I'm hoping to pursue a degree in computer science but wasn't sure if I'd really get the hang of coding or be genuinely interested for that matter. After seeing several videos and attending their webinar I decided to enroll in SheCodes and its been an amazing experience. Communicating with matt and gaining the confidence and interest has allowed me to come a long way in my coding journey. I'm so happy I began with SheCodes Basics, it definitely enhanced my patience and problem solving skills when things got a bit hard. Overall the information is great as well as all of the tools SheCodes offers, i'm looking to enroll in Shecodes Plus next and would recommend it for anyone in the future!!

This was a great first introduction to basic coding. I completed this section now understanding the make up a web page and how to create one. I didn't how to do everything but I was given the tool on how to help myself understand and create the things I didn't learn. Can't wait to move on to the next workshop.

SheCodes offers well-structured easy to digest material on a very pretty website. I enjoyed it very much. But to me, even more valuable than the study material is the network aspect of SheCodes. You get to see other students projects that you are about to work on. Its very important that other students are of the same level as you are, so you dont get intimidated as a newbie. You can actually feel like you can do the work they did and get inspired. And of course you are encouraged to connect with those students on slack, and it can be done in few clicks. Another important mention is the Delac Foundation effort to support refugees. They offer their program for free to a lot of women, which is admirable. I am thankful to your team for the work you do. Its a good program. Its very manageable. I would recommend it.
Super fun to learn these basic add-ons like CSS transform and grid! It will help you make your website nicer and more interactive, as well as freshening up the basics from the previous course. Fast paced and challenging - just how I like it!π
This is the most challenging, tasking, and yet the best class I have had in a couple of months since I started my Front-End classes on SheCodes. I would definitely recommend this to the whole world because Matt Delac is a great tutor and I'm glad I completed my class on SheCodes. from beginner to know how the React components work and how to debug my codes. I had such fun time learning and doing the projects. Gradually I realized although coding is a bit challangeable, is not impossible and the way it is taught throughout the course just made me motivated enough wanting to dive in coding and keeping on learning more and actually having fun doing so. I was an absolute beginner in coding and I had no related knowledge. At first, I applied to SheCodes to see whether I am interested in coding or not. Then, as I saw how fluently the instructor is teaching everything, I understood that a new lovely journey has just started! I've enjoyed playing around. I think it was a good coding start for me and I'd like to continue. If you still feel undecided, like I was - just do it, you won't regret. Super useful coding course for complete beginners! Short lectures followed by the practical tasks to immediately apply knowledge. So fun seeing yourself able to code in such a short time!
This course makes me fall in love with coding even more. Lessons are short and very clear. There is also a lot of practice, so it is easy to understand and assimilate the information. Also now I'm starting to understand the construction and logic of coding, and not just copy actions. I built my first project from memory.
I got accepted to SheCodes on a scholarship basis and I'm grateful for the opportunity. The learning experience has been amazing. The basic level of SheCodes tutorial videos made it very easy to understand CSS, HTML, and JavaScript. What I love more about this program is that each step you learn comes with an assignment. I really enjoyed the add-on, especially learning about the magic of Moment.js. The instructions were spot on as usual and I really liked building a world clock. Great project and really proud of how far I have come.

I am amazed at this program! I have coded in the past but mostly HTML + CSS with no JavaScript. This beginner course really solidified my passion for coding and web design. Matt is such a great teacher, the logic and the structure of the program made it so easy to learn the basics. I enjoyed how some challenged added elements we hadn't learned into them, allowing us to learn in the wild and be more resourceful. Great starting course for anyone who is just getting started or needs a quick refresher.
I recently move to a new role as a Product Delivery Manager and had very little background in coding. I took this course to learn some basic knowledge around code to better understand the engineers I work with daily. I've been amazed at how much information was provided in the Basic course. This course was a great introduction into code.
This SheCodes Responsive Workshop is extremely useful and full of valuable hacks. The final project is helpful and will come in handy in my future career path.
