This course explains the basics of frontend programing in a comprehensible way with great exercises that help you challenge yourself.

I have learned so much from SheCodes already, it was simple, professional with attractive subject and very helpful.

Eight weeks ago, I could only code without hosting or using GIT. The Eight weeks is super worth all the time, energy and challenges during the course. I am highly appreciative of Shecodes, the Team and the Founder; Matt. You are the real MVPs. I would 100.1% recommend Shecodes to any woman out there, wanting to learn or change career into developer's world to look no more, Shecodes and Team got you.

Building an application in React was as fun as it was challenging, but I learned a lot. The code can be a lot more sophisticated then it seems and the use of logic is so much more prominent. I enjoyed this workshop as much as those before React.

This was challenging, yet fun! At one point, I did become stuck and wanted to just forget about completing the workshop. However, the SheCodes community is behind you with assistance to help you become unstuck and keep moving! When I completed the project and saw what I accomplished, I was indeed proud of myself for not quitting midway.

I really enjoyed this add-on workshop, it was very easy to follow and I gained some more experience with the JavaScript functions and timezones.

This workshop was truly amazing. I learned a lot in a short time. There were lots of opportunities to push yourself more and I loved that. I'm really excited for next workshops.

The course is too good, building web pages had always caught my attention, and the way and methodology that Matt handles is incredible, you are going to learn a lot, I feel that I have gained a new skill and I will definitely continue with the other courses that She codes has.

SheCodes has been AMAZING thus far! I have zero coding experience or background (just simply an interest in coding). I was seeking to transition from an entirely new career outside of healthcare to a more technical/IT career path. I love how thorough the courses are and break explanations down to a 1st-grade level so that it is easy to understand and follow along. SheCodes has exceeded my expectations and fear of jumping into a new field!

I've learned so much throughout this workshop. When I started at SheCodes my thoughts were that I would like to gain some basic knowledge in the field, just for fun - now I can't get enough of coding. The workshop was a great mixture of guidance and simple trial and error. I'm starting to feel like I can find solutions to my problems independently now, which is a great feeling. It was hard for me to coding before I join to shecodes ,but now I have a wonderful feeling about this new skill and all of it because of shecodes.

I really enjoyed this course and building the weather application was a great learning experience. The more time I spent with the demo material and also troubleshooting on my own, the easier I found the concepts to understand. When my code didn't work as expected, I really enjoyed diving in to problem solve independently before looking elsewhere for the solution, and this course helped grow my confidence to do so! I am excited to learn more :)

As someone who knew nothing about coding before taking this workshop, I did not expect it to be so easy to follow along. While I did have some hiccups along the way, I am looking forward to continuing my road in coding with SheCodes. 😊

Another 🔥 workshop! Matt really is a great teacher, he really desconstructs the process of learning how to code. I enjoy taking his workshops and learned alot on responsive design in this one. I got alot more comfortable with using bootstap and finally feel confident listing it as a skill set. Thanks SheCodes for pushing me out of my comfort zone.

I would not have believed you if you told me I could learn to code, even just the fundamentals, in three weeks. SheCodes has been phenomenal. It truly makes learning enjoyable, with excellent projects that are both challenging and fun.

I loved taking the SheCodes Plus course. Matt's lessons allowed me to feel guided and supported while simultaneously allowing me to learn to feel comfortable making mistakes and thinking outside the box.

SheCodes provides a straight-forward and interesting approach to coding! The lessons successfully break down complex problems in an easy-to-understand format, and also consistently push for support with difficult concepts.

I have loved every minute of this workshop, diving into some advanced HTML/CSS/JavaScript. It was not easy, but the clear explanations and encouraging words of Matt, and the support of the supportteam on Slack really help you get through. I recommend this course! you will literally touch on every bit of the necessary features in front-end web development. Without this course I wouldn't understand the concept of API or hosting the web-app eventhough I am a game programmer.

I've always wanted to formally learn coding because my career has required me to edit it for various reasons (websites, newsletters, widgets, etc). I was getting by with limited knowledge, hunches, and the mundane cycle of trial and error. I thought taking a course would be too hard, especially while I work. I was so wrong. Coding is fun and the knowledge I gained will serve me in my current and future roles! If you're on the fence—do it scared!

I had a lot of fun with this workshop. I learned a lot of new techniques, and I'm exited to keep learning more with SheCodes. 😍😊

The Basics Add-On was a really fun and quick course to add finesse to a page.

It was a very interesting project. I definitely learned a lot of new things.

I needed to bring myself back to coding after a break and this module provides just the right amount of work and gets you back on track.

It has been so helpful to be able to learn coding on my own time by watching Matt's thorough tutorial videos. A big part of what makes this course very helpful as well is the Slack community. Being able to see similar issues others face and seeing solutions is a big help when I would get stuck. I'm a UI/UX Designer, so I don't need to create code in my job, but this course has made it much easier for me to talk with developers and I am now more comfortable exploring code in inspect mode in order to find things out myself. Thank you, SheCodes!

Learning coding makes you think more logical, and brings you into a different way of communicating, receiving and putting out information and commands, in order to achieve the end goal. I find the course challenging but satisfying, making me egger to move on to the next task. You have slack, where you can meet other women from all over the world, that are experiencing the same as you. Really enjoying the course. This is the first internet course that has ever court, my attention, and i am happy I joined up.
