Such a great experience! React is not easy, it's very challenging and difficult to understand, But Matt Delac breaks it into small components, and it is easier to understand! Thank you on SheCodes Team as well been always there for us with all the bugs, compiling errors, or even just on a wrong directory! So much fun, challenges, and most import good time coding!
This has been a very challenging project. This is a great introduction to the world of coding, I had to get used to the disappointment of the code I wrote not always working and to asking for help. I wouldn't say that if I had to do it all over again I would be able to, without the help of tech support and Matt's videos. At the same time I have definitely learned a lot about APIs, Github, Sandbox, and everything else introduced in this workshop.
I'm very happy to start my studies with SheCodes, I'm learning to solve all the challenges of the course, I've just finished the basic course and I'm going to the next steps.
I thought about starting to learn coding for a long time and I finally did it. I wanted to spend my free time productively. SheCodes workshop was the perfect choice to start with. I really enjoyed the course. Can't wait to start SheCodes Plus next month.

I had some very basic HTML experience when I was 16y old, after that I had just forgot all about it. The only thing I remembered was that I really enjoyed it. So now after 20 years, I decided to try it again and I am so happy I did it. Shecodes.io is an amazing platform to start coding, it's fun, interactive and very understandable. This time I will not stop and I will continue learning. You guys are inspirational.

I have really enjoyed this Basics Course. Everything was properly explained and all doubts that I could possibly have, I could just simply connect with the community and tutors and ask for help. I find this course to be a really good introductory course into the coding world, even for people like me, absolute beginners!

Just as Matt said, coding is SUPER fun! Sure, there were times when I was frustrated with my code not working, but the gratification of *making* it work was just immense! I did the SheCodes 3 week course which was a really great intro to coding and allowed me to see that I would like to pursue this as a career. The courses are clearly taught and the challenges are a nice length to fit in a few a day around work.
I can't believe how much I've learned already and how fun it has been to learn to code without being overwhelmingly challenging. I love that we can get extensions for the deadlines and work at our own pace so we can still learn while working a full-time job
It was challenging and fun at the same time. I really enjoyed my learning with SheCodes! And I really like the results of my 5 weeks study.
A really good start to all the basics and sometimes already challenging exercises. But I would highly recommend the course. It's feasible and makes a lot of fun. I was always excited to go to the next lesson!

I've learnt programming in university but I've always struggled with it and never felt comfortable doing projects. I recognize my weaknesses so I decided to sign up for the SheCodes Basics course and at first I was a little apprehensive but as the classes progressed I realized that the way Matt explains the theory is quite intuitive, which makes the process a lot easier. The challenges that are also proposed at the end of all classes are essential to consolidate the knowledge I acquired. I really enjoyed the course and will certainly sign up for the next one. It is with great pleasure that I can say that after this course I learned to like programming and it no longer scares me!!
I really enjoyed the course, the explanation was clear and simple. I particularly liked that it wasn't theoretical and focused on teaching "real developer" practices, like how to use Google when you're stuck.
The further I go into my SheCodes lessons, the more grateful I am that I signed up! I am learning so much more than I ever thought possible and am becoming increasingly more excited to start a career in coding. SheCodes changed my life!

Been very interested in coding recently and found this course to be enjoyable! I am a visual learner and I found that the class was just what I needed to start my coding journey!
This was my final SheCodes course, and probably the one I enjoyed the most. I had fun learning React and solving problems while working on my two projects. If I were to look back to when I started, I can appreciate how far I got and while my coding journey doesn't end with SheCodes, I'm happy it was a big part of my development into the world of coding. π©π»βπ» Matt explained the concepts clearly and I would definitely recommend the React course if you already enjoyed vanilla JS.

Shecodes responsive was an excellent workshop for learning basic responsive design and SEO techniques. It does not focus much on javascript, although you can add your little twist to the end project and include some JS if you wish to. I liked that it also gave a quick intro to commonly used tools, such as Figma, and it also did a recap on other concepts we learned on Shecodes plus.
I am very grateful for this course! A lot of pleasure from learning and independent work! A pleasant feeling of confidence in my knowledge and skills appeared) It is unbelievable that in such a short period of time I learned so much! And of course, I am going to continue my studies! Thank you Delac Foundation and Matt!)

This Responsive Workshop is so good. I came to know many parameters and methods to apply for my own Website.
Another great workshop finished, thanks to the SheCodes team! Bootstrap knowledge and skills in responsive design were definitely bumped up. One thing I wish, if we kept learning JS, it would be a more comprehensive workshop, as we all know, skills that are not used vanish too fast.

Building the dictionary React App was the most fun I had throughout all my Shecodes workshops. I'm very happy that i took this course. I didn't know anything about coding, absolutley null and now i have some understanding of it. My friends asked me what launguage i'm learning and when i said that i'm just trying to understand the basics of HTML, CSS and JV they were surprised that i'm not learning something more advanced but i honestly cannot see myself jumping into Python for example if i don't have any knowledge of the structures. I can happily say that now when i see a piece of code somewhere, i can understand the structure of it and i'm not looking at gibberish. But i also realised that at the moment i don't want to pursue learning it because it is a lot of information to consume and at the moment i don't have that time :)

I had fun learning with SheCodes! I was a little worried about getting into coding again but SheCodes was great for me to get back into it.
The course has been very good. The fact that you can do it whenever you have time to sit with your computer has been a lot of help. Other workshops or bootcamps can't fit my working schedule. The content is well structured and presented and explained in a practical and functional way, while the weekly deadline motivates you to keep on working regularly. Great course for absolute begginers, for those who are not sure if this is their thing and for people who, like me, learnt something some years ago and want to keep back on track and don't feel confident. Definetely I am joining the Plus workshop!

I can recommend this workshop to everyone! Make sure you take the time to focus on the assignments. Once you know how to work with it, it is really fun and great! I caught myself making adjustments and playing with the final project as you can freestyle and create beautiful pages. You lose track of time enjoying this. All lessons are explained well and are easy to follow.
After a while looking for a course which would make me actually finish it...I found SheCodes. Not just felt like finishing it but defitnely I will do other workshops in the platform. The information and skills learned in this course will help me achieve my goals in work and my personal life.
