Building this website proved to be more challenging than I thought, but with the thorough walkthroughs of the endless possibilities of what you can make it definitely helped me stay on track and not try to overdo it.

I really enjoyed this course. I am new to coding and it was challenging for me but I recommend. I am looking forward to learning all about coding and the different applications moving forward.

I have always loved to learn a profitable skill but was contemplating on which will best fit my passion and resources until I learnt about SheCodes basics. This course gave me a chance to have experience and familiarize myself with what coding entails. After embracing myself with the comprehensive explanations, assignments' and instructions given by Matt, I am most confident to embark on my coding journey to become a professional coder.

I recommend the basic one if you are an absolute beginner :) It was easier to stay motivated thanks to the community of fellow developers.

I recently finished SheCodes Basic, and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience! This program gave me the tools to start my journey into tech, and I am so thankful for it. I really enjoyed the hands-on approach and the way the program was structured. It was very intuitive and the lessons were easy to understand. Overall, I had a great experience with SheCodes Basic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get into coding!

The best coding course ever that I attended! Thanks to SheCodes, I realized that i'm very interesting in coding and i need to imptove my skills and knowledge in order to find a job in the future. It was really exciting that I can really build a website using react. Actually, react was not easy to learn,but it simplifies some actions, processes so much, so i really enjoyed it :)

I really enjoyed the beginner's workshop by SheCodes. I find it easy to follow the classes, and to understand the content. And I'll definitely consider signing up for future workshops.

I enjoyed how easy it was to understand the assignments and the concepts. Providing me with the information and then allowing me to practice right after helped with learning the concepts.

The videos are very clear and user friendly making it so much easier to understand HTML, CSS and Javascript in under 3 weeks! The 'Homework' after most videos were a great way to put what we'd just learnt into practice.

It was an amazing experience learning with Shecodes. I did enjoy every bit of it!! Shecodes made coding easier and more fun.I was able to learn from home and to my own rhythm.

The Responsive Add-On final Project was super fun and educational.

It was quite difficult, but so interesting...Everything takes time, without practice there will be no result, and without result there will be no pleasure from the work done. I am satisfied with the result, although I know that this is only the beginning

I tried a couple of other code learning websites before, but never had such a smooth experience before! Matt explains everything in the simpliest possible way from A to Z! Couldn't recommend more!

Coding was always mainstream in my head. I didn’t have any knowledge or experience prior to this workshop. However, curiosity and inner calling prevailed. It’s incredible how much you can learn in a short period of time, and haven’t even scratched the surface. Yes, it takes time, but I will tell you one thing, I’m not stopping, I just started. 😉

I'm a total rookie on web development and I still don't know what is more atractive for me, Front-end or Back-end. If you hesitate more on Front-end, you should surely sign up for this course.

A large amount of new information that is easy to perceive thanks to a good teacher and good structure!

I can't get over how much I have learnt, and that it all makes logical sense to me now. In the last few weeks it's been really clicking in and I am able to anticipate what Matt is about to suggest in videos. I really love learning on this course.

So interesting to learn about how to make a website responsive. I can't stop analysing all the websites I use on my phone now, thinking about how they could be improved!

Good workshop

The Responsive Add-on project is definitely not walking on a cake. It was super challenging. I am learning as well as having fun with codes. Thank you so much Matt and team for always pulling our hands when we are about to drown in frustration. The reiteration of codes in different projects is always giving me confidence to try new codes, fail, rectify until I succeed.

I found the course really informative and even though I am a complete beginner, I felt as though I could understand everything and put it into practice.

Just like the previous workshops, Matt did a great job at explaining all of the topics which made the workshop very enjoyable and easy to follow. I definitely feel like I've expanded my knowledge and skills in front-end development, through the SheCodes Responsive workshop.

I join shecodes team to get the basic idea of html , css and js. and this workshop give me the confidant and basic knowledge to start my coding journey. super excited to start my pro workshop soon. I highly recommend this workshop for those who want to get the idea of coding (start from basic workshop and upgrade slowly).

I had a lot of fun using the Weather API and creating a weather App. I have learned so much in a short space of time! Will defo try out other API's in the future and create other apps with them.

Great Workshop for Beginners like myself. It is easy to learn at my own pace, the video are clear and easy to follow. I was surprised how easy it can be, would recommend to all those who wants to learn how to code!

It was an amazing journey to learn designing an application from the beginning to end. Although this is not the end of my learning process, I loved coding with Matt and would totally recommend it to anyone eager to learn from a wonderful teacher.

This is the first time I've understood Javascript basics, practically. After getting my Bachelor's in Business Information Systems, I had taken a course or two in programming languages and it went right over my head. Not this time! I actually get it and I am excited to learn more!

SheCodes Basic provides an introduction into HTML, CSS and Javascript, providing the necessary tools to start building basic websites that perform a handful of tasks.

I enjoyed this course and learned so much! It's a very in-depth class - I now have a great understanding of many basics of web development. It also made me excited to keep learning more. I highly recommend this class!

Prefect education

It was a little bit complicated for me, especial API. But it was amazing and challenging a bit

Best decision to try SheCodes Basics! I wasn't sure if I wanted to try out coding but SheCodes Basics is the perfect introduction into this world. It was a lot of information to soak in but Matt breaks it down into manageable chunks so you don't feel too overwhelmed. I definitely feel like you need to & should keep practicing so that you have a more solid understanding but, it makes me happy to think that just 3 weeks ago I didn't know what HTML, CSS & Javascript was and how to use it -- now I do!

This level was not easy for me. I didn't understand a lot and put off completing the task. I recommend it to those who already have a fairly serious base. The course is structured sequentially and the explanations are detailed.

This provided a lot of good information for the next step in trying to find a career in tech.

I can't thank enough the SheCodes team for this opportunity. Matt's way of teaching is easy to understand, and impossible to forget! I'm happy that I'm slowly getting closer to my front-end developer dream. I definitely rate this course 10 out of 10.

Another project, done! I am very pleased with how much I am learning from SheCodes and how exciting it is when I submit another project. These add-on projects are perfect in allowing you to use a lot of what you have learned in the past to create something new.

I really enjoy the class, easy to learn and understand.

SheCodes Plus is a great experience for me. I learned a lot while working on weather forecasting project. It requires consistency and patience to complete the workshop and developing the project from scratch to a fully functional version of it. Matt has given great insights on planning, designing, development of a project and industry best practices. I also got to know about InVision freehand tool, Bootstrap framework, DevOps and How to continuously develop and deploy project using GitHub and Netlify. After completing SheCodes Plus I feel more confident in frontend web development and excited to learn more and improve my skills.

The Dictionary is very interesting to build, even more so for someone in love with languages, words and meanings! I liked learning to integrate the 2 APIs used in this project a lot. The moment when the console gets a response is magical!

I'm so glad I did the add-on! I feel like it really put me to the task with my knowledge from the previous workshop and I got to learn and try some new things, too! If you're a little unsure about doing the add-on, I'd recommend going for it because you have nothing to lose and so much to gain (like another portfolio piece and several new concepts in html, css, and java). I also leveraged the lessons to build final project with Matt throughout the add-on, so it's not a heap load of work after finishing the lessons.

It was indeed a great adventure going on the ride with instructor Matt on the SheCodes training. 🌺 I love every bit of it. As a first timer in coding, i really find coding more exciting 🥰 It's a great class indeed. All thanks to SheCode for the opportunity given🙌

SheCodes has been one of the best decisions i have ever made. When i started , i had 0 knowledge about coding but through this course i have gained some valuable coding skills.
