What an enjoyable way to learn a substantial amount of coding!
The short lessons made this course easy to follow and to fit in my daily schedule. Also the exercises during the weeks helped solidifying the knowledge of what I was learning and imprinting the lessons in my memory.

I started off 2022 with learning the basics of coding, creating a simple landing page using simple HTML, CSS and JS. By the end of 2022, I can now say with confidence that I am super comfortable with coding, having created a weather app using React! SheCodes was an excellent workshop for me as a beginner. I hardly knew anything about coding and decided to take SheCodes Basics which was a great choice. However, I really struggled with JavaScript and after multiple attempts at trying to master it, I still need more practice. This will not stop me from learning more about coding as I enjoyed gaining a new skill!
It was fun! I really enjoyed the basics workshop! Before that, I was afraid of the word "javascript," but now I'm confident I can do a lot more. I like the structure of lessons and homework as it allows me to manage my time and work-life-study balance perfectly. Excited to start a new workshop!

The responsive add-on workshop was really fun and I learned a lot! We learned techniques without relying on framework code snippets to help us build a responsive site. I am excited to continue my coding journey in the next workshop.
An amazing access course into front-end coding, if you're interested in coding but not sure where to start, this is the place. Having been given plenty of resources and videos, with the addition of the web, the amount of knowledge you can gain in just 3 weeks is priceless!
Excellent course! The information was broken down into manageable chunks and was very realistic in showing you different problems you might encounter and how to solve them. It builds and builds on your prior knowledge and then you have the freedom to include as much of your own creativity as you would like.

I highly recommend this workshop, I have learned HTML, and CSS before, but I learned JS ideally in this workshop and couldn't find a course as good as this one.
This course was a ton of fun, and I'm eager to learn more about website development in the future. It was simple to follow, engaging, and well-presented. Course material is made simpler to understand by the interactive examples. Everyone who wants to learn HTML, CSS, or JS should take this course, in my opinion.

SheCodes Basic is a great starter workshop for beginners or even someone who has dabbled before but is looking for a refresher. I think this is a great online course for people who are just starting out . The instructor explains the process in detail and goes step-by-step. And the challenges help you learn better.
I'm a 36 year old mom of 2, and never coded a day in my life before signing up for SheCodes Basics. I have been feeling like I needed a change of pace in life, and have been so unsure of which direction to go in. I'm so thrilled that I made the decision to try coding, and that I signed up for SheCodes. This has been an awesome experience and I learned so much. I can't believe how fast the time went by, and I am so excited to continue my programming journey! If you are reading this and feeling unsure if you should go for it or not, I say GO FOR IT!!
It was great to learn about Moment and how to get the time and different time-zones. Each video walks you through the process of building a world clock in easy-to-follow steps. I'm really enjoying the SheCodes workshops and learning more and more each day!

I'm proud of myself for this new achievement - the graduation of SheCodes React. The course material is really advanced. Despite this, thanks to the talent and diligence of Instructor Matt and the entire team of SheCodes, step by step, even this complex material has been sorted out. I think front-end programming is pretty much visual for people who are trying to learn how to code and develop apps. SheCodes workshop made coding pretty fun for me and made me eager to learn and spend hours coding without realizing the passage of time. I decided to try SheCodes on a whim. Coding is a complete change from my current career and I started with zero knowledge. The courses were amazing and allow for someone like me to succeed. I cannot wait to continue with these courses!
It had been a very good journey with SheCodes so far, the lecture videos were very interesting and informative. And it was super easy to learn from the videos. I enjoyed completing all the challenges and the project was also very interesting .
Learning to code with SheCodes is incredible! You learn concepts in bit sizes, get to practice, have a great online community, and really feel you achieved something. Learning React demanded a bit more of my time and I had a few unexpected events along the way. Thankfully, the program is flexible enough with the possibility to extend the deadlines and it all worked out in the end. I truly recommend it if you are wanting to learn a language that is being widely used in the market.
It took me a while to decide to start this course. I'm glad I've finally decided to move forward. I didn't imagine learning so much in just 3 weeks. I consider it a great program.

The course material is beneficial and contains tips and small things one can't forget. I love to learn with Matt! He can make even a boring theme enjoyable, like resume writing. It is absolutely a game-changer course. I highly recommend it for any job-seeker (not just for developers). I will revisit it in the future when I look for jobs again.
First going into SheCodes I had a mere curiosity into seeing what the world of coding looked like.
