This Workshop was a lot fun and I learned so much! I feel more confident in my coding journey. I think that I may even start freelancing soon.
Shecodes really made learning coding basics a breeze. I always thought coding was something too difficult for me, but the lessons broke down concepts in a very understandable way. I love how coding feels like a game of tetris, and when you find the right block everything fits perfect!
So happy I started this workshop, very informative even for the most "basic" one. I'd recommend to anyone that's interested in coding.

I was skeptical about the workshop at first, and I doubted myself that I was going to be able to learn even the basics because I've never coded in my life before, but I am glad to say that I made it, and the course really makes the difference! Attending SheCodes Basic was an incredible experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn to code. Instructors were knowledgeable and supportive throughout the course, which was well-structured. During the class, I learned key coding concepts such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which have helped me improve my web development skills significantly. The hands-on approach to learning was effective, and I appreciated the opportunity to practice what I learned with real-world projects. The instructors were always available to answer my questions and provide helpful feedback on my work. I also loved being part of the SheCodes community and connecting with other students who shared the same passion for coding.
I was surprised by the amount I was able to learn in such a short time! Matt's instruction was clear, easy to follow and fun. I am proud of my final project. Since I work full time and go to college I was afraid of adding more to my plate, but the self pace of the course worked out perfectly as I was able to get a lot done when I have time, and take a day or two break if I need it. Overall, the workshop was really good and I learned a lot of new things. I have to admit though, there were times when I found myself getting a bit bored, but that's probably because responsive web development isn't the most exciting topic out there. :) Still, I would definitely recommend the workshop to anyone looking to expand their knowledge in this area.
The course definitely took more attention and time than the Basics course, but worth it for the product that was created. I learned so much about JS through this process and look forward to continuing my education with SheCodes.

This workshop was more challenging than the previous one however when I reflect on the journey, I realised that I learnt so much. Building a weather app is not easy therefore I appreciate the amount of guidance each video provided to help with my understanding. This makes me proud of my progress and the fact that I was able to build a weather app (using real data) from scratch!

In less than 3 weeks I managed to transition from a total beginner to being able to create a landing page from scratch. I found the course was well-paced and every unit was building directly on the previous one. The challenges reinforced the knowledge gained while the homework and project made it very practical and hands-on.
The information is given in the most accessible and understandable way. The team are very nice and ready to help with any problem you might have while studying.

I've really enjoyed SheCodes Basic. A year ago I started a project in which I realized I needed to understand better technology to make it possible. In the meanwhile, I searched a programmer guy who could work on it. However, as soon as we were thinking about the development, he did some tricks with the computer in a strange language for me that made my application worked properly. Such was my amazement that I knew I would like to do some of that magic too. Now I can say that this dream is coming true thanks to SheCodes and their workshops
I was totally enjoying my time making this course. It was not easy, but I hope that in the future it will help me to find a better remote job and have more time for my child.

I enjoyed exploring how to make my website look better on mobile devices. It was something I knew I wanted to learn more about in SheCodes+ when my weather app just didn't look quite right on smaller devices... I'm very happy with what I was able to learn in 5 short weeks!

I am so happy to have begun my coding journey with SheCodes! SheCodes was an easy way to explore coding without any prior experience. The hands on nature of the entire course is my favorite part as it allowed me to exercise my skills in real time with the instructor. Every concept was explained in a clear and efficient way whilst making the coursework fun. I was excited to see the fruits of my work through the coding project completed at the end of the course. Will certainly be expanding my knowledge with SheCodes in the future!

For me this is a 4, because I wanna learn JS and frameworks more rather than HTML/CSS. But for those who want to work on their design skills this is great
Yet another project completed and I feel good. The Add-On to the Basics Course was challenging and engaging. I constantly find myself excited to try new things and see how far I can go through these lessons.
No one is kidding about React, it IS hard work, BUT...Matt takes the time to show you step by step how to build it and explains why it works the way it does. He even shows you possible incorrect solutions and why they are not the best choice. It will test your patience but it feels so exciting when you figure the puzzle out! As long as you follow your coding right along his teachings, you WILL succeed :D
