination of bite-size videos and weekly assignments made it really fun to learn. I always thought coding would be difficult, but this has really changed my mind. I learnt so much in such a short time, and there is so much you can do with it even with the basic knowledge learnt from this introduction course, it really depends on you and how much you invest your time with it! I will definitely think about doing the next progressive course.

admittedly, i've long wanted to become a developer and had countless amount of attempts to start programming learning. i`ve tested several learning programs, but during my training, my emotional state was reduced to boredom and irritation every time. i permanently blamed myself for not acting, because i had put off my development for more than a year. BUT, SheCodes course has destroyed all my attitudes and stereotypes about learning. i felt really inspired and excited, i was so self-satisfied with my small steps to success. the material is laid out very competently and consistently. each topic lays a thin layer on the previous forming strong knowledge. thank you! i will contionue my wayβ°(*Β°β½Β°*)β―

I found this workshop excitingly challenging. The explanations, as all the previous workshops, were easy to follow and very insightful. This course is great. You are provided with all the necessary tools and knowledge to successfully complete all tasks. The video explains all the material very clearly and simply. If you get stuck, you can always ask for help in the chat. I liked the final project the most because it is an opportunity to once again put into practice all the skills acquired during the course and create your own web page.

I absolutely loved She Codes Basics! As a music teacher who has been in public education for the past 12 years, I was really nervous going into the workshop with no experience in tech. But Matt is a wonderful teacher and I found myself excited for the lessons and surprised by myself at quickly being able to create projects using html, css, and java. I had been curious about coding for a few years now but had no idea where to start. SheCodes happened upon my life and gave me the trial run that I wished for! I'm excited to learn more and see where this takes me!
Responsive development is a nice touch to everything else I have learned. It is like the polish on everything you had coded earlier on... it was easier to learn but is something required attention to details.
The material was easily digestible and well paced.
Definitely more challenging than the previous course, but I feel like I've learned so much about working with JavaScript, and I'm incredibly proud of my final project as it's not anything I would have dreamed I could have created a few short months ago.
